Loved staying here with my family over the holidays! The super hosts were always responsive and helpful when questions came up and the unit is beautiful! Loved having a view of the ocean and being able to walk down to it. Loved the energy of the unit~ Would love to stay here again!

The condo was perfect for a week long winter getaway my wife and I really enjoyed the island and the condo was perfect clean and comfortable .

Everything was Fantastic and we would definitely saty with Kathy Again! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Me, my wife and our little dog had a little weekend vacation at South Padre Island. We couldn’t be more happy with the place we chose for our stay. We had such a great stay at Ernesto & Alejandra’s apartment. It is truly a beautiful place, spotless clean and with all spaces needed for a little family like us. The apartment has everything you’d need; we even did carne asada one day and all the utensils needed were there! We will definitely book again. Ernesto & Alejandra were great at communicating with us and always checked we were ok during our stay. Overall, we were absolutely happy to stay at Ernesto & Alejandra’s place! Highly recommended!!! 🙏

We had a great time despite bad weather. The condo was clean, lots of great kitchen supplies and overall very comfortable. The complex could use a little tlc as it’s showing its age but overall a nice stay.

Jeremy was an outstanding host! Communication was excellent, and he was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The detailed instructions made check-in and navigating the condo a breeze. The condo itself was in a perfect location, clean, and well-equipped. Highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay on SPI at Michelle’s condo. A coffee shop and ice cream parlor on the corner and a great Italian restaurant too that is a quick walk away. Unfortunately a cold front moved through during our visit so the condo was cozy and comfy with a homey feel to relax instead of the warm beach!

Our group had a very nice stay. It’s close to many restaurants and of course the water. We appreciated the extra chairs, towels, toys, and wagon for our time at the beach.

Great stay! The condo was clean and well maintained with all of the basic necessities. The king mattress was very comfortable and the high ceilings made the space feel bigger. We will stay again!

The stay was great and exactly as described. There is plenty of space both down and upstairs. Everything was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect. The little backyard was nice, and there was a cool park across the street to hang out and watch the beautiful bay.

Everything about Jake’s place was great! Very clean, large, well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the quiet backyard and liked listening to the hot tub waterfall. Comfy beds and so many towels! Would highly recommend Jake’s place!

my fifth time staying at this location. that should say it all. my favorite spot on south Padre Island!!

Had a great family time, felt right at home, place was comfortable, clean and peaceful.

Stayed an entire week and it was a wonderful stay. Javier was very great at communicating and helpful!

We loved the convenient location. It's close to the beach but if it's also steps away from the pool. We loved setting on the Patio & watching the sunrise over the foliage covered sand dunes, listening to the waves crash on the beach.

This place was amazing. The location and the amenities were the main reason why I wanted to book this place. I had a wonderful time there with my family. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to enjoy some family time by the beach. :)

Amin is a terrific host, responding quickly and taking care of any issues right away. The condo is beautiful and comfortable and the views of the beach water and grounds are amazing! The condo community is very friendly, the pools and hot tubs are great and the beach is right outside the gated access. The grounds and parking are secure and the whole island is at your fingertips. We have stayed here twice and we will be back again.

we so enjoyed our stay. the rooms were what they said. east to get around the island. bus service so close. weather sucked but that's not their fault. however many places indoor to see. Thank you Carmen and Raul. would recommend to others

Really Nice and enjoyable place. Convinently located and equipped. We enjoyed a great family time.

This location was so close to the beach and was a walkable distance to some bars as well. We also took advantage of all of the amenities that the condo offered (game room, pool, gym, grill) which made our stay lots of fun. During our stay, we encountered some issues but, Beto and his wife were very accommodating and responsive in resolving the issues even though it was a holiday weekend. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Gerardo was very communicative and accomodating. We came over Christmas and New Years and he was very thoughtful and even put up a Christmas tree for us which made us feel right at home. The condo is spacious and was very clean and well kept . The location is also great, as you can see the ocean from the balcony and front door, and it is just a 2 or 3 minute walk from the beach. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again during our next time in South Padre!

Juliana & Alejandro were super responsive and so helpful. The condo was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!
