The house is very spacious and can accommodate all of us with ease. There are so many bedrooms so you can easily arrange to all your needs. The house is suitable for large family. The host was welcoming and always responsive since before we've arrived. Overall good value.

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

Siamo arrivati a tarda sera e ripartiti al mattino presto per cui abbiamo visto poco ma l' alloggio era pulito e ordinato, con tutto il necessario per la notte e l'uso cucina. Lucrezia gentile e disponibile, se ci sarà un' altra occasione torneremo

La casa è assolutamente stupenda, con una splendida vista sui colli circostanti. Ben arredata e spaziosa, è davvero molto accogliente! In cucina c’era tutto il necessario (pentole, stoviglie, canovacci, detersivi). In salotto c’è la possibilità di accendere il camino. Uno dei bagni è dotato di vasca idromassaggio! La posizione è perfetta per alternare giornate di pace assoluta a giretti a Firenze, Arezzo e Siena, o 1000 altri splendidi borghi toscani. Il giardino esterno è una vera chicca: essendo inverno non l’abbiamo sfruttato molto, ma è stato perfetto per ammirare i fuochi di Capodanno. Giulio, che ci ha accolto, è stato davvero molto gentile! I gattoni Umberto e Pierino ci hanno tenuto compagnia. Come chiaramente indicato su AirBnb e specificato al momento della prenotazione, il riscaldamento non è incluso e va pagato al momento del check-out: per 3 giorni abbiamo speso 60 euro.

Logement très propre et confortable. Flora nous a bien accueillis, les œufs de ses poules ainsi que l'huile d'olive (produit chez elle) ont aussi été appréciés. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de la Toscane.

There is not enough stars to give Duccio and his beautiful home, what stands out the most is Duccio’s incredible hospitality and kind nature, he truly made our visit. The home is perfectly situated to explore Siena within minutes and is also a peaceful paradise spot which has beautiful views from the garden. You have everything you need to feel right at home, it really was the perfect stay. Duccio also picked us up and dropped us off at the train station saving us time and stress which was so incredibly kind. Thank you so much Duccio! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Nadia’s home was the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful week in the countryside! Plenty of space, comfortable for a small group or several couples. Highly recommend the in-home cooking class and morning walks through the hills. Thank you so much for the perfect start to our Italy girls trip!

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The unit is in the university area and close to all the main sites near the Duomo. It has a great view off the balcony and from the windows. The bathroom was a little tight, but not a big deal. We loved staying in the unit and were there for a couple of weeks. The hosts were responsive and took care of us. Highly recommend.

This is a great place. If you are coming before the Jubilee, I would suggest doing a little research on the c1 buses. They have changed their track and I could not find where to get on from here. They would’ve made everything even that much easier though pretty much you can walk to anywhere if you’d like to.

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Die Lage ist sensationell und es hat in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick auf dem Dom war traumhaft. Alles war sehr sauber und hat funktioniert. Ein toller Aufenthalt.

This Airbnb was fabulous. Large, with tons of space and well decorated. It was a bit far from down town but the great price reflects that. We ran into some issues with the water heater while we stayed there leading to some cold showers, but the host was quick to respond and offered to come and fix it. Overall great experience and an amazing place to stay.

Dan has been an excellent host; even from a distance, he was always attentive and responsive to all our requests and questions. Netti was very welcoming and kind on the last day. The only downside is the thin walls between the apartments. Other than that, there’s nothing to criticize. The interior design is perfect—being designers ourselves, we immediately fell in love with this apartment. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

Eccellente posizione ad una manciata di minuti dalle attrazioni principali. Appartamento grande, pulito e ben accessoriato (cucina completa di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, smart TV, connessione WiFi), doppi servizi. Check-in agevole senza intoppi. Host disponibile e rapido nelle risposte.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!

This was my first Airbnb in Europe and as a solo traveler, I couldn’t be happier. The location you can’t beat the view from the Terrace is simply enchanting at night, especially with the music playing. Everything is walkable. Alessandro was kind and responsive. I must admit the entrance steps are quite a climb, but this is noted in the description. I was proud of myself that I was able to get my 50 pound bag and 20 pound bag up and down that staircase so if I can do it anyone pretty much can do it. So don’t let that deter you unless you really cannot because of health reasons. I highly recommend.

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines chez Lucio . C’était très agréable à la fin de nos journées de retourner à l’appartement pour se reposer. Apparemment et quartier très calme . Supermarché à proximité. Je vous conseille le matin pour un bon café le bar Pegasus . À notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par Marco, une personne très sympathique qui nous a fait découvrir complètement l’appartement. Je recommande cette appartement qui est situé dans un quartier très calme et à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Nous devons sûrement retourner à Florence 3 semaines. Si l’appartement est libre c’est les yeux fermés que je reloue l’appartement de Lucio .
