Absolutely breathtaking view and gorgeous updated home! Owner was extremely receptive and communicative!! Gorgeous gorgeous home!! The breeze was amazing!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

We had a wonderful time !!! the house met our expectations, and Michael was an excellent host, always available.

Viktoria and Vadims place was amazing. We were able to rent 2 of there places next to each other and it accomodated our large Group. We had a Group of 14 Adults that were in Florida for work and a little fishing. We were able to fit everybody and cook and relax during our down time. When back in that area we will 100% be reaching out to Viktoria and Vadim to see if there place is available before we look anywhere else.

Location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets, close to downtown. Pool is great. Comfortable beds. Franz was a great, responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s beautiful home and really feel lucky….as well as blessed to have spent a month there! We loved our daily routine starting with walks in the quiet neighborhood and later relaxing by the pool. We visited our favorite beach on Boca Grande several times….with many gorgeous sunsets! If you are lucky enough to spend any time at Sandra’s I’m positive you’ll feel the same. The location is excellent for any day trips you may want to take. The house itself is very comfortable….and rest assured you won’t find anything she has forgotten! We are hoping to stay again…for now we’ve got great memories!!

I had a great experience during our stay. Nataliya communicated excellently. The location was ideal for a golf trip, with numerous stores and courses nearby.

We loved staying here especially having the beach just a few feet away! Although there was construction taking place in the development, it did not interfere with our stay at all! We didn’t even notice the workers on site. If you get a chance to book this home, do it. April is an amazing host and has thought of every amenity possible! We look forward to booking again soon!

This property was exactly what our large family needed. It was far away enough from the busy part of town but still just a short drive too alot of things. The kids loved the pool! Also the host was very responsive with any questions.

C’était notre 7 e fois en Floride en Air B N B et le fait d’être situer à l’entrée du Golf nous permettais de voir des dauphins sur le bord du quaie. De plus en bateau c’est moins de 30 minutes de la plage de Sanibel ou Fort Myers . Je recommande fortement.

Perfect place to stay and just steps away from the beach! William’s place was pristine and he was incredibly responsive. The beach was very private and the interior of the home was thoughtfully decorated. Would love to stay here again!

This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!

Pavel is an amazing host! House was spotless, extremely clean. The pool is heated and the whole pool area is beautifully lit up at night. Highly recommend!

The house we rented was clean and tidy. Kristina is an attentive hostess who has provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She quickly answered questions and resolved some questions that arose. We are grateful for the vacation spent at Kristina's house.

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

Our stay was fantastic! The place was exactly as pictured—very clean and well-maintained. It’s in a quiet and private area while still being close to everything. What a wonderful home! We could not have asked for anything more. Close to beaches and shopping. Perfect home to enjoy the Florida sun and your own pool. Check in and out was simple and Dave was super easy to Correspond with. Hoping to make this a yearly trip.
