Notre séjour à Antibes a été absolument parfait, en grande partie grâce à Bertrand et son logement. Tout était au rendez-vous : • Communication facile et rapide avec Bertrand. • La maison correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos. • Emplacement idéal pour explorer la Côte d’Azur sans subir les embouteillages. • Quartier calme et sécurisé. • La climatisation a été un vrai plus pour notre confort. • Beau jardin, très agréable pour se détendre. • Piscine parfaite, jamais surpeuplée, ce qui nous a permis d’en profiter pleinement. • Literie très confortable, assurant de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Je recommande sans hésiter la location de Bertrand. C’est une valeur sûre pour profiter pleinement de cette magnifique région.

Notre séjour chez Laëtitia s'est fait dans l'urgence à deux jours du nouvel an, elle a fait une preuve d'une grande réactivité et disponibilité pour nous accueillir. Laetitia est une hôte aux petits soins, nous avons été reçu chaleureusement. Sa petite maison est un petit cocon dans lequel on se sent chez soi. Encore mille merci pour ce séjour.

Daniele’s place was really a gem! To begin with, the first floor contains a roomy kitchen with all the amenities you can think of and you are able to cook anything. The second floor has an amazing chill saloon area, designed absolutely stunning with a big window to a fresh air. And finally the bedroom which has a super comfortable bed, a huge closet and a clean and beautiful bathroom. Also with a big window with a view in front of the bed and an AC for the hot riviera days. The area is amazing, quiet, and close to Nice. And to top it off, you have a plaza 200m from the apartment with an amazing bakery, butchery and a small bar with great wines and beers. To conclude, an absolute amazing experience!!!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette petite maison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pied. La maison est très agréable et lumineuse, la literie très confortable, et la vue jolie sur la chapelle Matisse. Nous avons même pu utiliser la cheminée, bien appréciable pour passer à la nouvelle année en beauté !

We really enjoyed our stay- the host was a very friendly, welcoming person and gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to visit. The place itself was neat and organised, in a safe neighbourhood and just close enough to the city centre for us to be able to move around by foot. Would recommend a 100%. ☺️

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jennyfer! Elle est très sympathique et très réactif. La maison était propre et il ne manquait rien en équipement. L'espace extérieur est très beau et la piscine parfaite! Si on aime bien un peu marcher, le centre ville et la plage sont accessible à pied. J'espère revenir une prochaine fois :)

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Mon copain et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. La plage était à seulement 5 minutes à pied et le quartier était vraiment paisible. Notre hôte à été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée. Notamment, nous avons été accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et des fruits, et on nous a recommandé de nombreux restaurants et activités. Notre coup de cœur a été le jacuzzi chaud et disponible en permanence, aussi, notre chien a adoré le grand jardin. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir durant l'été.

Conosco molto bene Saint Paul de Vence, sono diversi anni che io e il mio compagno frequentiamo la zona e abbiamo sempre avuto una nostra casa sia in inverno che estate a Vence. Per la prima volta abbiamo deciso di affittare nel villaggio per vedere come si sta. La casa è pulita ed estremamente accogliente, aveva anche decorazioni natalizie. Abbiamo trovato la tavola apparecchiata e la dispensa già fornita di snack e prime necessità. La seconda stanza da letto e il bagno sono la stessa cosa, é un grande bagno con un letto singolo al suo interno. nostro figlio ci ha dormito ed è stato bene, il design e l home décor dell appartamento rendono il tutto assolutamente piacevole. Al primo piano si trova la camera master con bagno e terrazza, una piccola suite. Torneremo!!!’

The apartment was clean and well organized, and with amazing terrace where we can enjoy beautiful view. The manager who took care of the apartment and was in contact was very kind, helpful and supportive.

Comfortable apartment with perfect view over Monaco - will definitely come back. Simone as the owner is absolutely welcoming, communicative and proactive - stuffing the fridge with Wine, Milk, Water and Juice she made us feel at home right away. Walking distance to the stadium and the circus is fine, Center City and the beach are however quite a stretch.

First time in Nice, Nico and Liza’s place is in the heart of the city with walkable routes to both the promenade, old town and the train station. The apartment was spacious and in pristine condition, with the hosts being responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a trip to Nice or Monaco, I would highly recommend staying here.

This was my second time staying at Isabelle’s wonderful apartment and I highly recommend it. Fantastic location, great apartment, and a little haven to return to after a day in the hustle and bustle of Monte Carlo. I will definitely come back!!

Angela and Charles definitely deserve the super host badge. The apartment was thoughtfully supplied with cooking supplies and items for the beach and rain. When we had questions, they were quick to respond and help. Easy to get around by foot or public transport. Definitely would recommend this flat. Thank you Angela and Charles for making our stay perfect.

Jan’s place was fantastic, it was perfect of our stay. Everything was as described, great location, well furnished, beautifully kept. Jan was super helpful and made sure we were well taken care. He had his team member Jermaine help us with checkin and be available for all questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all friends visiting Nice. Only regret we couldn’t eat at Jan’s restaurant or the bistro.

Logement très agréable avec une terrasse ensoleillée et un accès facile au tram et aux commerces. Brigitte est une hôtesse agréable et réactive. Je recommande ce logement!

Petite nuit en amoureux très sympa ! Logement privé, propre et au calme avec tout ce qu’il faut. Description et photos fidèles à la chambre. On nous a accueillit à l’heure qui nous arrangeait. Accueil par l’hôte en personne avec visite et remise des clés. Explications simples et hôte très disponible ! Pas loin de la balade des anglais et donc des commerces, restaurants, tout ça à pied ou en voiture selon la convenance. Nous avons laissé le lendemain l’appartement à l’heure que nous souhaitions également après avoir eu un bon petit déjeuner amené directement sur la terrasse. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en amoureux et recommandons à 100%! Merci encore !

C’est la deuxième fois que j’y retourne, je suis toujours aussi bien accueilli, l’hôte très sympathique, la chambre est toujours aussi propre rien à redire et bien situé 👍🏼

Se volete vivere la Costa Azzurra senza essere dei semplici turisti, questo è il posto giusto. Oltre alla tranquillità del luogo, troverete Bibi: una donna affascinante. Si è presa cura di noi e ci ha coccolati come se ci conoscessimo da una vita. Tutto è più che pulito, ordinato, ha un profumo delizioso ed è arredato con gusto. Anche se non si ha accesso alla cucina (cosa che è perfettamente chiara nella descrizione) Bibi si è preoccupata di allestire un angolo del balcone con tutte le cose di cui potevamo avere bisogno, dal piatto al cavatappi per bere un delizioso vino provenzale godendo della vista sul mare. Le colazioni francesi preparate ogni mattina sono una menzione speciale. Non solo il dettaglio di ogni singola cosa da mangiare, ma anche le tovagliette, le tazze, ecc. C'è qualcosa di meglio che trovarsi in Costa Azzurra, nella casa di una donna francese e fare colazione guardando il Mediterraneo? Sì, che accada a casa di Bibi. Bibi, ci manchi, grazie di tutto!! “I had a great experience staying at Pascal’s place for two nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pascal was a friendly and accommodating host, always available for any questions and offering helpful tips about the local area. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable accommodation!

Jerome‘s place was exactly as described and met all our expectations. Jerome himself was an excellent host and made us stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend his place for anyone coming to NICE. As for the location, it was centrally located with great connectivity to all public transport systems.. also, if you felt like a walk, the promenade is just a few minutes away, which made our stay perfect.

Ghislaine est accueillante, disponible et ses conseils sont éclairés. La piscine à débordement et la vue de la chambre Jeanne sont un vrai bonheur !! Le logement est fonctionnel mais manque de rangement pour les vêtements. L’emplacement est idéal pour qui souhaite visiter la Côte d’Azur néanmoins il vaut mieux être véhiculé pour se rendre à la plage ou au restaurant ! Stationnement facile dans la rue. Le réfrigérateur commun est utile ; si vous pensez dîner sur la table commune extérieure pensez à prendre de l’anti moustique !! Le petit déjeuner se prend dans la véranda ; Le café est très bon et le reste classique. Une précision, l’endroit n’est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Thanks to Pascale myself and my partner had the most relaxing week. From the moment we arrived Pascale made us feel at home, as we arrived before check in we were welcomed with a cold drink and recommendations of places to eat and visit whilst our room was prepared. The villa was pristine and beautiful, with lots of details to make you feel welcome and at home. The added bonus was the delicious breakfast prepared each morning with warm fresh pastries, coffee etc. We had a gorgeous stay and hope to visit again!
