Directly on the beach, hosts were lovely. Extremely helpful. Would recommend for a beach house.

La casa es comodisima! Amplia y con todo lo necesario para una estadía óptima. La comunicación con Marina fue fluida y en todo momento respondió a las consultas. Había un poco de olor en la zona , pero nada que ver con el alojamiento, sino con la zona en sí. Lo recomiendo para y. Grupo de amigos o una familia numerosa. La vista desde la terraza inmejorable!! Sisas inolvidables!! Volvería.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war gut organisiert und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

A very lovely place with an incredible sea view from the master bedroom and living room. Perfect equipment in the kitchen - even a thermos bottle and sandwich containers for hiking trips. It was very warm in winter thanks to 2 AC units and the electric heaters in the bedrooms. A good size boiler heated a lot of water for everyone to shower. The place is right next to a beach and great walking areas. it is very quiet in winter, not noisy at all. all the facilities were in top shape and functional. there were coffee filters for the machine and kitchen basics (oil, spices, tea...) Montse was the perfect hostess, helping us with good recommendations. She is very friendly and ready to assist you. We spent some lovely family time at her place. thank you

Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Maria, welche uns herzlich empfangen und uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants mitgegeben hat. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sie ist wirklich großzügig ausgestattet und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir können Maria und ihre Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

Eine moderne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick, eigenem Strandzugang und eigener Garage. Der Balkon und die Dachterrasse sind super schön. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch für Kinder. Die Kommunikation mit Pilar verlief reibungslos und zuverlässig. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Roberto was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij wachtte ons buiten op bij aankomst. Het appartement was geweldig en van alle gemakken voorzien, wat ons verblijf heel aangenaam maakte. Roberto gaf ons een duidelijke uitleg over het appartement en de faciliteiten, en deelde ook leuke tips voor in de omgeving. Als extra verrassing kregen we kaartjes voor de Cuevas del Drach, wat een geweldige ervaring was! Op onze laatste dag mochten we langer in het appartement blijven omdat onze vlucht pas in de avond vertrok. Dit maakte alles nog relaxter. We hebben enorm genoten en komen zeker terug!

Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Die Villa ist größer als auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation ist etwas schwierig wenn man kein Spanisch spricht, funktioniert aber mit einem Übersetzer. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in gehdistanz zu erreichen.

The short trip with my girlfriend and my daughter was lovely. Around the house was everything that we needed. The Check-in was also easy and very fexible. I would highly recommend a car, because there are not that many restaurants nearby. The garden had also a lot of fun activitys for our daughter and us. We thought the little house would be a bit bigger, it's just one big room with everything within. So als couple (with a small child) it's perfect, for every person more it would be a bit small. Miquel and Magdalena also hat a babychair and bed ready, and in general they were very nice!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich noch besser als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Sehr viel Platz, schönes Gelände, toller Pool und der Hund ist sehr süß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Fernando und Pepe war super, beide sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Unterkunft und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr gut, Restaurants, kostenloser Parkplatz und Geschäfte sind einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer kein Mietauto hat, kann den nahegelegenen Bus nutzen. Unser Host war immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Pool ist toll, um sich zu erfrischen, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt reichlich Handtücher und das Haus ist sauber. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, man hat das Gefühl, bei jemandem privat untergekommen zu sein. Die obere Etage ist etwas abgetrennt vom Rest des Hauses und hat neben dem Bad und dem Schlafzimmer ein Vorzimmer mit Sofa und Gitterbett, es können so z.B. zwei Familien oder mehrere Generationen gut zusammen leben, ohne sich in die Quere zu kommen. Wir würden alle gerne wiederkommen.

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

We had a fantastic week at Enrique’s place. The home was very comfortable, well-equipped, and ideally located with easy access to the mountains - a perfect base for our cycle trip. Enrique was a great host, always quick to respond and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Peter and Charlottes place outside Ariany is really something special The property is beautiful, huge, and very secluded. We spent two weeks there with our two kids and we had so much fun. Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could ask for and the entire house has that rustic Spanish feeling. On top of that the pool area was just wonderful! I think we spent most of our time here. The closest beach "Muro" was also wonderful. And here you also have good grocery shopping. Otherwise Ariany is a fairly small but cute town. Peter and Charlotte were super friendly, responsive, and easy to get along with. We would love to come back!

Working with Andres was a wonderful experience. We stayed for six days at Pine Walk and it quite possibly the best location across from the beach. The villa exceeded our expectations and you can walk anywhere from the villa's location. We will be back.....and thank you, Andres for a memorable stay!

Le quartier était calme debut avril. Nous avons trouvé sans difficulté un stationnement dans la rue mais peut être est ce plus delicat l été.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit perfektem Blick auf das Meer Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft wirklich genossen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was uns sofort willkommen fühlte. Besonders beeindruckend war der direkte Blick auf das Meer – es war einfach traumhaft, jeden Morgen mit diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen. Auch die Lage war hervorragend; alles, was wir brauchten, war in der Nähe, aber es war dennoch angenehm ruhig, besonders im März. Wir konnten uns perfekt entspannen und die Ruhe genießen. Der Kontakt mit Maria war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Sie war immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns bei allem sehr geholfen. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

Alojamiento excelente. A 5 minutos de la playa andando. Está muy limpio y tiene de todo, incluso TV con netflix. El dueño estaba siempre atento y la comunicación fue muy fluida, además nos dio todas las facilidades para la llegada. La urbanizacion tiene piscina y se aparca muy fácil en las calles aledañas, sin pagar. Terraza estupenda sin que dé a la calle de los bares, por lo que se puede dormir bien.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Recomendable 💯! La anfitriona es comunicativa y súper amable. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades y la comunicación fue muy fluida. El apartamento es suficiente, muy cómodo el baño pequeño extra, las camas y las almohadas. Bien equipado en la cocina. La piscina del bloque es bastante tranquila y amplia. Y las vistas a la playa, inmejorables. Gracias por tu disponibilidad y cuidado, Nora!
