Nancy met us in person at her place and explained thoroughly about local restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and all 3 swimming pools. When we arrived she had set out a few welcome snacks and a few homey decorations for Christmas. We most definitely will see be returning and look forward to being her guests once again. 💖

We stayed here the week after Christmas Day and it was perfect for us and our two sons to have a little getaway before getting back to work after the holidays. The house was amazing; spacious, comfortable, super clean, had everything we needed! We utilized the community amenities daily! The hot tubs and heated pool were perfect for a December vacation! Jessica and her husband were great as well. We didn’t need anything, but they were sure to reach out and make sure we were good to go. We will definitely be back!

One of the best - if not the best… Airbnb’s - I have ever stayed at. Lupita’s place was immaculate!! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and she literally thought of every detail one would need to feel like you were at home. I will definitely book again!!

Ramiro's place is a Long Island Village gem...easy access to the Village amenities as well as Port Isabel's shopping and dining district as well as the bridge to SPI. The swinging bridge to and from the island can be a bit of a bottleneck sometimes, but the Village itself is very chill, with maybe 80% of the populace retirees. I went to watch a SpaceX launch, and Ramiro was extremely flexible, letting me adjust my dates a couple of times as the launch day moved around. He is crazy responsive, and always helpful. It was a delightful experience, and I look forward to the next chance to stay there!

We absolutely LOVED Ryan’s place! I booked this to surprise my family k no ing what the layout of the property was!! Having that chill space overlooking SpaceX, fishing in the canal on the patio couldn’t have been better. It was literally my home away from home. We had our groceries and loved life! Beachin it! The home was stunning and everything it showed in pictures. The beds were incredible comfy and those sheets!!! Yasssss!! TVs were amazing. You have everything you need to cook! We don’t do fast food so cooking every night was made! Ryan’s supply of seasonings was incredible. And lastly I could go on and on but the art decor and direction for every single thing in the house was labeled to perfection. I was able to text Ryan and talk as needed. Readily available. We grilled on the Weber and everything was just perfection!!!! We want to go back NOW! Neighborhood also lovely. Didn’t have time to check amenities but close drive to all!!! Love love it and hope to be back soon! Thanks

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the LIV amenities and the views from the deck were stunning, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The host was incredibly flexible and communicative, making check-in and any questions a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Can't wait to come back to Port Isabel to stay at Manny & Blanca's home. Though on the smaller size it was perfect for the 2 of us, had everything we needed, was really comfortable, quiet, peaceful. Manny & Blanca's communication was unbeatable responding around the clock within just minutes! If looking for a place to stay this is it!

The home was as described and as the photos showed. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive. We arrived an hour early and was kindly allowed to check in early. I recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.

I loved this place! It was the perfect size for my family of four. My boys had their own room and restroom on one side of the home. My sister and her son stopped by for one night and they slept on the sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a sofa bed can be. I’ve been renting at LIV for 18 years now and this home has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was very nice, but I would suggest new pots and pans. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, I was able to wash wet suits and towels after our days at the beach and pool. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and reading. The ceiling fan made it very comfortable to sit out in the 90 degree weather. I would definitely rebook in the future!

Martha’s home was amazing! Great out door space. We spent most of our time out there. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fans to keep cool. All in all a great experience. Loved the amenities. Such a cute but tough little par three. We really had a lot of fun!

We were in the valley for a birding trip, so the Green Jay cottage was a perfect place for us. Upon arrival we immediately saw a buff bellied hummingbird cruising the grounds. We also really enjoyed the feeders and nature trails through the property to the lake access/dock. It’s very private and peaceful and there is no one else on the property. The cottage is small but a good size for a small group. We thought it was very clean and well kept and had many nice touches. Will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area!

Our family really enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. A stress free experience, highly recommend!

The house was awesome, very spacious. It was beyond our expectations. They had everything you could possibly need, lots of thought put into their airbnb. The yard was spectacular and private. The location was close to the wildlife refuge, close enough to a town. The host was very flexible and allowed us to modify our reservation. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting South Padre Island or Boca Chica.

If you'll enjoy an historic, nicely restored (but not fancy) home, with some charm in a downtown area, Judith's is for you. Walking distance (3-4 blocks) to at least one good restaurant and on the periphery of the downtown historic district, this is a nice change-of-pace from the usual. Judith promptly answered our requests for recommendations.

Communication: From the get go , Ruth and Fernando were proactive and explained everything in great detail. They never made me feel as if I was a bother contacting them. Both were helpful , kind , and couldn’t have asked for a better hosts . Location: It is minutes from South Padre Island and a bunch of restaurants. Within a 10 minute drive is HEB, WalMart, more restaurants. The house is located across the street from a park. If you have kids there is plenty to do. Two pools and other amenities. Home: it has everything you need . I feel the only thing I needed was clothes. It’s comforting, clean and beautiful inside. Every bed was super comfortable. Waterfront is nice, we tried fishing but didn't catch anything, got a few bites though. Plan on staying there again. Excellent Hosts.

Second time staying at this airbnb. Saul Is a great host from communication to hosting. The place is nice and cozy. Just what is needed for a weekend stay. I will look forward to booking again.
