The apartment was great. Super clean, had everything you need. It's perfect if you're traveling on your own by car or as a couple. The distance to San Juan Pueblo was super short by car and to the beaches too. The only inconvenience we had was that you can hear a lot what other people are doing outside the apartment. We couldn't sleep pass 7AM. But the place is amazing, super pretty, super easy to get into and Abraham was super clear with the check in instruction, plus, has a team that keep everything nice! Would come back :)

El apartamento de Mariella es muy cómodo, completamente equipado, con buenos acabados y el mobiliario muy bonito. Todo lo que se ofrece se encuentra en muy buen estado, no tuvimos problemas con el internet ni aires acondicionados. El edificio y las áreas comunes bien cuidadas y limpias, buena atención del personal de seguridad. La vista a la playa desde el apartamento es muy bella. Me encantó que tiene acceso directo a la playa y en una zona limpia y bastante solitaria. Totalmente satisfechos con el lugar y la atención de Mariella..

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet Airbnb parfaitement situé, idéal pour une jeune famille ! Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour incroyablement confortable et pratique. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, tout en restant calme et agréable. Mention spéciale à Veronica, qui est une hôte exceptionnelle : toujours à l’écoute, disponible à 100 %, et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Claudia's La Talanguera apartment is perfect for short and long stays, specially for small groups. It has everything you need to make it your temporary home. Also, it's location is great. SJDS town and surrounding beaches are right there. She also is very friendly and responsive, and so are the people who work with her :)

The views were amazing. The spot was great and amazing. Great place to stay and have a lot of fun. The communal pool is communal. Great spot to socialize. A gem.

This place is heaven! The house is beautiful and the patio is incredible. On the beach with a patio offering bbq, hamac, direct access to pool and access to the beach. They even had a kids table and toys. Master bedroom is just Wow, with view to the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot water and a/c. Close town, we would definitely come back!

Best location , best view in the complex . Will definitely be back. Exceeded my expectations. Tania was always responsive with any questions I had.

Honestly the pictures gave no justice to how beautiful it actually was!!! Loved the location. Being able to have the choice to go down to the different beaches at a short driving distance, or to just stay in enjoy the peacefulness of having Mother Nature all around us... wonderful choices. My daughter and I had not been back to Nicaragua in 18 years, and arriving in on Friday morning, and driving to Marcus' peaceful retreat is making us return within the next 6 months. We brought over family members that lived in Nicaragua, and they themselves felt in love with his property. Everyone that came just felt like we as a family were able to connect in a much stronger way than if we would have been right in the heart of all the commotion. Delia who is the lady that helps to keep up the property was extremely helpful, and always going out of her way to make sure we felt right at home. We will definitely come back, and just an FYI my first time using the app! 🤟Thanks, Rafael & Victoria

¡Nos encantó Casa Alegre! La vista de San Juan del Sur es espectacular y la casa súper cómoda. Rudy fue muy atento desde el inicio, y Alex siempre dispuesto a ayudar, incluso con las compras para que solo nos enfocáramos en disfrutar. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue contar con Doña Carmen y Doña Esther: nos consintieron con toda la deliciosa gastronomía nicaragüense qué les solicitamos, mantuvieron todo impecable y estuvieron siempre pendientes de nuestros gustos. Recomendamos contratarlas sin pensarlo, su calidez y atención hacen que la experiencia sea inolvidable. ¡Mil gracias Rudy, Alex, Carmen y Esther por hacer de nuestra estadía algo tan especial!

Un lugar increíble, la casa es preciosa y muy limpia, con jardinero y doméstica q ayudaban en mantenerla impecable. La playa contaba con un restaurante con piscina para el público y también tiene un estero cerca. La pasamos muy bien

Casa Abrazar is pure magic. From the moment you arrive, you feel transported to a space of peace, beauty, and luxury. Every detail of the property is thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and connection. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is serene, and the entire experience exceeded all expectations. I hosted a retreat here, and it was truly the ideal backdrop for transformation and rejuvenation. I don’t have a single bad thing to say—everything was absolutely perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a place that feels like a dream, this is it.

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Janet is super proactive and communicative. Everything in the space is labeled down to the hand soap to make everything idiot proof. I paid similar prices all over San Juan del sur for a week weeks at multiple places and Janet’s condo had by far the most comfortable bed. The front desk staff is also super friendly.

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

Très bel emplacement et literie confortable dans la chambre principale. Les matelas de la deuxième chambres pourraient être changés. Tout le reste est très bien. Nous reviendrons.
