Kevin's place is spacious and make us feel like home. Kevin is responsive and helpful. When we told him something in need, he arrange that for us quickly even it is on boxing day. Highly recommend Kevin's place and I would like to stay again when I come to Melbourne next time.

This was such a great location! It’s close to the supermarket and train station as well as restaurants and coffee shops. It’s a very short walk to the beach too. There is a flight and a half of stairs to walk up, but well worth it. The thoughtful additions such as breakfast items, butter and milk were great. The apartment is quiet and spacious with a beautiful outdoor deck. David was lovely to deal with, very responsive. Would highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, conveniently close to Monash Uni, and easily accessible to nearby supermarkets and food outlets. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need in a home. The host was very friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze.

This was our second time staying at Veronique’s Box Hill properties. We decided to come back again for this trip because I noted how quiet the apartment was during our first stay, unlike many of the newer/fancier listings where you can hear your neighbours cough or flush their toilets. Another big bonus for us is the ease of parking. Flat driveway with numerous reserved spots which are always empty, making it perfect for those with low cars.

What a lovely little flat. It has been beautifully updated. Small but comfortable and exactly what we needed. Near to Caulfield station and to Caulfield and Carnegie shops with many, many restaurants and grocery stores. Try “Mukka” Indian restaurant on Koornang Rd. Excellent food!

Great place for us to stay near to family. The flat was modern and clean with all the equipment we might need and more. The air conditioner broke down on our arrival but it was replaced promptly and Melissa was excellent at communicating with us over this. We would definitely stay again. Wattle park just across the road was a great amenity to have on the doorstep and the local shops too. A tram stop a few yards away takes you to Melbourne central - great location.

Annalisa was a wonderful host & did everything to assist us, my husband was unwell & we were able to check in early. It’s a beautiful modern, clean and light filled property, we had a lovely family weekend together, the property was walking distance to Chadstone shopping centre. Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Thanks for the stay Casa Encanto. The property was exactly what we were looking for - clean, comfortable, pet friendly and walking distance to the beach. We were disappointed that we didn't book an extra night's accommodation. We definitely would come back again.

Gemma's house was a perfect beach-side getaway. It beautifully styled and cosy, which was perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. The location was also ideal, being a 5 minute walk to the beach and few minutes drive to local restaurants/cafes and stores.

We really enjoyed our stay - the place was very clean, well-appointed and easy to find my way around. I appreciated the little details: things like the fan control were labeled for easy use. Fresh milk and water was provided, and even some lindt balls, which were a very nice touch! Would stay here again if I were back in Morwell.

I had an amazing experience staying at Shivani’s listing! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local restaurants and shops. Shivani was an incredible host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and local snacks, really made me feel at home.

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Krystal and Bills apartment was great. I stayed here a week as I worked in the area. The apartment had all I needed in the kitchen and was clean and comfortable. Loved the area. It has lots of great options for restaurants and the shopping mall is downstairs. Will stay again!

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.

Song is a very responsive host and was flexible for my early check-in. The 2-bedroom north-facing condo is located in a new-build high rise residential building with spectacular views. Its living space is very comfortable, functional, private and in a great location within a 7-minute walking distance to Box Hill Central, the bus interchange, the train station, supermarkets, cafes & restaurants.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay.
