Bellissimo appartamento, curato in ogni dettaglio, ottima location e perfetto per un soggiorno in famiglia. La comunicazione e' stata eccellente e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Cercheremo sicuramente di tornare in futuro.

Had a great stay at Chiara's apartment, local to some really nice restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

Our stay in Florence was often beyond wonderful, and staying at #7 in the Carmine area was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, good choice of restaurants, nice areas for walking - a lovely park was about two blocks away. The apartment itself had everything necessary for a home away from home: rolling shopping cart to take to nearby shops; good variety of cook equipment for cooking at home; extra umbrella; very comfy bed; nice selection of books. Enrica herself was helpful in meeting us and explaining the details of the apartment. Bottom line - we hope to return soon.

Thanks so much for everything you have prepared for us. It’s really warmhearted to make our stay like home here. We experienced amazing local food as you recommended, walking on the walls during sunset time 🌅 Lucca is a beautiful and lovely place. We had some unforgettable memory. El lugar es ASOMBROSO! Lo amamos con locura, es tranquilo, es callado, lo más ideal para pasar unos ideas relax. El lugar es exactamente como se muestra, pero Bruno, el host del lugar es lo más top de la experiencia sin duda, es un hombre muy amable y muy servicial, siempre pendiente, te hace sentir como parte de su familia. Desayunamos croissants y capuchino con una vista asombrosa y con un amiguito que nos visitó 🐈‍⬛. Definitivamente necesitas un coche para llegar, eso sí, pero está muy cerca de San Gimignano. Es un lugar inolvidable, y Paolo, el dueño es súper amable y nos dio mil recomendaciones sobre que hacer en nuestros días ahí. Gracias a ambos por todo!!! De verdad, de los mejores lugares en los que me he quedado en todo el mundo, la vista vale cada euro. ¡Esperamos con ansias volver algún día!

Fint och rymligt boende nära stad och strand. Paolo var en trevlig värd som var lätt att ha att göra med.

casa molto bella e pulita con due bagni entrambi con le docce che in 7 sono state molto utili. piatti e bicchieri disponibili ci ha fatto trovare anche delle cialde per il caffè. Consigli anche per trovare ristoranti e supermercati nei dintorni. Casa a 10 minuti dal centro

Tutto perfetto, casa ordinata e pulita in zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione anche un kit colazione e dolcetto, molto apprezzato.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

L’appartamento è in una delle zone più belle e più comode di Livorno: nella piccola ‘Venezia’ con canali e barche, vicino al porto e nel centro città, con i migliori ristoranti sotto casa. L’appartamento è in uno stabile appena ristrutturato (come lo stesso appartamento) con uno stile moderno, essenziale e molto comodo. La pulizia è impeccabile. Vi torneremo sicuramente.

Increíble el departamento de Marco y Beatrice, super moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin preocupaciones en Siena, respondían siempre las dudas super rápido, y el check in fue simple y rápido. El único punto en contra que le pudimos encontrar fue que la calefacción la controlaban ellos, uno tenía que solicitar que la encendieran y la apagaban en la mañana cuando ellos querían y con el frío de la mañana igual estaba helado el departamento y no teníamos cómo controlar la temperatura, pero el resto increíble.

Beautiful view, very warm, very comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but surprisingly peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf einem kleinen Hügel in der Toskana. Vom eigenen Gartenabschnitt aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf Siena und die tolle Landschaft. Abends kann man dort auch schön den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein genießen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles Nötige, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Such an awesome place to stay in the heart of Florence! It was like sleeping in our very own museum, and the bed was sooo comfy. Book it!

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
