I contacted Charl via AirB&B from the UK on a Wednesday afternoon, desperate to find a comfortable place for my 81 year old Dad who had just been discharged home from hospital, only to discover that his electricity cable was being replaced and his home was going to be without electricity for 5 days. Charl responded immediately and made everything possible for my Dad to move in that afternoon. Gerard was on standby to meet him with the keys, and provided an extra cable for his medical equipment, and also got him connected with a few extra TV channels. My Dad loved staying at Charl’s place: he found it so peaceful and relaxing. He especially loved the view from the balcony and the comfortable bed. HUGE thank you to Charl and Gerard for coming to our rescue and for giving my Dad an unexpected holiday after his time in hospital.

My family had a great time. Easy access to the beach, beautiful view of the ocean and the sound of the waves was peaceful. We loved every moment!

Tiaan and Claudia were awesome hosts and so accommodating - meeting us in person and giving us some tips for making our stay great . Their apartment feels so fresh and light with a fun positive happy vibe. Beautifully appointed and decorated in a style that we love - that is simple , yet stylish and comfortable with special touches . We all slept soundly in very comfy beds and it was really nice for our teenagers to each have their own bedroom. Cooking was a breeze and I enjoyed the outdoor laundry space - it made me feel at home in some ways . We had lovely evenings with our teen sons and doggies. The rolling waves added to the evening chorus of good company while we braaied on the snazzy gas braai, listening to nice music with a gorgeous full moon lighting the ocean and the soft glow lights on the patio creating a very relaxed , gentle and romantic feel . We loved our few days at Camus Gorm in Ramsgate. The house has everything you need and more. It felt like home away from home. We will definitely book again. Most importantly, I was worried about security so I booked a night guard each night, but it wasn't necessary at all. The house is safe an secure. Loved our stay. Anne was a fabulous host. Stuart

We loved our stay at Milkwood. What a beautiful location with an open kitchen plan and lovely view of both sea and golf course. The house is spacious and comfy. We had a wonderful family time msny lovely meals on the huge spacious patio. Great staff who were friendly and helpful.

A little piece of heaven. Right on the beach - it’s surreal. Lots of space to grab a quiet moment or converge together over a meal with the sea as a backdrop. The house has everything you need and more. Thomas is quietly unobtrusive and very efficient at looking after the house and comfort of the guests. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Rock Shandy - the view is breathtaking! The hospitality of Matthew and his wife is amazing. They kept the house sparkling clean throughout our stay, made us firewood pizza in the outside oven and were always there if we had questions. Thanks for this great vacation!

Highly recommend!! Will be returning. Beautiful property, the photos don’t do it justice. Close walk to the mashie course and the beach. The estate is safe and walkable although the mode of transport used by residents is a golf cart, which needs to be rented and not included with the property. Cleaning is also not included but we just booked the cleaning service as we needed

This villa is nicer than advertised. The photos don't show that there is an exit from the patio to a small lawn beside the lagoon. (This makes such a difference for the kids to play) San Lameer check-in was quick and easy. Arriving at the villa, we were met by a beautiful welcome basket and a clean villa. Andrew is a wonderful host. Honestly, from making the booking, he made us feel welcome. All information was provided with regard to the villa and surroundings. We never needed to ask a question. There is a bit of maintenance needed here and there, but the villa is so well taken care of. Everything works and is clean. It's also close enough to walk to the beach, and we never needed a golf cart. The bedrooms upstairs and downstairs provided lots of privacy for the family. We enjoyed the bird life and view of the lagoon. Thank you for a wonderful stay
