Wonderful and peaceful place. My wife and I were originally planning on doing a camping trip but due to the dismal rain weather, we decided to book an Airbnb suite for the family. I'm happy we went with this place. It's on a farm so it's a very peaceful and quiet place. I love the llamas and the Billy goat - always made my morning! My wife fall in love with the two horses. The host was super helpful and responsive. Great location up island if you want to explore Coombs, Parksville, Qualicum Beach and other locations! I'll love to go there again another time in the future. Note: while farm's water is from well, it may have an aroma and it feels little slummy. But it's safe to drink and shower. If you're concerned about the favour, you can always bring bottled water.

Julie did an excellent job setting up her space. Warm bright very comfortable. We will stay here again. The beach down the road is amazing. Dover Chinese is around the corner and very good too. Nice surprise! Thanks June.

Lovely place to stay right on the water and a 5 minute walk to a great local restaurant. Lovely sunsets over the island across the water. Very clean and warm too.

This was our first time at this Airbnb but have stayed at Tracey’s other house. Just like the other one this one was awesome. I Would recommend to anyone. Very close to the beach. You can walk there. Can’t wait to go back.

Slightly less kitchen counter than desirable for more than one person, but doable for a small dinner. Very happy with the space and amenities, would stay again!

Stayed here with another couple while visiting BC. The place was clean but it was a bit of an inconvenient layout as the only outdoor access was through a bedroom and the same bedroom had the only bathroom in the suite. While there was enough room for the 4 of us, I would not recommend this unit for 6 adults. Thankfully there are other restrooms for guests to use on the property, but it would be very tight for 6 adults. The spa was a nice perk and we enjoyed using those amenities and having a fire lit for us to enjoy. This was also the first BnB we’d been to where breakfast was self serve (ingredients left for you to make your own breakfast). There were lots of options and fresh ingredients, though the oat milk had been expired for months. All things considered it was a good stay and great value.

I would highly recommend this place. It is so thoughtful, all the lovely little things about the nautical theme. All was clean and well-preserved, and we had an amazing time. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and appreciated it very much. Madison was responsive at all times, and our stay went smoothly. I love it when the places have the basic things for us to cook, which is a great bonus. The area is great, isolated in nature but has all the convenience nearby as well. Thank you!

Our family stayed for 2 nights. between Christmas and New Years. The suite is cozy and well equipped and Camille was an attentive host. We enjoyed the hot tub in the chilly evenings.

Linda is a sweetheart. All the amenities were provided as specified in Airbnb. The place is surrounded by beautiful mountains. It is easily accessible and all necessities are within 20 -30 mints drive.Would love to visit again!

This place is beautiful!! You can't go wrong with the views from here, and the newly built fire pit area is awesome for sitting and taking it all in. It comes with everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away. Close to beach access points and amenities. Highly recommend!!

This is exactly what we needed for our brief stay. The welcoming chocolates were a delightful surprise, the unit was absolutely spotless and the bed very comfortable.

The suite is perfect for a couple wanting to hike and cycle Cowichan. Trails are minutes away. Michelle has taken care of details : fuzzy blankets, great linens, well stocked kitchen with all sorts of spices and teas. The private back yard is a bonus although it was rainy when we were there. Michelle also accomodated uswith providing a fan when requested. Great stay!

We had a such wonderful moment in Sally’s place. The place was better than the pictures, the unit was impeccable, great ocean view, very cozy, like feeling at home. We definitely recommend this place! Sally was friendly and very good explaining all the details.

We stayed for 4 nights at Home in The Heart. Easy to find; cozy, comfortable and centrally located in Cumberland. We used our accomodation as a base for skiing at Mt Washington, which was super easy to get to. We would stay again. Thank you.

Kerry’s place was cute, clean, and had character. Kerry himself was very kind with good hospitality. I was on a bike tour, and his place fit the bill perfectly with secure bike storage and laundry and all the other amenities one might need in that situation. All told, it was exactly what I needed, with style. Recommended!

Had a very comfortable stay at this suite! The location was great and clear instructions were provided on the check in/check out process. The snacks and condiments were a nice touch as well!

Get stay and super gracious host had an issue with my car and he was able to call and mechanic friend and leans some tools. Amazing people love the vibe there

I had the pleasure to stay with Kalvin and Tabitha for a few times this year. The suite is clean and spacious, and the host family is very friendly and welcoming. They have some little ones and they are very quiet. The instruction is clear and easy to follow. Kalvin and Tabitha are easy to communicate and very responsive. So if you are visiting Nanaimo, make sure to stay with this awesome family.

We enjoyed staying at this cozy home-away-from-home spot. Don was super patient even when we texted him for information that was already easily available in the suite.
