Rachel’s apartment is an absolute gem! Meticulously clean & comfortable, it is well appointed for short or long stays. The location is super handy & an easy flat walk to Jackson St. Location was very quiet & we didn’t hear a peep of anything all night long, though maybe the supremely comfortable bed had something to do with that! Our stay was short as were in the region for one specific reason, & I was very happy to have found such a beautifully presented, convenient & fairly priced property that were happy to accept short stays. If you enjoy great beer, head into Abandoned microbrewery for a fun vibe & delicious brews 👍🏻😉🍺 Thanks Rachel, we couldn’t have been more delighted!

Stayed for 3 nights and found the accommodation excellently presented. Everything was of the highest standard/specification. Washing machine/dryer was an added luxury which was very useful. Loved Wellington. If you want to discover more about New Zealand’s wildlife I would check out Zealandia just around the corner. Well worth a visit but if you want a night tour book well in advance. Cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough

Quiet location, close to bus, groceries and good pub. Not many cafes open in Summer Good walk to CBD and museums.

One of the best! An absolute home away from home with all that one would need. Comfy bed, lovely shower, parking right there, peaceful surroundings, private, close to shops and downtown. Well-supplied with all sorts of essentials for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Deck area with comfy seating (heaters too). Workstation, desk with monitor a real bonus! Surround sound for the tv. Andrea's studio is spacious and centrally located in beautiful Karori/Wellington. There are tea and coffee making facilities, information about the area and lots of recommendations and even a wardrobe to hang up some clothes. We didn't meet Andrea but communication has been great and she has been very accommodating with regards to check-in. The studio is close to a busy road and you can hear some traffic noise (as is to be expected in a city), but with closed windows it didn't bother us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a great location to explore Wellington from.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, my sister and I were in NZ for work and your home was a lovely place to retreat to at the end of the day. We even found ourselves wanting to work from the house surrounded by that beautiful view and calm neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

This house is exactly as described in the listing. What the pictures and description can't convey, is the sense of complete contentment, relaxation and rejuvenation this home gives it guests. The ambience must be experienced to be understood. Waves constantly break (or lap gently) on the beautiful beach across the road in front of the house, the birds sing at dawn from the canopy of native trees on the slope behind the house. FIshermen, with their day boats launch from the slipway opposite and return smiling with their catch - and will GIVE you freshly caught fish in return for a friendly greeting. Elderly couples stroll by occasionally walking their dogs. Children are sometimes heard squealing with surprise as they wade into the cold water. Everyone is smiling, friendly but never forward or intrusive. Really, it's just a heavenly place to spend time. Authentic, unpretentious but with all amenities, mod-cons and equipment needed to make the stay unforgettable. A treasured Find !

We had a fantastic stay at Sankalp‘s place! Our private room was modern, spacious and impeccably clean as well as the rest of the house — it felt like a hotel. The bathroom was spotless, and the whole place was extremely tidy and well-organized. We were warmly greeted by Joey, their adorable two-and-a-half-year-old dog. He’s a bit playful and stubborn but incredibly sweet and friendly — you can’t help but fall in love with him after a day! They both were amazing hosts — super kind and helpful. They gave us great tips about Wellington and even recommended an incredible bakery at the Harbourside Market — definitely a hidden gem! We could even use the TV with Netflix and other streaming services (though we didn’t try it), and the kitchen was spotless. They even provided coffee, tea, and milk, which was a nice touch. Access to the washing machine was also a big plus. Overall it was a perfect stay with a great value for the price! Thank you so much for hosting us!

We had such a great stay - the kids had a blast inside and outside, with toys and trampolines! Such a cool and creative home, and Carley was so nice and communication was easy! Thank you!

A beautiful home with a lovely peaceful garden. Elizabeth was so friendly and helpful and had the most delicious homemade muesli and teatime treats. The bed was extremely comfortable with a lovely quiet room. Overall a lovely stay, I would definitely stay again.

Room was lovely and comfortable, provate and peaceful. Separate bathroom facilities via a short outdoor path. Arnold was a great host, friendly, easy going and helpful. Would gladly visit there again.
