Alloggio in pieno centro, ma in una zona molto tranquilla, vicino al mare e a tutti i principali servizi. Casa molto accogliente, dotata di tutto ciò che necessita per una normale vita in famiglia. Giovanni molto disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliato.

We verbleven in het appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 6 en 8. Alles is tip top. Hierdoor voel je je meteen thuis. Het appartement is ruim opgezet. Aan alles is gedacht. Er is simpel eten en drinken om je de eerste uren door te laten komen, een wasmachine, fohn, zwembad handdoeken etc. De bedden liggen erg goed en de airco werkt uitstekend. Het zwembad en parkeerplek zijn voor de deur. Het zwembad is erg fijne plek om te ontspannen en is nooit te druk. Lucca ligt op 10 minuten rijden en is erg leuk en makkelijk te bezoeken. Er is altijd voldoende plek om te parkeren. Vele andere bezienswaardigheden zijn op prima rijafstand van het appartement. We waren er 2 weken en hebben ons nooit verveeld. Een auto is noodzakelijk. Als laatste natuurlijk Elisa die alles mogelijk maakt. Ze doet dit uitstekend. Alles is tip top en met een fijne en positieve energie maakt Elisa het tot een prettig verblijf. Als er iets is of nodig is reageert ze snel.

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

Adriana is a very kind host. It was very easy to communicate with her. The apartment is very cozy and warm. Everything was perfectly clean. Flexible check in. Very positive experience, certainly recommended!

Wir waren 7 Tage in Pescia auf der Anlage von La Cupola Agriturismo und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind genau was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Die Nähe zu Nachbar*innen erlaubt es aber auch neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen.

L'alloggio è magnifico e tenuto benissimo, pulito e super accogliente. È un po' fuori mano ma noi lo abbiamo scelto proprio per la posizione isolata e immersa nella natura; in ogni caso con mezz'ora di macchina si arriva in diversi posti meravigliosi. Nicola è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Raccomando vivamente un soggiorno qui, è rigenerante!!

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Fint och rymligt boende nära stad och strand. Paolo var en trevlig värd som var lätt att ha att göra med.

Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

5 stars isn’t enough for how amazing and perfect Serena’s place was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met Serena but we had the pleasure of meeting Concetta twice and she was very lovely and went out of her way to drive us to and from town (not a long walk but with our bags it was a bit farther then I wanted to walk 😅). But the apartment was wonderful - especially the bathtub! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend to everyone! If you’re lucky enough that this place is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!!!

Very clean and cute apartment, nicely set-up. The private and enclosed parking is a great addition, plus it gives a small playing area for kids. Andrea was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would gladly come back if we find ourselves in Lucca again.

Stayed at a lovely Airbnb in Pisa, close to the airport, the city’s just a short steer. Spotless and cozy, with a host who’s so communicative and welcoming. For the price and location, it’s truly a dream!

Wir wurden freundlich von Angelo empfangen. Er hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Tip's rund um die Umgebung versorgt und war jederzeit erreichbar und auch vor Ort. Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein perfekter Ort zum erholen. Der Pool war fantastisch und der Garten war sehr gepflegt und man konnte wunderbar relaxen. Am schönsten fanden wir den Wasserfall in der Nähe. Indem man gut baden gehen konnte. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto um ins nächste Dorf zu gelangen. Vom Appartement bis nach La Spezia braucht man etwa 1 Stunde und nach Pisa ca. 1,5 Stunden. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.

Appartamento davvero bello, accogliente, pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e ben riscaldato. Oltre alle piastre c'è un condizionatore d'aria/pompa di calore in cucina che supporta anche le camere da letto (con le porte aperte). E' presente un pittoresco soppalco rustico in legno sul qual c'è un salottino con TV molto grazioso e gioia dei miei bambini (che non perdevano occasione per salire su e guardare la TV oppure semplicemente giocare). La struttura si trova all'interno di un complesso condominiale al quale si accede tramite cancello automatico a circa 300 m. dalla Tosco Romagnola, raggiunta la quale si può prendere poi il bus 190 verso Pisa oppure Cascina (entrambi a circa 10 m con i mezzi). I condomini incontrati sono stati cordiali. L'host è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha offerto molte informazioni, si è mostrato super disponibile ed è stato molto flessibile sull'orario di check out (non avendo per quel giorno altre prenotazioni). Lo consiglio davvero vivamente.

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

Wir waren Anfang September in Helenes toller Wohnung in Lucca. Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen Nicole und Tanya haben sich schnell und ausführlich um jedes unserer Anliegen gekümmert, Tipp für die Region gegeben, Parkplätze gezeigt und uns das Müllsystem erklärt. Auch eine flexible Anreise (23 Uhr) war nach Absprache mit Nicole möglich. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ich kann den Aufenthalt bei Helene ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Anita was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, she even rescued us from Lucca one evening when we couldn’t get a taxi. One evening there was a musical play in the garden which sounded beautiful even though we were too tired to attend. We managed the whole 2 weeks with bikes, it’s a 15 min cycle into Lucca. The apartment was very traditional and had good facilities. The swimming pool was wonderful. We ate outdoors on many occasions which was very peaceful. My only negative is parts of the outdoors/furniture could do with a refresh but I guess it’s coming towards the end of a long hot Summer. Overall we loved it ❤️

Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

Квартира красивая, интересно оформлена, большая, светлая, чистая, на втором этаже, вход отдельный. Можно арендовать для большой семьи или нескольким семьям, есть дополнительные комнаты. Приятный запах помещения. Всё продумано. Удобная большая двуспальная кровать, постельное белье, тумбочки с ночниками, телевизор, шкаф. Кухня огромная. Вся необходимая посуда. Санузел большой, чистый. Полотенца, средства гигиены. Душ с ванной. Парковка удобная рядом с домом. Несколько минут до пекарни, где готовят прямо при вас невероятно вкусный хлеб и пиццу, продукты свежие. Люди отзывчивые. Очень приятная атмосфера! Очень свежий воздух!

Appartamento comodo esteticamente molto bello e ben ottimizzato. Ha tutto il necessario per la cucina e per la pulizia! Bagno con doccia meravigliosa!! Le indicazione lasciate sono state chiare e non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare il posto!! Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile! Se ci capita di tornare a Livorno sicuramente torneremo di nuovo in questo appartamento!!!

Gianmarco is one of the nicest host we ever met. Everything was absolutely perfect. The place is amazing, there is so much to do around and Gianmarco’s home is near Firenze, Pisa and Sienna that we have all visited. We came with our 20 month old son who also loved the place! Our only regret is not having brought our extended family with us because I am sure that everyone would have felt at home. The apartment was simply impeccably clean and very pleasant to live in despite the heat. I highly recommend this place and as promised to Gianmarco we will definitely come back as soon as possible!
