Aesthetically pleasing apartment and could not have been in a more central location - just steps away from the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio. The hosts were communicative and provided us with everything we needed during our stay

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Das Haus ist sehr groß, und jedes Zimmer bietet viel Platz. Alles war makellos sauber, mit vielen Handtüchern und Waschmitteln ausgestattet. Die Haushaltsgeräte waren von höchster Qualität und die Klimaanlage, sehr leise, sorgte für ausgezeichneten Komfort. Die Lage war ruhig, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und zwei 3-jährige Kinder. Mathieu hatte organisiert, dass die Fahrräder bei unserer Ankunft bereitstanden und bei unserer Abreise wieder abgeholt wurden. Zudem reagierte er sehr schnell auf alle meine Nachrichten. Es war nicht notwendig, viel zu kommunizieren, da alles bereits perfekt organisiert und erklärt war. Mit den Fahrrädern war die Entfernung von der Villa zum Strand nur 5 Minuten. Der Parkplatz im Hof war sehr groß und bot Platz für zwei große Autos. Ich kann diese Villa jedem empfehlen, der einen komfortablen und gut organisierten Aufenthalt sucht!

La casa vacanze Sambuco è molto bella, accogliente e comoda. Il paesaggio è splendido immerso nelle colline toscane; la vista verso queste colline è splendida. Eravamo in dodici adulti e siamo stati comodamente alloggiati, godendo anche di una certa riservatezza perché ci sono tre unità indipendenti, ognuna con tutti i servizi e comodità. Anche la zona della piscina con tutte le comodità, pulitissima. In definitiva, ci è piaciuto molto , sicuramente torneremo, e posso consigliarla vivamente.

Ci siamo stati per visitare la Toscana, posizione strategica, centrale, a due passi dall'autostrada, tanti servizi neri dintorni, parcheggio privato, area tranquilla e silenziosa, casa semplicemente splendida e ben riscaldata, molto spaziosa, molto pulita, praticante nuova! Era tutto praticante nuovo, dai piatti agli elettrodomestici!

We had a great time staying at Cosimo's place. The area is perfect as a base to go on trips around Tuscany and wind down in the evening. Cosimo recommended nice local restaurants in the area that we really liked and was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is clean and modern with a great kitchen. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car, so you can go to the beach in the morning and on a mountain hike in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

this wad a last minute stay as our previous airbnb had electrical issues. Anna and Claudio were very accommodating of accepting our reservation last minute and allowing us to arrive at almost midnight. Since they were not expecting us the house was not fully prepared but they did their absolute best to get us everything we needed. They helped arrange activities and meals and were very pleasant hosts. We would definitely recommend their home.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.
