Just returned from a wonderful stay in Puerto Pollensa, made all the better by this lovely apartment, which had everything we needed, including a nice welcome pack. Large balcony overlooks the pool. Peaceful surroundings and very secure. Short walk to Pine Walk with the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war gut organisiert und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Alcudia und haben den ersten Urlaub mit unserer kleinen Tochter sehr genossen! Das Apartment eignet sich perfekt für Paare, aber auch mit einem (Klein-)kind/Baby. Akim war super erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, in 5 min ist man am Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der netten Nachbarschaft sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place with two young kids. Ana was a super host, very responsive and helpful organising two cots, leaving beach stuff to save us packing extra towels and allowing us to check out late as we had a later flight. The apartment was really well located, very easy walk to the pine walk beach and along to lots of restaurants. The apartment was even better than we expected based on the photos. The kitchen was well-equipped and we honestly wanted for nothing during our stay. The private garden was perfect for relaxing while the kids napped and shared pool was right outside the gate. Highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Puerto Pollensa.

Die Unterkunft war für uns als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern eine perfekte Ausgangslage für die Erkundung von Mallorca. Die Wohnung war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Catis Familien-Freundlichkeit. Es ist Spielzeug für die Kinder vorhanden und für unseren Einjährigen Sohn waren sowohl ein Babybett, als auch ein Laufstall aufgebaut. Für unsere Dreijährige Tochter war ein Rausfallschutz am Bett angebracht worden, das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen und das Meer vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Wir haben die Wohnung wie angegeben vorgefunden und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbracht. Es ist tatsächlich etwas hellhörig, je nachdem wie rücksichtsvoll sich die anderen Mitbewohner der anderen Wohnungen im Hause verhalten. Cati war sehr hilfsbereit und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite :-)

Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

We had a wonderful stay in Tesa’s place in the beautiful pine walk in Mallorca. They apartment is perfect for families and was clean and well equipped

Amazing 7 days for us there. The host was proactive in giving us very helpful local recommendations, and always there to help with any questions. The place itself had lots of space for us, and looked exactly like the pictures. However the highlights were of course the amazing view, along with the great location, where everything you need was nearby. All in all an amazing place!

Wer keinen Pool braucht, keinen Aufzug und keinen 24 Stunden Service, für den ist das mit das Beste was man dort bekommen kann. Wunderschöner Garten der gleich an den Strand grenzt. Das Frühstück und auch die anderen Speisen sind unglaublich lecker. Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Grüße Michael

Cannot praise this apartment anymore than fantastic! It is huge! Two separate sleeping areas containing two twin rooms and one separate single room. Three bathrooms in total. Lovely lounge and dining area. Kitchen is big with everything you’d need. Massive patio area where we easily stored our 4 bikes, with stunning view. Central location on seafront. Only thing that would have been nice was some English TV channels. We only found one which was Paramount with ancient films. Wouldn’t be a problem in hotter months but we were there in February and some days not sunny and chilly. Even an English news channel would be bonus. Also found it hard to heat apartment, radiators just didn’t get hot and even though air con should have been set to warm it blew out cold air. These are minor moans, I’m sure J S Villas would have sorted it had we persisted. Do not hesitate booking this place, it’s an absolute gem and we had a great week.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit Blick auf den Strand. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind direkt in der Nähe reichlich vorhanden. nur 20 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt von Alcudia. Alles war sehr sauber und der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Victoria war immer gut erreichbar und der Kontakt mit ihr sehr herzlich. Toller Aufenthalt!

We are satisfied. The offer is very fair, as described by the host, it's a simple apartment near the beach. We can see it's the "grandparent's" apartment, so nothing fancy, but fair and has all you need for the stay. As seen in some other reviews, the area is quite busy with traffic and live music from the restaurant near, but you can live with that. The ceiling fans do a good job as there is no A/C, just make sure to close the glass windows in the morning and open in the evening, to keep the hot air outside.

Das AirBnb von Magdalena ist super. Wir waren in der Nebensaison für eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Ausstattung reicht um sich kleine Gerichte zu kochen und ein schönes Frühstück zu zubereiten. Gewürze/Öl etc. vorhanden. Waschmaschine läuft auch! Wlan ist sehr gut. Der Weg zum Strand und ins Zentrum sind 2 Gehminuten. Die Lage ist trotzdem recht ruhig. Außerdem gibt es einen Kellerraum zum abstellen von Rad etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Location was very good, we had a car and parking wasn't a problem. At the time we stayed the pool was too cold to use but looked clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach and also to town centre. James from the management company attended to issues and communicated promptly. All in all a pleasant stay.

Beautiful apartment just a stroll from the beach, very quiet and private. Walk into the port was only 10 mins but lots of shops, cafe's etc on the way - would definitely stay again

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement impeccable ! L’emplacement est idéal, et le logement est non seulement propre et spacieux, mais aussi parfaitement équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Un vrai confort, je recommande sans hésitation !

Vi var to familier, der havde booket et andet hus tættere på Pollenca, som vi ikke kunne være i grundet fugt. Vi tog derfor kontakt til Nicola og forhørte os om vi kunne få tidlig indtjekning hos hende i stedet. Hun svarede hurtigt og fik gjort lejligheden klar til os på få timer. Det reddede vores ferie. Lejligheden er virkelig godt placeret tæt ved stranden og i gåafstand til butikker, restauranter mv. Lejligheden var ren og pæn og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for - endda badelegetøj, spil osv til Børnene.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Direkt um die Ecke (1min zur Fuß) gab es einen Supermarkt, der alles hat was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation über Homerti war super und sehr einfach. Am Anfang war es für uns etwas schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, das unser Google Maps uns ein falsches Gebäude angezeigt hat, auf Airbnb wird es aber richtig markiert! Alles in allem können wir es sehr empfehlen. Das einzige was wir zu verbessern hätten wäre, dass es super toll wäre wenn man den Whirlpool beheizen könnte, da dies leider nicht funktioniert.

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Just spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. We were met by Joan's parents who were a delight and provided us with tips on the local area. The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet street off the beach road, just a 5 minute walk to a great sandy beach with amazing views of the bay. The apartment has all the amenities you'll need. The swimming pool is secluded and great if you want some chill time away from the beach. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into town, along the seafront, where you'll find a good selection of restaurants. However we can highly recommend 'Siurell', which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, on the beach road, on the way to Puerto Pollenca.
