Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön.. Wir kamen an und waren total begeistert. Es ist noch besser als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Alles sehr sauber und eine super Ausstattung, es ist bis auf das kleinste Detail alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns in Michael's Cottage sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. The house is modern and lovely with large windows and a deck looking out on the water. The house is large and filled with light, it’s clean and attractive and comfortable. The host John is highly responsive, answers all questions very quickly. It is 1 mile from town which makes it very convenient, and it is also very private and quiet.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Geoffrey’s Eagles Nest B&B! The pictures truly do not do it justice, the view is totally breathtaking and the B&B itself is even nicer in person with so much space!! You have multiple balconies, living and dining areas, and large sized bedrooms, everything and more you could need - especially when travelling in a large group. Geoffrey was very communicative throughout our stay, always available if we needed anything and even went above and beyond for us by finding us a pack and play to use for our little one! The area itself is so beautiful and worked as a great base for our trip in Cape Breton, with only a short drive to the park and to Chéticamp! We cannot say enough good things about this B&B and would love to come back one day!! Thank you, Geoffrey!

The house on the lake was just what we needed to enjoy a cousin get-away! The house has plenty of indoor space to socialize and relax. The outdoor space was stunning ~ loons, heron, and otters entertained us in the lake. There are extra bedrooms and bathroom in the converted garage. It is very peaceful and the scenery is beautiful.

I had a group of four families (with young children) stay at both the eagle and the sun house. The houses were very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for our group and even had multiple unused bedrooms. The view is spectacular from both houses - especially the sun house. The pictures don’t do it justice. There’s no air conditioning in the houses, but we were kept cool by opening the windows and using the many fans that were provided in the rooms. It was fine during our stay, but I could imagine the upstairs rooms may get stuffy if you happen to visit during a particularly warm period. There’s a walk down the hill to the beach on the lake, and the beach is rocky so don’t expect to bring young kids swimming. Even if you’re feeling adventurous you’ll need water shoes to get around. Overall a great experience and a good way for a large group to visit Cape Breton

Chris and Kerry were kind enough to share their little piece of paradise with us. They were very warm and welcoming hosts. The cabin was super clean and very well appointed with everything you need for short/long term stays. I was pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking/baking dishes and utensils. Wifi was great, laundry on-site was a bonus, bed was comfy. Large windows to enjoy the beautiful mountain view also allowed lots of sunshine vitamin to stream in. We enjoyed easy access to snowmobile trails right from the cabin. Looking forward to our next stay!

It’s a real Gem!!! Located a the month of Cabot trail with fantastic waterfront property!

We have been coming to Baddeck for many years, and this time we were fortunate to find Kristine’s place. Everything about the place was perfect—the stunning view, the immaculate house, and most of all Kristine’s wonderful family. They felt like my own by the end of our stay, and we will most definitely be coming back. Kristine thought of every little detail to make us feel at home, from the zillion channel TV to the coffee ready to be perked.
