Alles war super, sehr viel Platz, so dass unsere 3 Generationen Reise sehr entspannt war. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und der kleine Laden um die Ecke richtig gut sortiert mit allem, was man benötigt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir haben ist die Couch im Wohnzimmer. Sie lädt nicht zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein, wir hatten nicht ganz so schönes Wetter und hätten gern schön am Kamin mal beisammen gesessen. Diese würde ich wirklich austauschen. Ansonsten war der Service super, wir brauchten noch ein paar Decken und haben sie umgehend erhalten und dazu noch ein nettes Gespräch.

The short trip with my girlfriend and my daughter was lovely. Around the house was everything that we needed. The Check-in was also easy and very fexible. I would highly recommend a car, because there are not that many restaurants nearby. The garden had also a lot of fun activitys for our daughter and us. We thought the little house would be a bit bigger, it's just one big room with everything within. So als couple (with a small child) it's perfect, for every person more it would be a bit small. Miquel and Magdalena also hat a babychair and bed ready, and in general they were very nice!

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Eine sehr schöne Villa in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße von Playa del Muro! Liebevoll und mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Aussenküche! Viele Orte im Garten zum verweilen. Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten dennoch viel Privatsphäre. Eine super toll ausgestattete Küche! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Eine sehr freundliche und gute Kommunikation mit Kimberley! Vielen Dank! Sehr zum Weiterempfehlen!

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Wir hatten eine zauberhafte Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist urig und gemütlich, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Ausstattung war überschaubar, reichte für 5 Personen aber völlig aus. Bei Problemen und Fragen waren die Vermieter stets hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ging schnell zum Strand. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich.

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dès notre arrivée. Astrid nous a donné pleins de conseils sur la ville et les modes de fonctionnement, les idées de restaurants et de visites (marché de Pollença…), les points de vigilance à avoir… Nous avons eu à disposition à notre arrivée à l’appartement une bouteille d’eau, de lait , du thé… et Astrid nous a prêté un parasol (très utile avec cette chaleur) et un grand paréo. Astrid a toujours été très réactive à nos demandes et nos interrogations. Les échanges ont toujours été très bienveillants, amicaux et sincères. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Peut-être à une prochaine fois si nous repassons sur l’île de Majorque.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit Blick auf den Strand. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind direkt in der Nähe reichlich vorhanden. nur 20 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt von Alcudia. Alles war sehr sauber und der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Victoria war immer gut erreichbar und der Kontakt mit ihr sehr herzlich. Toller Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten ein paar schön Tage in Hectors Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für eine Familie mit bis zu vier Kindern geeignet. Der schöne Strand von Alcudia ist in zehn Gehminuten erreichbar, ein Lidl ist direkt um die Ecke :)

Antoni war ein Super - Gastgeber, Check In und Check Out waren flexibel. Haben die Wohnung in den kühlen Nächten im Dezember schön warm bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren auch zB Kaffeekapseln vorhanden - sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist saubet und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Luxus sind die 2 Badezimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. In 2 Minuten ist man an der schönen Sandbucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Wasser.

We stayed for 5 nights with the most beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Really good place to get to Tramuntana and also the South of the Island by car. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a nice kitchen with loads of utensils and extra stuff like seasoning and baking sheets. There also was a whole washing area which was nice. There also was an elevator for transport of heavy stuff. Supermarkets were in walkable distance as well as parking. We were always able to find a parking sport. The communication with the host was great and they answered all of our questions. Recommendation!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, wir hatten zu viert genug Platz mit zwei Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gab es die Möglichkeit, sowohl den Sessel als auch das Sofa zum schlafen zu benutzen und auszuziehen. Vor dem Balkon, gleich das Meer mit Sonnenaufgang und Jogging Strecke. Wunderbar! Vor der Tür, viele Restaurants, Bars und kleine Geschäfte, aber ruhiges Publikum und nie nachts Lärm. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung: eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank, Spüli und Schwamm sowie Geschirrhandtuch, Müllsäcke, Tee und Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker, Shampoo und Duschgel sowie ausreichend Handtücher und Strandtücher waren vorhanden. Antonia war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auch für einen deutschen Fernsehanschluss gesorgt, stets freundlich und zugewandt. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der mit Familie verreist den Blick aufs Meer würdigen kann und abends auch mal gerne in ein Restaurant geht.

Byt je prostorný, skvěle vybavený, ideální pro rodiny s dětmi. Vše bylo čisté, uklizené. Dostatek ručníků pro všechny hosty a dokonce i ručníky na pláž! Pro děti hračky na pláž, také slunečník a lehátka. Klidná lokalita blízko pláže, zároveň pár minut na ulici plnou obchodů, barů a restaurací. Bel okamžitě reaguje na zprávy. Určitě se vrátíme!

We had a very comfortable stay at Luis apartment. The place has all it needs and is a 15min walk away from the beach. Everything was very clean and even had a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the good weather. Luis was very kind and gave us all the information we needed. We can absolutely recommend this place.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. You won’t regret reserving his place. Book it now!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Der Aufenthalt bei Jose war super! Wir waren zu viert für fünf Tage da und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage ist super und die ÖPNV Anbindung perfekt. Wir sind direkt vom Airport mit dem Bus zur Unterkunft gefahren und auch einen Tag nach Palma. Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist groß genug für 4-5 Personen. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Einziges Manko ist, dass es teilweise an Haushaltsausstattung fehlt um den Müll zu trennen oder Geschirr abzutrocknen. Insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt bei Jose sehr empfehlen und kommen gern wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und entspricht den Fotos sowie den Beschreibungen. Zudem hat es eine tolle Lage, nur wenige 100 m vom Strand, Restaurants, Supermärkten und Geschäften entfernt. Maxim und Akim sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich begrüßt sowie sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Cozy and very clean apartment in the peaceful area just few minutes away from the promenade. The appartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, though having coffee and tea for the first day would be a nice bonus. The apartment was overall quiet as there are no neighbours above. As we visited Mallorca in December possibility to use AC as a heating was a real bonus, the apartment got warm quite fast. Xisco provided very clear instructions how to find a place, there was also a free private parking near the entrance, which was very convenient. We felt ourselves like at home, great experience, thanks!

Excelente estancia. Todo lo necesario y más en una casita encantadora. Ha sido una gozada ir a Mallorca en enero y poder disfrutar del paisaje y la tranquilidad. Volveremos 🥰
