Renta de villas vacacionales en Ponte San Pietro

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in famiglia presso la casa di Luca. Posizione ottima per raggiungere i comprensori sciistici di Donico e Monte Pora. L’Host, cordiale e disponibile ci ha accolto personalmente e fornito tutte le indicazioni richieste. L’alloggio, ben fornito, e’ situato in un complesso tranquillo e con una splendida vista sui monti.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht und einer grandiosen Aussicht auf den See und die Inseln. Zudem sind Sergio und seine Frau zauberhafte Gastgeber, die sich sehr herzlich um alles kümmern und immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit sind. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen Wanderungen, Städtetrips und Ausflügen ein.

Villa Rosa is een heerlijk huis op een perfecte locatie in Iseo. Het is een karakterestieke villa met mooie hoge plafonds, veel ramen en prachtige Italiaanse vloeren. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief vaatwasser. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van het centrum (paar minuten wandelen) met zijn vele restaurants en gezellige terrasjes. Supermarkten Lidl en Conad zijn ook loopafstand. Het contact met Alessandro en Camilla verliep perfect en vriendelijk, snelle reactie bij vragen. Het huis heeft airco in alle ruimtes wat heerlijk was bij temperaturen van 36 graden. Er is een fijne tuin waar we vanwege de hoge temperatuur helaas niet veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en kunnen Villa Rosa zeker aanbevelen, bij een volgend bezoek aan Iseo komen we hier graag weer terug !

Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, die das große Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand halten. Für uns war es ein tolles Zuhause.

très bon séjour professionnel dans l'appartement de Mario. Très spacieux et très bien équipé, chaque chambre possède sa douche et son WC. A proximité de Milan en voiture ou transport en commun. Commerces de proximité et supermarché à moins de 600metres. Très bonne communication avec Giuseppe ou Elisa. Nous reviendrons.

Met een groep van tien personen hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige authentieke villa. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Cristina is een super host die zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf beschikbaar was voor vragen. Bij aankomst zijn we hartelijk ontvangen door Ceasar en buurman Timo stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Het enige punt van aandacht is dat je iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur wordt gewekt door het klokkenspel van het (eveneens schitterend) kerkje naast de villa. Op zondagochtend stond daar echter een prachtig kerkgezang tegenover, waar we vanuit het heerlijke zwembad van hebben genoten.

Massimo and Marina were fantastic hosts. Their guest house on their private and secure property was fantastic and the views were much better than the photos in the listing.

Nous avons séjourné à 8 copines dans cette fabuleuse villa pour découvrir Milan. Situé à 30min de Milan et 30min du Lac de Côme, c’était pour nous le bon compromis, si vous êtes véhiculés. Le logement était comme en photos, correspondant parfaitement à la description. Les instructions étaient très expliquées pour l’arrivée autonome, très facile d’accès. Possibilité de stationner dans le garage souterrain. L’intérieur est très spacieux idéal pour les grand groupes/familles. La maison était propre et tout les équipements énoncés étaient présents et fonctionnel. Le cadre est très paisible, pas de bruit du voisinage, très peu de passage sur la route, avec le parc en face de la maison. Et les hôtes étaient très réactifs en message pour la moindre question. Merci pour cette facilité d’accès, cette superbe maison bien entretenue, pour votre réactivité et gentillesse. Et pour toutes ces raisons citées, je vous recommande vivement ce logement. Merci pour tout !

What an incredible and lovely house ! We were 4 + 1 dog. The entire house is fantastic The view and the area around is beautiful Thanks again for your kindness even if we ve arrived in the middle of the night ! :)

Pros: Beautiful spot. Daniel was easy to communicate with and accommodative. He provided great recommendations for food and activities. Worth staying for more than two nights like we did. The property is gorgeous and the views are out of this world. Cons: We had some small hiccups such as the washing machine not being plugged in (the plug was hidden behind the machine which required some creativity to reach) and expired kitchen essentials which required a drive into town (about 30 minutes away) which ate into the one full day we had. Wouldn't have been a problem if we were staying for longer. In fairness, these are issues I didn't mention to Daniel but I assume if I had he would be accommodative. Some pendant lights on the main floor were burnt out which wasn't great but was manageable. Daniel is open and honest about the bugs that you'll see in and around the home and in bedding but I'm not a fan of bugs and didn't like running pest control given the price point of this stay.

We were two families that met to spend New Year’s on Lake Como. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place! The bedrooms were spacious and private, plenty of bathrooms, well appointed. The kitchen was great - we cooked our own NYE dinner! But best of all was our panoramic view of the fireworks as we welcomed in 2025 from the penthouse 4th floor! Thanks for being such great hosts!!

We had an incredibly wonderful stay. Sonia was so friendly and helpful - lovely place. Close to great lakeside restaurant (Terrazzo Olmo) - fun walk by the lake to town. Delicious breakfast provided. And on the last night she had 2 chefs in for a 4 course restaurant quality dinner in her kitchen - our top event from our 1 week stay in Italy. Couldn't recommend this place more. Really terrific.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

The host was most helpful with responding to questions, the home was in a perfect spot to hop onto the Metro, and it was walking distance to restaurants and groceries.

La maison d’Elisabetta est parfaite pour se retrouver en famille! Avec 8 chambres et 4 salles de bains, chaque famille avait de l’espace pour évoluer. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter les alentours, notamment Bellagio et Côme. L’accueil de notre hôte a été parfait, Elisabetta est très réactive si nous avons besoin de quoique ce soit. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Cette maison est fabuleuse !! La vue est magnifique et l’extérieur est vraiment top ! Seul petit bémol, l’annonce indiquait 3 salles de bain et hélas il y en a qu’une seule (même si il y a aussi deux douches extérieures). Idem pour les lits, l’annonce décrivait 3 queen size, mais un des lits était en 140. Les équipements mériteraient d’être un tout petit peu plus complets notamment une mise à dispo des rangements dans les chambres pour les locataires suivants (aucun placard actuellement).

Strongly recommend. I would go again and again. The host is very helpful. We asked her loads of questions and requests and she was very responsive. I think she is one of the best hosts I have ever met. The house is a dream comes true; The views, the swimming pool and the inside of the house. Just rent a samll car as going up to the house can be challenging with bigger cars.

Eugenia was very attentive and always quick to respond to anything we needed during our stay. She helped book us dinner reservations, transportation, and offered local tips on the best way to explore beautiful Lake Como. The house was very nice, clean, and had comfortable beds and a beautiful backyard with a clean pool. The house is situated slightly up a hill on a relatively busy road, but is centrally located and only a few minutes walk down the hill to get to the main section of San Giovanni and the ferry stop. We would definitely stay here again!
