I had a wonderful stay at La Coma - a beautifully looked after home, with lovely views in a quiet and tranquil location, just a short walk outside the charming town of Pollença. Alexandra was the most welcoming and friendly host, proactive and offering advice and recommendations for my stay. Would very much hope to visit sometime again!

A lovely apartment, in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Plenty of street parking available right outside and so perfect for us to use as a base for us to explore the island.

Antoni war ein Super - Gastgeber, Check In und Check Out waren flexibel. Haben die Wohnung in den kühlen Nächten im Dezember schön warm bekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren auch zB Kaffeekapseln vorhanden - sehr schön.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place with two young kids. Ana was a super host, very responsive and helpful organising two cots, leaving beach stuff to save us packing extra towels and allowing us to check out late as we had a later flight. The apartment was really well located, very easy walk to the pine walk beach and along to lots of restaurants. The apartment was even better than we expected based on the photos. The kitchen was well-equipped and we honestly wanted for nothing during our stay. The private garden was perfect for relaxing while the kids napped and shared pool was right outside the gate. Highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Puerto Pollensa.

Super Airbnb - alles das was man braucht. Wir waren im Februar und solange man einen Mietwagen oder ähnliches hat ist die Lage voll in Ordnung. Die Gegend ist (wahrscheinlich v.a. in der Nebensaison) nicht sehr belebt und durch viele große Touristenkomplexe geprägt - hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation war super, man bekommt ungefragt Vorschläge für Restaurants etc.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Das Apartment im zweiten Obergeschoss liegt mitten im Zentrum von Artá. Selbst in der Nebensaison (November) geht es an manchen Tagen recht geschäftig in dem schönen Ort zu. Wer eine gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in zentraler Lage sucht, der ist hier richtig. Den Mietwagen kann man wenige Gehminuten entfernt auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abstellen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem größeren Wohn- und Esszimmer, hat 2 Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten / 1 Doppelbett), einem großen Bad, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Sie hat einen Balkon, auf dem man in der Sonne sitzend, dem Treiben auf der Fußgängerzone zuschauen oder den Blick auf die fernen Berge richten kann. Der Kiosk im Erdgeschoss ist sehr praktisch, dort findet man alle nötigen Dinge. Fußläufig gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Wer ans Meer möchte, ist mit dem Auto in 15 bis 20 Minuten dort. Die Kommunikation mit Joan war sehr gut! Ich würde wiederkommen!

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub als Familie benötigt. Alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckerei) ist in Gehweite und der Ort ist auch in der absoluten Nebensaison nicht leer… Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist prima und die Kommunikation (auf deutsch) schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

joli petite maison avec joli jardin et piscine, dans un village très agréable avec bars et petit restaurant très sympathique et bon . Le village est assez central, Palma est à 20 minutes, les plages aussi, très pratique. Bref très bon séjour en famille avec des enfants pas trop jeunes.

Jacqueline was very responsive and helpful and would happily recommend the stay to anyone else. Shops and restaurants were only a few minutes walk away and the house was clean and easy to live in. On the day that it rained, we found the TV had both films and shows in English and Spanish.

Pani Margarita przesympatyczna i mega miła osoba. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce wszystkim którzy chcą zwiedzać wyspę a mieszkać w pięknym , spokojnym , klimatycznym domu. Na miejscu wszystko zgodne z opisem a nawet i lepsze. Znaczy na żywo lepiej to wygląda. Byliśmy grupą 5 osób. Są trzy sypialnie, dwie łazienki, patio, taras. Wieczorem po zwiedzaniu wyspy w ciszy i spokoju można z drineczkiem zasiąść na leżaku i delektować się ciszą i klimatem. Mógłbym długo tak zachwalać ale zakończę moją opinię taki naszym Polskim powiedzeniem. "Z ręką na sercu polecam to miejsce"

This was our 2nd stay at Corinna's. We loved it so much the first time that it was the obvious home-base for our 2nd Mallorca cycling trip. Selva itself is very special - beautiful, peaceful, and great restaurants. And Corinna's place is the perfect place to stay. It's a beautiful building, with lovely outdoor spaces to hang out, a well-furnished and spacious kitchen, and great bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. I had my bests sleeps of 2024 in the master bedroom! Corinna is very helpful and friendly, and responds quickly if you need help with anything. Highly highly recommended!

Spent a week here with my whole family. There was room and privacy for everyone, we could walk to the village, drive easily to the sea, and the property is quiet, peaceful and beautiful.

We enjoyed 4 nights in Chad's gorgeous apartment. The apartment had everything required and was a great space. The ground floor meant we had access to the patio and swimming pool.

This is a beautiful apartment, much bigger than the photos show. The terrace/balcony is huge with lovely views. The apartment is very well equipped and super clean. I had a couple of questions for Carlos he responded immediately and came to show me how to work the air con on heating. We spent 3 weeks here over Christmas. I also stayed for 3 nights in one of his penthouse apartments, totally amazing views and a lovely apartment for 2 people. Seaview 1B is on the first floor and is serviced by a lift. There are ample restaurants and bars open all winter. The bus station is a 8 minute walk away the buses do run in the winter, just not all the routes or as often. You can still access Alcudia and Alcudia port, and from Alcudia you can access Can Picafort, Inca etc. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again. It is truly peaceful in the winter, with lovely walks in both directions along the front. Highly recommend all of Carlos's apartments, they are lovely. Thanks Carlos. I highly r

I have had a good solo trip to Alcudia staying at Luis place. The apartment is in an area tucked away that is next to beautiful scenery. The supermarket nearby, Colber, is great by the way (coffee / pastries / service etc). But the apartment really was lovely - clean and had all the amenities described. Luis was a great host always keeping me informed and replying straight away if I had a query. Thank you for having me Luis and I will be back:)

Wir waren sehr Begeistert von der Unterkunft und dem gesamten Areal. In privater und gemütlicher Atmosphäre haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr Freundliches Personal, und dank den regelmäßigen Reinigungen auch immer ein sauberes Apartment sowie Handtücher etc.

Cozy and very clean apartment in the peaceful area just few minutes away from the promenade. The appartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, though having coffee and tea for the first day would be a nice bonus. The apartment was overall quiet as there are no neighbours above. As we visited Mallorca in December possibility to use AC as a heating was a real bonus, the apartment got warm quite fast. Xisco provided very clear instructions how to find a place, there was also a free private parking near the entrance, which was very convenient. We felt ourselves like at home, great experience, thanks!

We chose Maria’s place based on the photo showing the balcony overlooking the beach….wow the photo didn’t lie! For us it was the perfect location, it was really close to supermarkets, very good restaurants plus an easy stroll in to the town centre. The apartment was super clean, bright, very spacious with 2 large balconies with amazing view. The air conditioning was a blessing as it was extremely hot for the time of year. The bathrooms and kitchen were perfectly functional, if these were to be upgraded it would make this wonderful apartment even better, we would definitely stay here again when returning to Puerto Pollensa

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.
