Fabulous place to stay. Excellent location. Apartment was very clean, and very spacious. Would 100% recommend staying there. I will definitely book future stays there.

Hastings is a sweet little town and the apartment is conveniently located near station and shops. It was good value for two bedrooms in the New York area. Place was clean with good light and character. I enjoyed climbing the hills and there were some steps to negotiate. There was some noise but nothing more than you would expect from a family living above.

I loved my stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a wonderful place for two people and potentially a small family. It’s a quiet community and it’s a walkable neighborhood. The apartment was clean and as pictured. You will stay right in front a police station so safety isn’t as much of a concern here. I would recommend renting this Airbnb and I plan on using it in the future.

We loved it! This was our first AirBNB rental and it couldn't have gone any better. The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. The place was very clean. Maria was a great to work with. This was my second time staying here, and probably won’t be the last. A perfectly wonderful Hamptons home, with a beachy, rustic charm. It’s close to all, yet on a quiet street with a great backyard. David is a fantastic host, everything was spelled out clearly and the home was spotless.

The house worked great for our big group! There was plenty of beds and space. The three bathrooms were great to have. Recommend staying here if you have a bigger family or group!

Lilly was responsive, communicated clearly, friendly. The house is lovely, clean, quiet, close to the commuter rail. Perfect spot for my team and me for the weekend of meetings nearby.

I was in Dion’s place with my family we really enjoyed the time we spent there,everything was perfect the pool was something that my kids enjoyed a lot, and hopefully we will come back again, for sure I totally recommend his house if you want to go and have a couple days of fun and relax thank you again Dion.

Maritza was an amazing host. So kind and responsive very quickly. Her air bnb was also so adorable and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you desire. The living room couches are super comfortable and the bedrooms are nice and quiet! We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again when returning to Stamford.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellport, it was extremely clean! The kitchen/baths were well appointed. The yard is gorgeous and the pool was delightful. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. Such a great place!

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this amazing location. Walked to eat and see friends and many coffee shops. Also felt comfortable hanging out in the apartment. Comfortable space and beds. Overall a very good experience.

Accessing the property was a breeze, and I truly appreciated how spotless and well-maintained the place was. It felt very welcoming and comfortable from the moment I walked in. If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.
