Loved the location and the privacy! The access to the water just off the back patio was amazing! The pier is in walking distance. Nothing but good things to say. The one hiccup was fixed right away with a message to the host! Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd time staying at Lorie's. She is beyond exceptional and deserving of not just 5 but 6 stars! Her condo is beautiful and clean and has ample supplies for cooking and cleaning. She is a true joy to communicate with and is friendly and prompt. Ger place has a good view and is very tranquil. We plan to stay at Lorie's Airbnb as much as we can! She is truly a top 1% host!

Beach Cabana is a very well-maintained condo with a strong beach theme, including some impressive wall murals. It is situated close to beaches, and to some excellent restaurants. We enjoyed buying locally sourced seafood from Paul's seafood, so remember to bring your oyster shucker if you plan to do the same! Island Market grocery store is just around the corner, and surprisingly well-stocked. Having a washer/dryer in the unit proved to be very convenient, since we were in and out of the water all day. We enjoyed the great view while not outside in it.

I will definitely be recommending this place to others. The location is perfect. It's close to the beach access, the canals, stores, and restaurants. The host was very kind and responsive to any questions. Thank you!

This condo is a gem and Steven is an exceptional host. There are a lot of positive elements, to name just a few: - nicely mantained and fully furnished condo. - the very few times we had issues Steven responded quickly and resolved the issues. - 400 steps to the beach. - lower level end unit, open and airy. - nice, clean, well maintained pool. - great picnic/barbacue area with two gas grills. - it's on a beautiful quiet and relaxing area. - specially enjoyed the Barefoot Mardi Gras beach parade. Thank you Steven for making our vacation memorable.

Great location! Informed us of unexpected maintenance at the unit next to us before we arrived so we could plan. We had a relaxing couple of days at the beach and hardly noticed the maintenance! Highly recommend!

Great location - right on the beach, pool right outside the door, concrete path that runs along the beach if you want to walk without getting sandy, and short drive to fun restaurants. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable! Our kids enjoyed running between the beach and the pool. Also enjoyed some fun and unique local restaurants - The Angry Marlin, Island Joe's, Padre Island Burger Company, Kilates, Rock and Rolls Sushi - All were outstanding! Thanks for a fun vacation!

Condo was great literally 2 minutes fron the beach via private access ramp. Home was beautifully furnished. Would stay again!

We had such a great vacation at Diana and Benaia’s place. We came up to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they went above and beyond. They even had a cake there waiting for us when we arrived to celebrate. The bed was comfy and the place was right down the road from the beach, we could have walked. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

We had a great time staying at this beautiful waterfront property. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the water from the back window. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

We just wanted a quick get away & Darryn’s place was the perfect spot. We felt like we had the whole island to ourselves. The condo is cozy & it has everything you might need. Morning coffee on the balcony was the perfect way to enjoy the mornings. Don’t sleep in, make the short walk down to the beach & catch the sunrise; it’s absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

First, I believe we've found our forever spot for any and all visits to Corpus Christi area. This place was exactly what we were looking for and expecting. Plenty of room to spread out and relax; perfect views of the beach from the living room (sunrises and sunsets welcome), and literally steps from toes in the sand. Decor was nice, coordinated and welcoming. Water pressure for showers was perfect. Access to pool was easy almost as inviting as the beach. It was also nice to have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and stove for cooking. Thanks for letting us stay and enjoy this place!

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

The condo was great, very clean and right on the beach! Mark was very friendly and easily available in case of emergency, he is very attentive. Loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Great location, real close to both beach and docks if your in-town for fishing.

We had a wonderful stay!! The condo was pristine and within 0.75 miles of the beach. The community pool was AWESOME! Easily my son’s favorite part of the stay, other than the beach. The pool was heated, which helped on cooler days. The slide was so fun and there is a ledge for smaller kids to walk and play on. The Silver Sands folks were very responsive and helpful when we reached out. Expect to stock your own kitchen/fridge, and bring laundry pods/soap to use! We hope to come and stay at this same unit again in the future!

This is a first for me, but this place is way UNDER described here. The amount of space in this rental was amazing. We had 10 people from 8 months up to 60's and we all had plenty of room to spread out and not a single complaint about accommodations. The views are incredible. The only complaint we had at all as the condensation from the vent hood dripped onto a pan at one point which made us notice the not so clean vent hood insides. We later realized that it vents directly onto the windiest side possible and realized ocean air plus great air conditioning isn't a problem we will complain about.

Outstanding property! Pics don't do justice for this property. Pool is amazing and the beach is just a short walk over the dunes! Very family friendly and kids enjoyed a lot. Our Vacasa Rep, Gage who was on site was extremely helpful. He got our pool passes for us from the guest services as we were having a late arrival. This allowed us to enjoy the magnificent pool on our first evening itself. Definitely will visit again!!
