Apartamento lindo, super bem decorado nos mínimos detalhes, tudo limpo e muito cheiroso! Bem localizado, cerca de 6 minutos a pé da principal estação de trem da cidade. Muito próximos de lojas de marcas famosas como Gucci e George Armani , entre outras! Para quem está procurando algo lindo e ao centro de Florença , esse é o lugar! Andea foi mais do que um host foi um amigo! Muito acolhedor, atendeu prontamente a todas as nossas solicitações e questionamentos e nos auxiliou em questões particulares que tivemos com a companhia área! Literalmente a melhor experiência que nós tivemos em Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Fraine. It was a truly beautiful space that looked gorgeous and was very quiet and peaceful. Pino was a very proactive, friendly and helpful host at any given time. Ciao Grazie!!

Sergio was very kind and friendly. Apartment is located in nice neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants and public transport. If you are carrying heavy luggage then keep in mind that you have to walk up narrow staircases. Kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. The bathrooms are a bit tight and smaller than I expected but overall we had a good stay.

Siamo stati alla casa la sartina una notte per andare il giorno dopo da albus alpaca, la posizione è perfetta, a soli 5 minuti dall'allevamento, e a circa trenta minuti da Montalcino. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato i riscaldamenti accesi e siamo stati benissimo nonostante il freddo esterno, la casa era pulita e tenuta in condizioni perfette. I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

The place was great, the views were amazing, the location was perfect, and Luci was an amazing host. She goes above and beyond trying to make sure you have everything!

Our stay at the fattoria di Peruzzo was an absolute delight. We were hoping for a peaceful break in Tuscany and Peruzzo delivered! From waking up every morning to a breathtaking view, exploring the olive groves to lighting a cozy fire in the evening, we were absolutely blown away. We loved exploring the Grosseto region and were given fantastic recommendations of key attractions from Giulia. I will be recommending this amazing farm stay to friends looking for a place to visit in Tuscany!
