This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

Loved our stay! Home was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with appliances. Access to the beach was easy and very close. Views of ocean excellent. My family loved it, and we'd love to come back.

Absolutely beautiful place steps away from the ocean! We loved all the windows with a beautiful view of the sea! The decor was tasteful and the house was well appointed, especially the kitchen! The main living area was very comfortable for the four of us! We were traveling with elder parents, in their 80s, who found the steep stairs inside to be quite a challenge. Overall I would definitely recommend the place! The hosts are very responsive and wanted to insure that we had everything we needed! You will enjoy the sound of the waves at night.

Our recent stay at the Green Roof Beach House was an exceptional experience from start to finish and left us longing for more time in this beautiful home. This beach front property provided the perfect setting for our multi-generational family gathering. We were welcomed by a heartfelt handwritten note from our host, making us feel instantly at home. The elevator was a lovely touch for transporting luggage from the car to the living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to prepare and enjoy family dinners. We loved gathering around the dining table. Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished and provided ample space and comfort for every family member. The attention to detail in the décor added to the overall ambiance of relaxation. The location allowed for easy access to local attractions, beaches, and dining options. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. We are already planning to return for another visit!

We had a blast while visiting St. Augustine for a Cowboy Fast Draw Association Competition! Renee was super helpful and answered our questions before we asked them! The Shrimpers Lodge was so unique and held an interesting history as well. Perfect place for 10 of us gunfighters to stay and will be booking again for next year’s event. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay!

Misti was a wonderful host. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We were on a family girl's trip and while cooking found out the hand mixer wasn't working and Misti had one delivered the next day! The view of the beach is amazing at this place and we found some very nice shells. The hot tub was very nice too!

We loved the house, it’s in a good location that’s close to everything we wanted to do & see. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils. I loved that we had a fridge upstairs and downstairs and that both floors have their own living area. In short it was better than we expected and we probably will stay here again in the future!

The house was absolutely perfect for my fiancée and our two dogs. We had a lot of extra space and could have easily fit 6 people (as listed in the description) very comfortably. The dogs loved the beach. As described, the house is on the beach and you just have to walk over the sand dune to get to the very wide beach with ample space to play with the dogs. Thanks to the cold front, we were able to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard between the sand dune and the beach. Publix was a 2 minute drive down the road for groceries. We will absolutely be planning another stay at Greg’s beautiful beachfront home!!

Wow! A beautiful slice of paradise to create wonderful memories. We filled the weekend with laughter and good times! The main house and guest house were a perfect fit. Very well appointed! The fire pit, hot tub, and heated pool were a hit! We had a minor snafoo with our arrival time, and Derek generously worked with me!

Jody’s place is a great place to have a quiet, close to the beach house within a few minutes of driving to Saint Augustine. Lots of great bedroom, space, and lots of room. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Saint Augustine area!

Beautiful home with so many extra little touches! Loved having all of the beach equipment for use (chairs, umbrella, coolers) as well as the golf cart and bikes. We all had such a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! Location was 10/10 - we loved being able to have such a short walk to the beach, which was so quiet and private even during normal spring break time! Driving distance into the historic part of the city was 5-10 minutes, an easy drive. The house was so well appointed, with a well stocked kitchen, beach towels and equipment and wagon, and beds that had quality linens and were very comfortable. This was a perfect stay for our family, and we’d highly recommend to anyone!

Stayed for the Donna 26.2 Marathon weekend and was perfect location. Walkable to the beach and even the start of the race. Lovely home away from home.

Wonderful home for our large family mini get together. Enjoy the last weekend of Nights Of Lights. Game Room was a big hit for the kids! Jaimie checked up on us daily. Great Host!

I am so glad we booked this location. Right on the beach! The kitchen was fully stock with pots and pans and all cooking items, you could have Thanksgiving dinner there if you wanted! Jodi was incredibly responsive and communicative. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

As advertised, the home was in very good condition. All instructions were clear for an easy check-in and checkout. Very well supplied kitchen and appliances were clean a looked like new. New gas grill worked perfectly. Lots of room outside to enjoy and very private. Golf cart was plus for transportation to the beach. Also, easy walking distance to Debra Jean’s Cafe was a nice surprise. Excellent food and coffee selections. Overall, an exceptional stay. Thank You.
