John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

Nice apartment in Vallauris Golfe Juan, steps away from the seaside. Good amenities, with a supermarket and several bakeries a few minutes’ walk away. Restaurants and cafes along the sea as well. The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen was particularly well equipped for an Airbnb, everything we needed to make a good meal was available. Having visited in winter, we regretted the absence of direct sunlight in the apartment, but it must keep the place cool in summer. Would recommend staying at Cristian’s place if you’re in the area!

We really enjoyed ourselves at Mai's place. Her home is beautiful, super clean and very stylish too. Mai and Fabien went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable especially as we were traveling with our baby, they provided a travel cot and a high chair. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the promenade and old town. I would absolutely recommended Mai's place and would stay here again if i were to visit Nice.

Pour les points négatifs d'abord : l'appartement est en sous-sol, donc très peu de lumière naturelle (mais des éclairages nombreux et efficaces). Malgré cela, nous l'avons trouvé très confortable. Il a été complètement refait à neuf avec bon goût. Tout était très propre. Le quartier, résidentiel, est agréable : belles façades, commerces, square juste devant avec essences exotiques et jeux pour enfant. Emplacement idéal, tout se fait à pied : promenade des Anglais à 10mn, gare ferroviaire à 10mn, vieille ville à 20mn, cathédrale russe à 10mn. Station de tramway au coin de la rue, desservant d'un côté l'aéroport, et de l'autre le port de Nice via la vieille ville. Hôte réactif. Nous recommandons.

Нам очень понравилось это жилье. Уютно, как дома. Чисто, очень качественная мебель и техника. В квартире есть все необходимое. Отличной район, рядом центр и набережная. Я бы без раздумий с удовольствием остановилась здесь еще раз.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This apartment was perfect for my group! It was super cute and comfortable, and the location was amazing with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops just outside. Nico was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay!

Vieil Antibes- wundervolles Haus in der Altstadt mit Blick auf das Meer und dem Musée Picasso!!! Besser geht es nicht! Hervorragende, geschmackvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung, aus allen Zimmern mit Meerblick. Der provencialische Markt mit unzähliger Gastronomie in 1 min. erreichbar, der Hafen und Strand in 2 Gehminuten zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation war bestens- herzlichen Dank und bis bald!

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. Will most certainly be back to enjoy this comfortable apartment and everything that Antibes has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison avec vue splendide sur la mer. Très agréable salon/salle à manger. Literie de super qualité. Logement impeccable. Plusieurs terrasses ou endroits ou se reposer dans le jardin. Arrivée et départ autonome mais très grande réactivité de Jon Gisle et Marie Laure si besoin. Une maison magnifique où il fait bon vivre, même si notre séjour de 6 nuits était trop court!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. Guillaume è una persona molto cordiale e piacevole e la sua casa è davvero perfetta per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. La posizione è comoda, centrale e silenziosa e l’appartamento è ben tenuto e super accessoriato. Non manca nulla e la pulizia è impeccabile. Nelle zone limitrofe ci sono molti parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento. Da divoratrice di libri non posso fare a meno di raccomandare una visita alla libreria che si trova sotto l’appartamento, specialmente se si ha figli piccoli. Ho visto che il sabato organizzano letture di gruppo per bimbi e famiglie e l’ambiente è davvero accogliente. Grazie, si nota tutto l’amore che c’è in quello che fate!

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

It was exactly what we thought. Great stay. Loved it. Will definitely use again. 5 star.

L’alloggio di Raffi è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio. Appartamento in buone condizioni e ben fornito. Ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere con comodità ogni angolo di Nizza. Ottima comunicazione con l’host prima dell’arrivo, durante il soggiorno e in fase di check-out. Ritorneremo

Really loved my stay in the studio! Is very well equipped, in a great location and the balcony with a view is 👌. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore south of France!

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

Fabulous apartment with a fabulous view of the sea. It was clean, spacious and so much nicer than the photos. Great location - lots of bars and restaurants close by, and of course right next to the beach. Serge was so helpful - he is a fantastic host. We had a great stay and hope to come back again.

Wir haben einen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und haben dort alles vorgefunden (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Küchenutensilien u.v.m.). Die Lage ist wunderbar. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand und erreicht Golf-Juan und Juan les Pins bequem zu Fuß. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
