Super schoon appartement dichtbij de zee. Het complex heeft goede faciliteiten met een zwembad en een restaurant. In de buurt zijn veel leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.

I absolutely loved the place and the location. The apartment is very well appointed, high end finishing and feels like home. The location is absolutely the best and would not stay anywhere else. A walking distanced from amazing restaurants, shopping malls and the city of Art and Science. I would stay here every time I visit Valencia. Diane was very welcoming and available anytime. The instructions inside the apartment were very helpful. Love it!!

A beautiful apartment in the centre of Valencia, within 20 minutes walk of a lot of the city. Very spacious and modern apartment with a fantastic host, I would highly recommend this place

Wir waren überaus zufrieden. Ganz besonders ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft hervorzuheben. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das musst du dir auf jedenfalls bewahren, Álvaro!!! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Vielleicht etwas hellhörig, aber nicht schlimm. Die Lage perfekt. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wieder kommen.

Perfect, peaceful location for hikes ! Martin communicates proactively! We were very happy with the tips we got! We had a small problem with the heating but Martin was very responsive and sent help very quickly. Would be happy to be back!

Stayed at Reyes place for a week. The host provided us with a baby cot, mattress and duvet which allowed us to travel light. The kitchen has everything to make a quick breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. Location is perfect located in walking distance from museum of arts and sciences as well as shopping mall with a huge supermarket. Reyes met us on time near her place and check in was very smooth. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and definitely will stay there again when visiting Valencia next time.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L appartement était mieux que le descriptif et il est situé à moins de 50 m de la mer. Il y a des magasins à proximité et le centre de València est à moins de 30 min en transport en commun. Maria est charmante et très disponible pour que le séjour se passe bien. Je serai ravi de revenir chez Maria si je repasse sur València . Merci pour tout .

L'appartement d'Alfonso était en tout point conforme à la description. La cuisine est très pratique, indépendante et fort bien équipée. L'appartement est facile d'accès avec un parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble. Il est localisé dans un endroit calme où l'on ne subit pas de désagréments liés au bruit la nuit, à l'écart des bars et lieux de vie nocturne. Par contre on accède très facilement et très rapidement à l'hyper-centre de Castellon avec ses rues piétonnes, ses magasins, ses bars et restaurants. On peut aussi rapidement aller au Grao de Castellon et un hypermarché Carrefour est situé à moins d'un kilomètre. Très agréable séjour, j'y retournerai sans problème.

Enjoyed our stay here, good location next to the park and if you like walking very accessible for the centre and the arts/science and oceanographic parks (about 20 mins by foot). Apartment was as described, clean and comfortable and Jose and Eva made great hosts, thank you.

La casa es muy acogedora y cómoda, nos hemos sentido como en casa. La terraza y la piscina en la misma puerta estaba genial. Ideal para niños. El pueblo es tranquilo pero tiene todos los servicios necesarios.

Having just returned from staying here with some friends I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking to have a city break with the bonus of being near to the beach. The location and gorgeous accommodation were ideal and the host was so kind and helpful. My friends and I thought this place is worth 5⭐️’s.

Superbe logement proche du centre de Valence équipée sur tout les points rien à redire. La maison rend 10 fois mieux qu’en photo la piscine impeccable la salle de sport est grande et équipée comme il le faut j’ai pu suivre mes entraînements malgré le fait que je soit en vacances on a passer une très bonne semaine sur Valence et le logement et l’une des ses raisons encore merci au deux hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et réactif au moindre problème. Encore merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil et ce séjour

Nos sorprendió la casa, situada en una villa junto a más casas con un espacio comunitario enorme con todo tipo de instalaciones, totalmente recomendable.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen aber dennoch zentralen Lage in Valencia. Ich war mit meiner Schwester und meinem Sohn für eine Woche hier und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vincenzo ist zudem ein sehr freundlicher und proaktiver Host. Er hat vor unserem Check-in festgestellt, dass die Heizung ein Problem hatte und sich noch vor unserer Ankunft um einen Handwerker gekümmert. Als wir ankamen, war alles repariert. Außerdem hat er uns am nächsten Tag noch einen zweiten Schlüssel vorbeigebracht, was ebenfalls sehr hilfreich war. Vielen Dank! Mein einziges Feedback wäre dass es für Gäste, die sich in Valencia nicht so gut auskennen, hilfreich wäre, Karten, Broschüren und sonstige hilfreiche Informationen in der Wohnung auszulegen. Außerdem würde eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in der Form eines kleinen Snacks oder einer Flasche Wein, die Ankunft versüßen und den Preis noch mehr rechtfertigen. Alles in allem war die Wohnung aber super und ich kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen.
