Renta de villas vacacionales en Ponte San Nicola

Bellissima villa con vista incantevole sul golfo di Policastro. Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 6 per il secondo anno consecutivo. Tutto sempre molto ordinato e pulito. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il phon che è stato prontamente sostituito. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Unico suggerimento: qualche punto luce in più nell'incantevole giardino così come qualche abat jour aggiuntiva nelle camere da letto renderebbero il soggiorno fantastico. Grazie di tutto Simon. Torneremo senz'altro.

Wat een idyllische, prachtige plek in de heuvels van Ascea. Een vrijstaand huis, zeer privé gelegen en volledig omheind. Ideaal met een hond. De omgeving is geweldig. Ideaal voor wandelingen en een bezoek aan het strand. De ontvangst was hartelijk en de verder communicatie adequaat en vriendelijk! Wij wonen zelf in Toscane en komen graag nog eens terug! Dank Luca en familie!

Es wahr wirklich wunderschön bei Elena und Emilio.Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön der Pool riesig und der Grillplatz einfach nur super. Bei Fragen sind sie immer Erreichbar und Helfen weiter.Das Haus ist mittlerweile auch klimatisiert. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gefallen.Die Region im golfo di Policastro ist wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert.Wir sind und sicher dass wir nochmals dort hingehen werden.

We stayed two months in this paradise at Cilento national park. Ger and Carmen’s house is is perfect in every way: you have your own privacy surrounded by absolutely beautiful nature and the house has all the modern facilitys. Hundreds of years old olive and oak trees in the property are amazing and the mountain views are stunning. Roccagloriosa is really nice, beautiful and peaceful village with all the facilitys you need. The clear waters of Cilento coast are short drive away from the house. Ger has very informative web page to explore all the historical attractions nearby etc. Communication with Ger was fast and comprehensive, always. Can’t recommend enough Ger and Carmens paradise! Thank you so much that our big family could spend amazing two months here!

Il soggiorno a casa di Claudio è stato perfetto. La casa è molto accogliente e confortevole, anche dal punto di vista termico, nonostante abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di dicembre e nonostante le condizioni meterologiche un po’ avverse. Gli aspetti che più abbiamo apprezzato sono stati la dispobilità del camino e la vista mozzafiato che è possibile apprezzare dal camino. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e dispobilissimi. Host consigliatissimo 👍

The photos do not give this place the credit it's due! It is incredible! The views of the sea, the peacefulness of the surroundings and overall beauty of the amalfi coast. We had a car for our family of 4 (6/8 year olds) and it was utterly perfect. 20 minutes into Amalfi, boat trips to Positano from 12 minutes up the road. I am so glad we stayed here instead of staying in a town. The pool is bigger than you think from the photos and the kids absolutely loved the fire pit and seeing all the animals around the sight. The decor and kitchen were lovely and everyone had a brilliant time. We went in late October and the weather was still between 22-25 degrees which was perfect for catching some autumn sun. An absolute gem of a place!

I have been literally all over Italy in the last 45 years … saw many stunning places in this beautiful country … Villa Sorvillo is my favorite …

had a wonderful experience staying at this lovely Villa. One thing that really stood out to me was the excellent communication provided. Having a contact person readily available to answer any questions made my stay even more enjoyable. The property itself was absolutely lovely, and it matched the description perfectly. The attention to detail and cleanliness were remarkable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay to choose this villa.

Francesca and Roberto are excellent hosts. They made us feel at home from the very beginning - helping us with our bags and even making us a home cooked dinner for the first night. That pasta dinner was one of the best in our entire Italy trip. Their place was awesome with a beautiful view. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the house from the road but it is very doable and absolutely worth it. Perfect location - quiet yet close to Amalfi, Ravello, etc. They gave us recommendations on what to do in the area. We even did their cooking class which was fantastic. They live above the Airbnb, but they have their own entrance and are not around unless you want their help with something. Overall, highly recommended to stay with them and we will stay again in the future.

This villa was beautiful! Our family enjoyed having such a large space to spread out and get a little space from each other at the end of a multi-week trip. The home was in superb condition - everything was spotless and well-maintained. The home was just as described - many stairs to get to the home and stairs within the home. There is a bus stop right at the bottom of the stairs that can easily get you to and from town if you don't want to walk. The AC in the home worked great during a very hot and humid time in Amalfi. They also helped arrange transportation for us to and from the train station in Naples. Giovanna and her team were so helpful in ensuring we had everything we could need in the home and access to information for fun in the community. We also arrived to a stocked kitchen and loved cooking dinner, and eating local foods (freshest, best tomatoes ever!).

First..the property was absolutely breathtaking, not going to lie, there are many steps getting to the villa but worth it…the whole town is full of steps but the small town of 600 is charming. Miriam and Francesca were wonderful hosts, always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Good communication and directions upon arrival. Thoughtfully purchased some food for us. The balcony stretched the entire length of the house with wonderful sunrise views. There are shared stairs that lead down to the water. We were disappointed there was no hot tub as was listed, but we still enjoyed the apartment.

Roberta var en veldig hyggelig vertinne som ga gode anbefalinger om både restauranter og severdigheter i området. Hun kom også med smaksprøver på lokal mat! Fantastisk bassengområde med utsikt til Amalfikysten og Capri❤️

Livia and her co-hosts were outstanding. They greeted us with Prosecco and fresh lemonade and were invaluable with regard to local input including recommending and reserving restaurants and activities. The home IS enchanting with amazing views and an incredible beach. The area surrounding the home is magical with charming towns within easy driving distance. The Amalfi coast is challenging to navigate, but from Livia’s home, everything you need for an incredible experience is literally outside your front door.

Il gestore della casa, Andrea, è estremamente disponibile, ci ha dato indicazioni utili per visitare la zona, oltre che per ristoranti e simili. Comunicazione rapidissima via cellulare, abbiamo avuto necessità la sera tardi causa temporale che ha fatto saltare la corrente e si è mostrato sempre disponibile. La villa è fantastica, ci abbiamo alloggiato in 12 ma saremmo stati comodi anche in 18. Comoda la presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Bellissimo anche il terrazzo per mangiare fuori immersi nel verde. Unica pecca, attenzione alle macchine quando si varca il cancello, c’è una cunetta abbastanza alta.

L’appartement est ultra confortable et spacieux. La vue est tout simplement spectaculaire de chaque pièce de l’appartement. Les terrasses sont splendides. Mario a été très généreux pour nous suggérer des endroits à visiter et pour les restaurants et autres commodités. L’appartement est situé à 6 min. de marche de Minori.

We just wrapped up a month stay at Villa Primavera and it was an absolute paradise. The house had a lot of space, perfect for a large family or a number of couples. All of the bedrooms are en suite and the kitchen was well-equipped. The highlight of the house for me was the outdoor lemon grotto which overlooked the beautiful pool, which was set above the most gorgeous sea view. The only downside was the location is a bit remote, so a 25 min bus/car ride down to Amalfi. On the plus side, the bus stops at the villa. Finally, Pasquale himself was super responsive. He provided recommendations, sourced groceries, got us scooters, and even arranged for our iPhone to be fixed - high service! Michele also serviced Villa Primavera directly, so made sure things ran smoothly at the villa. He even came over to move our heavy suitcases upon move out. Overall, a great month at Villa Primavera - highly recommend!

We stayed at the villa as a big family of mixed ages, from small children to elderly people and it suited us perfectly. The villa has a well equipped kitchen where we enjoyed cooking pasta for lunch and a big veranda for family gatherings. Umberto, the manager, is beyond all praise, genuinely friendly, proactive and did his best to help feel like home, even offered his own car for us to go to a bigger supermarket and stock up for the week. Magazzeno cannot be called a tourist trap, which is quite unusual as it is so close to Amalfi. This results that restaurants are cheaper and somehow more genuine than in the tourist places. On the other hand, the village is not so well maintained, lots of neglected buildings, garbage in the streets etc. The villa felt like an oasis in the area with its green garden, flowers, herbs and the pool which was cleaned just before our arrival. The villa matched our expectations and recommended for big companies that enjoy being together.

It was really spectacular. The house is just beautiful, there are no others like it in the area. It’s very private and secure. You need only take a 5-10 minute walk, there is a small store one way, or a selection of restaurants the other way. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk and is gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. Just a wonderful family, so kind and generous. I am so grateful we found Villa Virginia and we hope to return again. ❤️🤍💚

This stay was above and beyond our expectations. Pasquale and Marco were fantastic hosts who responded within minutes and were super friendly. The villa was stunning and beyond our wildest dreams in terms of beauty and peacefulness. The space was clean and spacious, and easily and comfortably fit our party of 11. We were here for a wedding in Ravello which was a 15 minute taxi ride away. Taxis were easy to get in contact with. It's important to note that taxis/cars cannot come right up to the villa. Instead, you are dropped off about a 5-10 minute walk from the villa, which includes a steep (but beautiful) walk along the cliffside. I definitely recommend the donkey service to transport luggage. We did not get it upon drop off and thought it was absolutely necessary upon departure. At the top of this hill is an AMAZING restaurant called Gli Ulivi at Palazzao Pascal - you must go! I would stay at this villa again in a heartbeat. We had such a great time and the hosts were fantastic.

If you are considering staying at this place, I highly recommend you do!! Myself and my family (8 people) stayed here for just under a week and were honestly blown away. The photos don’t do this place justice it was incredible. The villa is superb, clean and situated in a quiet spot close to local shops and cafes. Antoineeta and Antonio were so accomodating and friendly, any request or question we had was promptly answered and they had fantastic recommendations. We all said this was the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed at, a once in a lifetime experience matched by once in a lifetime hosts. Thank you so so much for making our trip to Amalfi Coast what it was, we will be recommending this place far and wide! We will miss Antonio’s limencello spritz and his happy face :)

Es war super. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und übertroffen. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Die verschiedenen Supermärkte, die diversen Restaurants, die Poststelle und der lange Sandstrand sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das kleine Dorf ist sehr charmant und wunderschön. Sacha der Gastgeber war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation war einfach, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir konnten unsere Ferien zu 100% geniessen! Der Pool war sehr sauber und sogar bis 2.5m tief. Die Aussendusche hat sogar warmes Wasser. Der Grillplatz ist sehr gemütlich auch wenn es dunkel ist sehr gut beleuchtet. Das Haus ist von A bis Z sehr gut eingerichtet. Am Strand hat es auch kleine Restaurants mit Getränken, Snacks, Stühlen und Schatten. Die Leute im Dorf sind sehr nett und man findet alles zum Einkaufen. Es hat sogar einen Metzger, einen Gemüsehändler und vieles mehr. Danke vielmal Sacha, wir werden wiedermal kommen

We had a very pleasant stay at Giada’s place. Giada and her parents were very welcoming with wine and home made pizza on the first night! Beautiful place with outdoor space and swimming pool, perfectly located away from the crowds but close enough to explore the seaside and all surrounding areas.

We had a great stay and can recommend this house to anybody who loves an astonishing view and a perfectly designed house with separate bathrooms for every room and a large living room. Thanks for having us!
