Had an amazing time with my family staying in this house, the house was bigger than we thought!, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are extremely big compared to other houses I’ve stayed in. A lot of chairs in the pool area. Some water toys available incase you forget. A lot of parking space for 4-5 cars. One thing that i really liked was that theres access to the pool area or balcony from almost all the rooms and theres a balcony in the backyard and another one in the front of the house both really big! … excellent home for a big family.

The stay was great and exactly as described. There is plenty of space both down and upstairs. Everything was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect. The little backyard was nice, and there was a cool park across the street to hang out and watch the beautiful bay.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Sarah was so friendly and welcoming to us during our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and accommodations.

We loved staying at Guy & Barbi's Airbnb! It's only a three-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. The place looks great and feels super cozy, just like being at home. It had everything we needed, making our stay really comfortable. Guy and Barbi were super friendly and always there to help out. Definitely recommend this spot for a great beach trip!

Great location. Private pool was the biggest perk. House is a little older but was perfect for a couple night stay. This house has 2 showers and one bathroom does not have a sink. I miss read and thought there was only 1 shower. Beds were a 4 out of 5. Roof deck was cool. We did accidently lock ourselves out by locking the front door handle somehow and apparently there is no key there on property. We had to find a window that was unlatched and would open about 4 inches and we used a palm branch to lift the bar put there to hold the window shut and then climb in. Apparently it’s in the notes to not to lock the handle but in reality that could be taken out and maybe a secondary lock on the inside that can only be locked while inside. Just be careful and know it’s easy to lock yourself out. I’d rent here again. Mainly because of the privacy and a private pool.

Austin was one of the best owners I have ever dealt with. Wonderful location, clean, if anything the place was better than the pictures. Wonderful pool area, lots of seating, toys. I could go on and on, all I can say is this place is great.

Our entire family had an amazing SPI vacation mainly due to Palm Paradise, as a polar vortex moved in and we had quite a chilly and wet week. There was a lot of room for the Grands to play as well as everyone having their own space. Melissa communicated and responded immediately with information and assistance. The golf cart was such an added bonus. Palm Paradise is a little bit of Heaven on SPI!

This was the perfect house for four adults and a kid, and could definitely accommodate more people.! The location is stellar with morning sunrise views and close to everything. The house has all the amenities needed including pool toys, kitchen items, etc. Kitchen was one of the best stocked Airbnb’s we’ve had and made it easy to cook our Christmas dinner. The pool was perfect and it’s just a short drive to the beach. I was nervous about whether they had blackout shades for our small child to avoid early morning wake ups, but the blinds they have in the bedrooms were more than sufficient. We visit the island every couple of years and would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 4 weeks and loved it! Can walk to the beach. We asked ahead to heat pool and it was worth it, despite a 5-day cold spell. Had to ask to switch from AC to heat remotely, and then back again. It was taken care of within minutes. Best stocked kitchen in a rental we've ever seen, and we cook a lot! We brought our own dutch oven, knives, and some spices but the only thing missing was something to bake a homemade pot pie in. The nearby Dollar General solved that. We brought our own firesticks for the TVs but not required as they were all smart tvs. One thing to be aware of is that the primary and secondary king bedrooms and kitchen are upstairs, meaning lots of trips up and down while unloading/loading cars but doable. Only complaint was cleanliness of the upstairs floor even though we wet-mopped it daily. Recommend wearing shoes or socks. Hosts said they will notify cleaners to that will likely be corrected. Highly recommend this property!

Kathleen is a super host! she always responded promptly with any questions we had. House is a nice beautiful block walk to the beach. Will definitely recommend her beautiful home. Kitchen could have had a few more things but was adequate.

Management was excellent in their response to any issues or concerns that we presented to them.

This place is really good, very close to the beach and has everything that you would need to have a great time at the beach. All chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. the place was maintained really well including the SPA and pool. Thanks for having us and I would recommend this place for everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything i needed, including cooking utensils. The best part was that it’s pet-friendly, which meant i could bring my five fur babies. This was actually the reason I chose this accommodation, and they were even allowed to use the pool. Additionally, it’s close to almost all the beach access points. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Solid spot with walking distance to everything

My family all came from different states and the weather was playing havoc with all of our flights. SPI was very flexible regarding check in times and who was checking at what time, making the rental the least of our problems. The house more the accommodated us all and the location is superb.

Beautiful home with everything we needed for our family vacation. Plenty of space for 2 families. Any questions we had were answered by the host.

This was a very last minute booking after our previous host had an emergency. I had checked this placed before while searching while back. Anyways it was still available for our days, so without hesitation, I booked it. Turned out it was great.. place is very new, everything is like new in this place (like less than 6mo. old). so many bathrooms, bedrooms, beds, 2 kitchen, pool, it was simply amazing. host provided with toothbrush, paste, mouthwash, lotion, shampoo so on. which is never seen at other placed I had rented. No plumping or electrical issues.. plenty of parking spaces for like 3-4 cars, accessible to beach within 5 min drive. I have nothing bad to say. only recommendation is keeping a cover for pool will keep It clean of debris, and possibly convert to Heated (if that all possible )

We enjoyed the house and it is very dog friendly. The house was very cleaned. The beds were very comfortable, however the furniture is broke down and needs to be replaced.
