Quiet and great location. Private pool was a hit with the kids and games room. Close to shopping centre and restaraunts. House clean and very welcoming.

Tom and Petra’s home is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The space is incredibly generous, with massive rooms, super comfy beds, and a spacious living and dining area—perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends. We especially loved the interactive speaker system and, of course, the amazing pool! It’s an ideal stay for a large group, and having the option of a third bathroom in the Pilates studio was a fantastic bonus. Tom and Petra were wonderful hosts—communicative, helpful, and always responsive. The only thing to note for future guests is that while there isn’t a sofa lounge for a 7th guest, there is a spare mattress available. That said, this place is a solid 10/10, and we’d absolutely stay again!

House was as pictures, house, bathrooms and rooms extremely clean. Entry instructions where easy. Lots of clean towels and linens. Close to pub and cafe which was great. Great experience at this property.

Our group had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and use of the projector. We enjoyed the space greatly and highly recommend to all. All communication was greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us. We would love to return again.

Jessica was a great host. She answered every inquiry I had. We found her place to be so conveniently located to shops and the CBD. It allowed 8 people to live comfortably together. The pool was clean and offered great relief from the Adelaide summer. We loved being able to easily play family board games and share meals around both large tables inside and out. The carport adequately provided safe off street parking for 2 cars. Thank you Jess for allowing us to stay in your home. I would recommend this accommodation for any large group looking for a home away from home.

A lovely property set in a beautiful and tranquil surroundings. Communication was excellent and we felt right at home. The kids loved the indoor pool which was a distinct plus. Food options were a little limited in the area but available close by. Definitely a property that we would return to stay at and do some further exploring in a beautiful part of Adelaide.

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful home. It's well located right near the beach and some food spots - but also perfect to just lounge around if you don't want to go anywhere.

Our stay was great. The house was well appointed, clean and tidy, although it was obviously an older home. We loved the location, walking distance to the showground, supermarket, tram, restaurants. Great place to base ourselves for the few nights we were there.

Glen was a fantastic host. The property was spotless when we arrived. It is very modern, clutter free and spacious. Easy to make yourself at home as soon as you arrive. Beds and sofa are extremely comfortable. Very clear instructions as to how to enter. A handy little brochure is left for you so you can join Wifi and it lists local amenities. The couple of queries we had for Glen were answered prompty and sorted. Location wise, the property is fantsically located. Walking distnace to pubs, cafes and grocery shopping. Bus stops close buy for the city and Glenelg. The tram stop is around 20 mins walk away which again takes you to the CIty and Glenelg. ALos has a garage for anyone who has a car/renting one. All in all a fantastic property and we would 100% stay again if we are in the vecinity.

A beautiful apartment right across the road from the beach. It was light and airy with electric blinds and all the required amenities. The private driveway was convenient and it was nice to sit out in the backyard. It was also a pleasure to watch the sunset from the front balcony. Charlton was a helpful host and I would recommend this apartment to others.

The place was very nice, Just like been at home Me and my son work away and it’s nice to come back and relaxes, We are of to Japan in 3 days be back in 3 weeks. Hope to come back here when we get back from Japan Thanks Mark

Warren was excellent at communicating and helping us with any questions. The house and the beds were comforatble and clean. Ecxellent aminities and everything was thoughtfully provided. The coffee machine was a bonus.

Jo’s place is spacious & well presented. Location is second to none and still very quiet at night. Backyard is HUGE & well maintained! Will stay again if visiting Adelaide.

As mentioned, a beautiful beachfront property with stunning views of the ocean. Safe and secure to stay with big family and enjoy the views of the sea from ground floor, direct beach access and private balcony with ocean view. Perfect for family and friends group.

Very clean and spacious property and convenient location. I ended up only being there a short amount of time, but would highly recommend it, and Bibi was very responsive.

It was a beautiful stay, so close to the beach and the main drag. The house was very comfortable and the bed gave us our best sleeps ever. We really appreciate d the air conditioning in each bedroom as the weather was extremely high (late 30's) most days. The key pad system is great.

We had a wonderful time in Lyndoch at Heather's place. Incredible amenities and a historic charming vibe. A lovely house to enjoy with friends or family. Big living spaces and outdoor BBQ. We would highly recommend. Thank you.

Very clean home. The house is in a convenient location, it is on a busy road so can be a little noisy. However, we were very comfortable and it was a great stay.

Lucia was a fantastic host and always responsive and was flexible if required. Credit to Lucia for having a home that is pet friendly. I would recommend it as a short stay accommodation.

Very beautiful home with a lovely outdoor area. The entire home is spacious and well kept. Brett communicates well and left good instructions for things around the house. Great location, about 2 minute walk to a lovely cafe and very close drive to the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place, lovely decor, very clean and inviting. Vivian accepting our booking at late notice and was very accommodating. Its attached to another unit and shares a drive way. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing little get away. Thanks for having us :)
