Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Port d'Alcúdia

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie ist top ausgestattet, war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist klasse, nur kaum eine Minute vom Strand entfernt und dennoch bekommt man vom Trubel an der Promenade nichts mit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch gut, wir haben immer schnelle und freundliche Antworten bekommen. Wir waren auch sehr dankbar, dass wir bereits um 12 Uhr, anstatt wie angegeben erst ab 16 Uhr einchecken konnten. Nur an einem Punkt gibt es etwas zu meckern: Der Preis für die Reinigung ist mit 140€ exorbitant hoch. Besonders dafür, dass der Müll selbst entsorgt werden muss (wird dies nicht getan, wird wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung 50€ abgebucht). Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden und mit Preisleistung zufrieden.

L’appartement d’Antonia est spacieux, calme, très très agréable et super bien équipé! Il y avait même des jeux de plage qui ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants. Il est également idéalement situé pour profiter du port de Pollença comme pour découvrir la magnifique région environnante. On recommande vivement cet appartement où nous pensons déjà revenir :-) également, Antonia a été une hôte parfaite, très disponible et arrangeante. Tout était au top, merci!

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchen with everything you need (with dishwasher!), good cooking utensils and a new bathroom. 2 balconies and great pool. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend :) Only downside: the beds make a lot of noise when you turn around, waking up our baby constantly... Also chairs outside are really not comfortable.

agréable séjour chez Nathalia,le logement correspond a la description de l'annonce, proche de tout, nous avons été conseillé et bien accueilli. niveau équipements il y a tout pour passer un agréable séjour. La fontaine a eau et la machine a laver sont un plus 🙂

Wendy was proactive, friendly, responsive. The flat was super clean. The location was amazing, right on the beach of Pollença, allowing for amazing runrise watching. Although it was quiet in the winter, the area must be very lively in season with seafront shops and cafés.

Wir (drei Erwachsene und ein 3 jähriges Kind)haben uns im Apartment gut gefühlt. Auf dem zweitem Stock mit Blick aufs Meer. Der wunderbare Strand gleich neben dem Hof. Alles notwendige war vorhanden in der Wohnung. Die Gegend war ruhig und die Nachbarn hinter den Wänden haben nicht sehr gestört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter Roger war sehr freundlich und gut. In 100 m Entfernung war unseres spanisches familiengeführtes Lieblingsrestaurant. Das ist kein luxuriöses Apartment und wird in der nächsten Zukunft einige kleine Nachbesserungen benötigten. Wir haben die relativ kleine Mängel 9 Tage lang vertragen können.

Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert und in einem top Zustand. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles was benötigt wird war vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Strandblick war wunderschön. Jeder Raum kann separat geheizt bzw. klimatisiert werden. Auch ein schöner elektrischer Kamin ist vorhanden, der für ein gemütliches Ambiente sorgt. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und viele Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheken usw. sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren für eine Woche Rennradfahren auf Mallorca. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren von Alcúdia in alle Richtungen war die Unterkunft ideal. In der Nebensaison berücksichtigen, dass wenige Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe offen haben. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, schöner Meerblick. Miguel hat einen einfachen Check-In ermöglicht und uns mit allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, alles blitz blank sauber. Ich habe selten so ein sauberes Haus angetroffen. Paco war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sehr gute Restauranttipps gegeben. Auch hat er sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob wir etwas brauchen und einmal hat er sogar Ensaimadas vorbeigebracht. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. In der Umgebung findet man auch viele tolle Strände.

Alles war super, sehr viel Platz, so dass unsere 3 Generationen Reise sehr entspannt war. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und der kleine Laden um die Ecke richtig gut sortiert mit allem, was man benötigt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir haben ist die Couch im Wohnzimmer. Sie lädt nicht zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein, wir hatten nicht ganz so schönes Wetter und hätten gern schön am Kamin mal beisammen gesessen. Diese würde ich wirklich austauschen. Ansonsten war der Service super, wir brauchten noch ein paar Decken und haben sie umgehend erhalten und dazu noch ein nettes Gespräch.

Juan hat uns herzlich gegrüßt und hat uns einige Tipps für Touren gegeben. Er war jeden Morgen da und hat den Pool sauber gemacht. Vom Haus aus waren wir nach wenigen Minuten am Supermarkt wo wir alles kaufen konnten und hatten auch eine gute Anbindung. Das Haus der Garten und der Pool waren wie auf den Bildern. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We had a wonderful week at La Coma. Alexandra was so helpful giving us recommendations of places to go as well as lovely restaurants to try. The accommodation was perfect for our two families and the outdoor pool area was stunning. We would love to return.

I have been on Airbnb for many years now and I can confidently say Justo is one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! From pre arrival, throughout the stay, and post departure he was so friendly, happy to help and super responsive. He even put a bottle of milk in the fridge for us as our flight in was super delayed. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Can Picafort! Thank you Justo!

Lovely villa with everything you could need, unfortunately the weather wasn’t warm enough to use the pool when we visited but I can imagine it would be glorious in the summer months! Very quiet & peaceful location

We had a great stay here. On arrival there were a couple of issues due to a recent very heavy storm but the host was very responsive and did everything he could to ensure our stay was great. The pool is great and perfect for the kids to meet friends. The villa is spacious and well equipped to cook etc including a BBQ. Sometimes it is a little noisy in the night (there was a festival in the town) but once this called down it was very peaceful. Cristof and family are great hosts though and I would recommend staying with them if you want a lovely break.

We spent 10 days at this beautiful and peaceful mountain retreat with our two young kids. We absolutely loved the surroundings - right in the Tramuntana mountains with nature all around. The host Susi was super helpful and always there in case of questions. The apartment was super comfortable and convenient for us. Very clean and just a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The dogs are super friendly, and we had a great time with them following us on our trips through the property. We can definitely recommend and would love to be back one day.

Die Kommunikation mit Gabriel war freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Ich konnte meine Anliegen immer schnell klären. Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprach soweit den Erwartungen, einzig das Sofa im Wohnzimmer fand ich unbequem, sehr schmale Sitzfläche. Das könnte gerne durch ein bequemeres ersetzt werden. Ansich war es ruhig und auch nah zum Strand/Hafen. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

La Finca Nur est un endroit paisible, calme et charmant en pleine nature avec un très beau jardin méditerranéen qui inspire la sérénité. Le lieu est idéalement situé pour découvrir les différents secteurs de l’île de Majorque. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Le lieu de vie est très chouette avec sa vue panoramique et dominante sur le jardin. Ralf est un super hôte très sympathique et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. À bientôt !

We had a very nice stay here. We used Port de Soller as a base for some great cycle rides and hiking in the surrounding mountains. The apartment is very nice, bright and clean as can be seen on the pictures. The terrace is wonderful and has great views over the bay. The terrace has sunlight during the morning making a great place to enjoy breakfast. We were here in February which ment that not all supermarkets and restaurants were open on our side of the bay but we enjoyed the walk around the bay to the markets and great resturants on the opposite side. The owner Matthias was very quick and easy to comunicate with and provided all information necessary to make our stay here easy. Highly recommended.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. nous avons été très bien accueillis par Horst, qui nous a aussi donné des renseignements sur les lieux à visiter. Horst nous a prêté des vélos pour balades et notamment nous rendre dans les magnifiques criques à proximité. logement propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. le jardin de Horst est magnifique avec ses plantes, arbres, fleurs. Environnement très paisible. à recommander.

The appartment is a wonderful getaway for families. Very spacious, clean and with wonderful views of the Tramontana mountais. Location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood yet very short walk to the beach, promanade and restaurants. Great and very timely communication with the host. We very much appreciated and enjoyed a little welcome gift.
