Enjoyed our off-season stay. Easy to find complex in an easy location, relatively close to the beach. Home was as described. Sleeper couch was uncomfortable to sit on but the 2nd couch was good. Bed was great and the place is spacious for 2. I would stay there again.

Judy was an excellent host with a very clean and inviting space. She provided us with some great local restaurant recommendations! The space was easy to find and everything was just as described! We will definitely book again when traveling to Rockport!!

Joy is great, very responsive. The place was pretty much as said I feel like important things should be clarified. The area felt safe and some of the view from the front porch was pretty and some not so much. The canal is pretty but there is a closed down business to the right that is an eye sore but I understand that isn't anyones fault. The front porch is shared and I think that should be mentioned. one porch two front doors. The entry door seems like it needs fixed or replaced. It gaps open quite a bit. I was kind of concerned by the fact someone could maybe pry it open. There is security on premises so it is probably unlikely and the place is quiet. If you have a taller vehicle know that it won't fit in the garage but there is outside parking. The height of the garage entry is about 6ft high. Nice amenities but the unit is definitely tiny. It is also and older unit. The bathtub also needed some maintenance. There were three of us and it was fine for us. For the price it was ok.

It was an amazing place quiet and quaint. Any issues or concerns(wasn’t many) Cristina was very responsive!

Awesome property, and experience. Exactly what I expected

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was an incredible experience! The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, making it perfect for a family gathering. The open floor plan created a welcoming atmosphere, allowing everyone to feel connected while still having plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the large deck overlooking the ocean. The view was stunning, and the deck itself was spacious enough for everyone to sit and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. A major bonus was being able to fish right off the deck—such a unique and fun experience! Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of space and breathtaking views, this is the perfect place. I would definitely stay here again!

George was a great host, always answered questions in prompt and friendly manner! The place was clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the backyard area for a wonderful family gathering and cookout! My family enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!

WOWWWW…what a magical 10 days our family had at Copano Bay!!! Hands down one of the best AirBnBs to stay at if you love easy access to fishing, shopping, and restaurants. My in laws, who are in their 70s, were able to walk right out the back door and down the AWESOME 300 ft lighted, private pier with their walkers! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The walk in shower in the master suite made the trip possible for my father in law who suffers from Parkinson’s disease. Our host Allison was quick to help out when we needed it! There is no doubt that our family will be making this an annual vacation stop…and hopefully sooner than later!!!

Had a great time At this house, I was communicating with Roxana, we arrived a little earlier and she let us right in, we had a little issue but she corrected it immediately to my satisfaction! She was very helpful and attentive checking in on us each morning! The house was as described and looked like the pictures posted! We had our whole family there 12 adults and 2 kids we had plenty of space! We absolutely enjoyed the weekend and we are already trying to plan our next trip to rock port with the whole family again and we will definitely be renting one of there properties next time!

Highly Recommend This Rental! I had a great experience staying at this property! The space was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for all of our guests. The place is modern and up-to-date, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which was a big plus. The pier was definitely one of the highlights of the trip – we even managed to catch a couple of fish! Although the weather wasn’t ideal, that’s just part of the experience. The rental company was extremely responsive. When I encountered an issue with the house, they handled it immediately and made sure everything was taken care of promptly. Overall, I highly recommend this rental! Would definitely stay again.

We really appreciated the communication and opportunity for an early check-in, without even asking for one. Easy to follow instructions before and upon arrival, made for quick access to the property to begin enjoying the impressive dock and outdoor space on the beautiful bay. The space was perfect for our group of 6 (age range from 17-85). There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside, cozy beds complete with extra bedding in the closet, a well stocked kitchen (and outdoor grills) to prepare and serve meals. The privacy of the downstairs bed/bath/game room was the highlight for our late teen/early 20 year olds; they liked that they had their own "apartment." (Note for parents with younger children: this space is only accessed from outside on the ground floor). The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet (during Spring Break). No luck fishing, but we enjoyed watching the birds, ducks, dolphins, and sunsets. Easy 45 min. drive/ferry to Port Aransas beaches. We'd rent again!

By far one of the best places I have stayed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay on N Padre Island. Peter was a great host!

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

Kassandra was an amazing Host and she had great communication with us, we would definitely stay and book with her again! She had things needed in the kitchen in restroom and in rooms, we didn’t have to go out of our way, everything was accessible and she was very kind! Thank you Kassandra!

Location was convenient. The condo was very clean! Linens smelled great! And the host was very quick to respond and very friendly! Only con is that the building is old and under construction. I’m sure it will be great once the improvements are done!

Sunrise was amazing from the balcony. Place was wonderful. Close to everything. We have stayed in several places and this was the best by far. I diffidently recommend. We will be back to stay again next time. Thank you for being a part of an amazing trip.
