We really enjoyed our stay, everything was spotless, in perfect working order and the host was very friendly and helpful. The house was modern and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooftop terrace with hot tub was the icing on the cake! We all loved being in the peaceful residential area of town and within walking distance of the supermarkets, on the lovely lake walk.

Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. We stayed the second time in the villa and enjoyed it very much. Very clean and friendly. Definitely recommend it.

What a fantastic stay, we all had the most wonderful and relaxing time. The set up was perfect for us and our 2 boys aged 5 and 2, they really loved all the outdoor space and activities for them, and were always so excited to get up and out to play. I particularly enjoyed a morning stroll with them down to see and feed the chickens and turkeys both of which had chicks while we were there. Our boys are still talking about them 2 weeks later. We were lucky enough to have fresh eggs every morning. Heber and Bibi are very kind and thoughtful hosts, very responsive and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We would stay again without question and have already recommended to friends

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Toni verbracht. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet und die Obstschale zur Begrüßung war super lecker. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig ist Port de Pollenca oder Pollenca in 5min mit dem Rad oder Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😃

The grounds and house are simply outstanding. The grounds are huge, incredibly well presented and thought out in every way, and are adorned with statues and beautiful artworks all with a beautiful themes of Africa and Majorca too. The garden also boasts A hot tub, sauna, and outdoor kitchen complete with woodfired pizza oven, a paella grill, and facilities to host a large gathering/large family event. Our host was exceptional and reacted quickly and promptly to any request/ requirement. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed. Five stars all round!!! Xx

We had a lovely time at Joana‘s finca. The house has a well equipped kitchen, a fireplace, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, located amidst fields and almond trees and altogether very peaceful and quiet- exactly what we needed.

Super schöne Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen am Rand von Sineu. Super Standort um von hier aus die Insel zu erkunden. Das Häuschen ist super schön ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht über die Felder war wahnsinnig schön! Die Straße hinter dem Haus hat uns persönlich nicht gestört, da eher wenig Vekehr war.

Unser Aufenthalt als Familie auf Es Bellveret war einfach nur wunderschön! Es ist ein tolles Haus mit allem was man benötigt (von Sandwichmacher über Trockner bis zur Yogamatte) und ein wunderschöner Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, den wir zwar aufgrund der Winterkälte nicht benutzt haben, aber ein tolles Ambiente geboten hat. Die Kommunikation mit Marian war super schnell und wirklich nett mit vielen herzlichen Tipps und Nachfragen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen geheißen gefühlt und den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen – wir können es Bellveret vom ganzen Herzen empfehlen! Auch die Lage ist wunderschön in der ruhigen Natur um Manacor, man ist ganz abgeschieden und kann die Ruhe absolut genießen, kann aber mit einem Auto gut alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, welche Mallorca zu bieten hat, erreichen und ist innerhalb von 10 min in Manacor, wo auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen. Allem in allem einfach perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca!

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

We had an incredible stay at Gotzon’s place. Very conveniently located close to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca, but completely secluded and peaceful. Exactly as described and even better than the photos, I could not recommend it more! And Gotzon communicated very well and gave us many recommendations. A perfect stay for my partner and I, we really hope to come back soon.

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

Die Unterkunft von Fabio war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Lage etwas außerhalb von Can Picafort aber dafür 2min zu Fuß von einem LIDL entfernt. Und daher auch super ruhig. Fabio ist ein sehr guter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir selbst waren zu 4 und dadurch hatte jeder sein eigenes Schlafzimmer und genügend Platz. Wir würden die Unterkunft so wieder buchen.

Astrid est une hôte très disponible, communicante, pro-active et charmante. Les appartements Villa Alexia sont très lumineux, bien équipés, proches des commodités ; le tout avec une possibilité de parking très facile dans la rue juste devant la résidence. Des accessoires de plages sont fournies ce qui est très appréciable (parasol, paillasse, jouets pour enfants). Bref une semaine parfaite en famille, je recommande vivement!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren Kindern.

Hatten zu 3 Parteien einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Freundliche Gastgeber, sehr schönes Haus, toller Kindersicherer Pool. Allerdings waren wir mit 3 Kindern, davon 2 Babies da und der größere hat sich sehr über die Tiere (Schafe und Esel) gefreut, aber für die absolute Ruhe, die wir erwartet hatten, klingelten die Glöckchen der Schafe zu laut und das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig und die Türe und Klinken quietschen und knarzen sehr laut. Nichts für schlecht schlafende Menschen oder Babies. Ansonsten alles prima.

Das war genauso, wenn nicht sogar noch schöner als auf den Bilder. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit die wir auch viel im Haus und am Pool gemacht haben. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man von dort sehr flexibel und schnell und einfach am Strand, man kann aber auch in das nächstgelegene Dorf laufen für kleine Einkäufe oder den Wochenmarkt. Diese sind auch weniger touristisch und sehr authentisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir waren vier Mädels und hatten richtig viel Spaß. Der Pool war groß und auch tief genug. Es gab Bücher, Kartenspiele, einen Schwimmreifen und vieles mehr, das uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, Langeweile kam also nie auf. Die Gegend ist ruhig, und es gab keine Nachbarn, die sich beschwert hätten, wenn wir draußen ein bisschen Musik gehört haben. Der nächste große Supermarkt (Eroski) ist etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber der Weg dorthin ist sehr angenehm, da man dabei viel von der Insel sehen kann. Man kann entweder am Strand entlang laufen oder den Waldweg hinten nehmen. Außerdem ist Alcudia eine schöne Stadt, um Fahrrad zu fahren oder joggen zu gehen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wirklich schöne Zeit und würden diese Villa definitiv wieder buchen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft Ruhige Gegend, sieht man aber auf der Kartenansicht Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt und Rasen wurde auch regelmäßig gemäht Wir waren 2 Familien mit jeweils einem Kind. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch eigentlich eher für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ausgelegt, da es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und Bad gibt. Das andere Schlafzimmer ist eher kleiner mit 2 getrennten Betten und Bad. Wohnzimmer und Außenbereich sehr groß, Küche eher kleiner. Daniel war bei Ankunft und Abreise pünktlich vor Ort und auch so immer erreichbar

Meget hjælpsom vært, der var super god til at reagere og besvare alle vores henvendelser. Fint hus, med alt nødvendigt udstyr - især køkkenet var rigtig godt udstyret!
