Well presented and clean property in a quiet street. Easy access to the town and attractions. Easy to follow access instructions.

Ann and myself cannot recommend highly enough this beautiful Airbnb. A homely place with just about everything provided except for food and drinks, but even then some essentials were available, (tea, coffee, etc.). Lesley and Gary communicated well and we only saw Gary when we first checked in and he gave us a few good pointers and advice, plus a lovely chat. An easy walk to the beach, a rocky one, but great fun exploring. There are safe sandy beaches close by. For us two senior people a walk to centre of town was not attempted but younger folk will handle it easily. All in All good value for money, great hosts and a lovely Airbnb cottage. We absolutely loved our stay here! Yaakov and Lydia's home was beautifully maintained, with plenty of space for everyone. The welcome chocolates and wine were such a thoughtful touch. The place was spotless, smelled wonderful, and honestly looked even better than the photos. We’d 100% recommend it to anyone — easily a 5+ star experience!

Perfectly appointed four bedroom place, thoughtfully renovated and just 50m from East Beach. Tremendous and helpful host (truly, thank you!). Highly recommended. PS. Fish and Chip Shop 50m away is amazing as is breakfast at the surf club!

Coming back through the great ocean road, my wife and I wanted to stop throuh Warrnambool. This spot was by far the best on our trip, extremely clean, nice beds and great location. We will be back again for sure

Very sweet house in a great location for exploring Port Fairy. The furnishings and amenities are all thoughtfully arranged and create the feeling of a real safe haven. Lots of cozy spaces in the home to relax but also a great open kitchen and dining space where all of us (four guests) could feel together while cooking/planning our exploration of the area. The main bed was sooooo comfy. The yard is fully enclosed and private, which was great for the dog doing his frequent perimeter checks. From the outdoor dining table we enjoyed watching and listening to all the little birds going about their business. William has set up a thorough guide to the house and local area too. Made it very easy to make the best use of the space and surrounding town. He has been a lovely host and I can highly recommend booking his property :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay, from the ease of parking, to the quietness and pleasant ambience of the apartment. Jenny added some welcoming touches that made this a standout from the norm.

Diane’s place is lovely with all of the amenities and in a peaceful neighbourhood. We would definitely stay again. Please note, as the description says, that there are stairs.

The house was immaculate, high spec, the bed was very comfortable & the linen was fabulous. The bathroom was superb & the kitchen was very well equipped. As there was only 2 of us staying there plus 2 dogs, it was probably a little more expensive that what we'd normally pay but the ambience & cleanliness made up for a lot! The dogs settled in very easily - I can't say that about every place we stay in! The back area was totally secure. And there were 2 toilets - a great feature. The lounge room was very comfortable & there was a large TV which was great for watching the AFL especially as The Blues beat The Cats 🤣🤣. If there had been 6 people staying & it had been raining or was cold so you couldn't eat outside, the eating area was probably a little squishy inside but not a major issue - it didn't apply to us anyway. A beautiful place to stay & in a very convenient location.

Great location and a very nice apartment for a small family or two couples. Walking distance to everything but plenty of space if you want to stay in and cook a meal. Would book again.

We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking to stay in Warrnambool! There was small mishap when we first entered however this was quickly resolved thanks to quick communication from Peter and Karen. Loved the botanical gardens next door for our morning walks :)

Edge 17 is located on the Port Fairy Wharf. Enjoy a drink on the front porch while watching the fishing boats come and go. Relatively quiet despite being located on the main walkway along the Moyne River. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Almost across the road from the Museum. Lovely studio unit beneath the main house. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a couples retreat.
