We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in the Alpines! The property was spotless, with clean bathrooms and well-maintained amenities. The pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One particularly helpful feature was the Tesla charger, which made traveling with our electric car incredibly convenient. The only downside was that the internet wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else about the house more than made up for it. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back in the future!

Location is superb, just a few steps from the beautiful Ovens River and the lovely Canyon Walk. Marco and Sam were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The unit is small but well organised and very comfortable. There was very little noise from our neighbours. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable few days in Bright.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sam was incredibly friendly and met us on arrival. Our unit was newly renovated and was beautiful. Very clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, amazing bathroom. Parking out the front. Walking distance to the shops and scenic walks. Sam gave us a map also.

Great accommodation in an ideal location where we needed to be close to the Yacht Club. Very clean, comfortable, quiet & well equipped. Appreciated the good air conditioning! Friendly, responsive hosts.

Fantastic location across the road from the lake. The house is set out great for extended families/friends with a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and items left in the pantry are handy if you forget something, there are also plenty of games and dvd's for the kids, although we didn't use these as the weather was perfect for lake activities. Communication with host is fantastic, Anthony was very responsive. The house could do with a deep clean (window sills, skirtings etc) but we were more than comfortable and would consider staying again. Thank you Anthony.

Lovely large home with numerous spots for a large family to gather and congregate all together or in separate groups - on the verandah, in the garden and especially in the sun room. Excellent location on beside the pool and river. Close to shops and restaurants.

We were a group of friends who wanted to get away from the city for the long weekend and that's exactly what this place allowed. Private house with unbelievable views that did not look real. Space for us to enjoy breakie and BBQ outdoors, fire pit to move to when the temperature dropped at night, indoor space to use our karaoke mics we brought, lake access to relax in our floaties and garden space to play some childhood sports day games! We had such a memorable trip here, we couldn't recommend it more for a group fo friends or family to spend some quality time together. The photos truly do not do this place justice!

We were a large group staying for 4 days. Everything was wonderful. The house was clean and very spacious, the backyard had lovely surroundings and the pool was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities that you need for preparing food for large groups. Our kids really enjoyed have the big room with all the beds so they could be together. Would highly recommend staying here. Rachael was a fabulous host. Communicated well with the info we needed and responded quickly to messages.

Our party of two couples enjoyed a relaxing 5 night stay at The Glen. The house is very comfortable and immaculately clean. There are plenty of options for sitting outdoors and enjoying the scenery. Our favourite was to sit on the lawn and watch the sun setting through the gum trees. The walk to the river is lovely with the added bonus of a dip when you get there. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy the fruit from the magnificent fig trees. Amazing few days. Thoroughly recommended.

The direct access to the water was a real highlight for our family, perfect for all your riverbank activities, JetSki-ing, kayaking, or just taking a peaceful dip. This property is ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and truly reconnect with nature, all while having the convenience of being equipped for a relaxing and hassle-free off-grid retreat.
