Great location, walkable to the harbour, restaurants, and grocery. Excellent location for cycling. It is on the main road that heads out to the popular Formentera ride so there are cyclists going by most of the day but the mature trees provide great privacy in the courtyard. The rooftop terrace/patio was a good place for morning coffee. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. There is quite a bit of clutter and stuff in the house and a bit of musty smell at times but nothing major. The owner went out of his way to make us comfortable. He was super nice and would do anything to help but we definitely used the Spanish to English app on our phone for translating. The house had everything we needed in a quiet safe neighborhood.

This is a great 3 bedroomed apartment with 2 bathrooms. Breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was fantastic. Great location, great communication with Catherine. I'd definitely recommend it and would love to stay again sometime

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit der ganzen Familie verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das haus sieh aus wie auf den Fotos, der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer aufs Meer hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns auch super, da wir immer selbst gekocht haben. Die Lage des Hauses, am Meer aber fußläufig vom historischen Zentrum von Alcúdia war für uns auch ein Highlight. Isabel war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hat aktiv und schnell mit uns Kommuniziert. Vielen Dank!

Nový apartmán v centre so všetkým, čo potrebujete. Apartmán má skvelú polohu, kúsok od pláže, potraviny rovno cez cestu a najlepšie reštaurácie v okolí. Apartmán je úplne nový, čistý a perfektne vybavený. Naozaj nič nám nechýbalo, plážové uteráky, dokonca tablety do umývačky a práčky, plne vybavená kuchyňa a darček od Gaspara tiež potešil. K dispozícií sme mali aj krytý parking v okolí. Gaspar bol skvelý hostiteľ, vždy ihneď odpovedal a bol nápomocný.

Gezellig, comfortabel appartement met een echt fantastisch uitzicht. We waren er in het laagseizoen, het is er heel rustig, het ligt aan het begin van het dorp. De straat tussen de tuin en de zee is zone 30 en niet druk. We zijn net thuis en hebben al een beetje heimwee naar Port de Pollença.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Puerto Pollensa, made all the better by this lovely apartment, which had everything we needed, including a nice welcome pack. Large balcony overlooks the pool. Peaceful surroundings and very secure. Short walk to Pine Walk with the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Great location in the city of a Pollenca making it easy to go out and eat or for drinks without having to take the car. The parking was in the street but easy to find some space a few blocks over. The apartment was large with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms which is great to have! The only downside we found was limited supply in some basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Not a big deal but that was the one thing that we found as a con. Otherwise, we would stay here back in a heartbeat! Really recommend.

Blanca est une hôte très amicale et très réactive face a différents soucis lors de notre séjour (La serrure de la porte d’entrée est assez difficile et la sonnette du portillon en panne, les petits carreaux de la piscine tombent un à un) Si je peux faire une remarque sur la chambre parentale qui est magnifique, j’aurais aimé un linge de lit plus soigné et que les pommeaux de douches de la salle de bain est plus de débit. Je regrette le manque d’intimité dans toutes les salles de bains et toilettes de la maison car aucunes ne se ferment à clés. Pour le reste rien à dire, la maison est très bien équipée, propre et une mention spéciale pour la réactivité de blanca

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.

Miejsce jest niezwykle piękne :) na zewnątrz piękne ogrody a w środku przytulne, czyściutkie, relaksujące wnętrze. Fernando jest niezwykle miłym i proaktywnym gospodarzem - polecam serdecznie i już zazdroszczę kolejnym gościom. Lokalizacja świetna jeśli jak ją planujesz objechać wyspę w kilka dni.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Wir waren mit unserer Familie auf Ferien in Mallorca (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (1 Jahr und 4 Jahre)). Vorher waren wir noch ein paar Tage in einem All-Inclusive-Hotel, da war es uns viel zu laut und hektisch. Diese Unterkunft war unsere Rettung, endlich Ruhe und eine Aussicht wie in einem Traum. Es hat alles was man braucht, sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder und Moskitonetzte für die Fenster. Die Gegend ist Ruhig, es gibt in Gehnähe Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs, das hat gut funktioniert. Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen, wir würden gerne wiederkommen :) Toni antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Besonders die Nähe zum Strand und die schnelle unkomplizierte Kommunikation haben uns sehr gefallen. Einziger Minuspunkt: leider kommt aus jeglichen Badezimmern ein sehr strenger und übler Geruch. Sonst war alles super

A last minute booking, and Maria was so helpful and responsive. Just across the road from the sea and a really well equipped, spacious apartment with a great garden.

Je tiens à remercier Maria pour toutes les bonnes choses qu'elle nous a préparé ( toast, confitures, legumes, fruits etc..) et pour sa gentillesse . Lors de notre arrivée Maria nous a expliqué en détail la quelle route il faut prendre pour accédez au parking privé. L'appartement est une petite merveille qu'on voit pas souvent. Tout était pratique, les 2 salles de bains séparées , les lits confortables, la propreté des lieux exceptionnelle. La fenêtre ronde qui est la source de lumière ne passe pas inaperçu pour les promeneurs qui s'émerveille en la voyant. Le balcon est idéal, la levée de soleil magique. Deux chaises longues et les jeux de plage c'est un atour pour passer du temps a la plage. Les serviettes de plage disponible et ça c'est un big plus. Nous avons passé des jolies vacances en visitant cap de Formonetor, Palma de Mallorca, Alcúdia et son marché et les restaurants aux alentours .Que dire de plus a part un énorme MERCI à Maria . The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

It’s been very nice staying at Viviendas wonderful place next to the beach. Awesome shoreline, nice Architecture, well equipped. Maybe a little fresh in the winter despite the heating system. Other then that: perfect! Viviendas is very nice and has been super helpful & flexible, too. All the Best!

Die Unterkunft war komplett ausgestattet. Es war einfach alles vorhanden, Backofen, Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Microwelle, Gefriertruhe, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw.. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Klimaanlage top, Deckenventilatoren sogar draußen auf der Terrasse, Betten super. Dusche etwas eng, aber völlig ausreichend. Ada war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein TOP Apartment das wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Danke nochmals für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Strand gleich um die Ecke, kindersicherer Innenhof, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Nicht so toll war, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche nicht dauerhaft warm war, sondern immer wieder zwischen drin klat geworden ist.
