Me and my wife spent 3 nights here in February with our two kids, we were lucky that the sun shined every day, we were able to swim in the rooftop pool every day we even swam in the sea which wasn't even a 5 minute walk. The apartment is the perfect size for a family, easy to find from the airport (15mins away). the balcony is from all bedrooms and the lounge, beautiful sea views from every angle, clean & tidy, comfy beds and very well equipped. we used the onsite gym, tennis courts and paddle court. We had lunch and beers on the rooftop while using the pool every day (which is heated). the local restaurants are a 10 mins walk along the beach, great local food and reasonably priced again all with sea views. We used Airbnb lots and we would definitely stay here again. Wilfried was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and answered and questions super quickly. Good luck everyone. Enjoy!

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We hebben enorm genoten van de woning, de omgeving en de circuits waar de kinderen hebben getraind. De woning is ruim, netjes en mooi gelegen wat ons betreft. Wij willen a.s. jaar weer de gehele kerstvakantie doorbrengen in Vistabella Golf. Als wij in dezelfde samenstelling gaan wil ik zeker weer gebruik maken van deze woning.

Todo genial, casa rural con mucho encanto, zona de barbacoa muy bien acondicionada, tanto para invierno como verano. Chimeneas muy acogedoras y jacuzzi increíble.

Perfekt boende bara 10-15 minuter från flygplatsen. Bra poolområde både för dom mindre barnen och vuxna. Möjligt att boka padel och tennis på området. Härlig takterrass med grill. Vi lär återkomma!

beautiful villa loads of space very clean throughout. meet at the villa very clear instructions and tips on local attractions. would definitely stay again would highly recommend you won't be disappointed

Mieszkanie dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Właściciele bardzo pomocni, miałyśmy mały problem z drzwiami wejściowymi, ale gospodarze odbierali telefon nawet w środku nocy i służyli pomocą. Bardzo doceniamy to, że mogłyśmy się dużo wcześniej zameldować i gospodarz sam to zaproponował. Polecam

Хорошее жилье, чисто, есть всё необходимое. Близко большой супермаркет, остановки транспорта, пляж. Безусловно рекомендую.

Great 6 week stay in December and January. The gardens and general urbanization are full of palm trees and plants and maintenance crew is out everyday making sure it looks great. Big pool although quite cold in the winter, great for cold plunge. Communication w Alex and Victor very smooth. No issues inside the apartment. Huge balcony with great views was our spot for sun and lunch every day. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure very good. Appliances, dishwasher, clothes washer all worked well. Tram to Alicante around the corner, fruit market and grocery one block and Mercadona grocery 10 minute walk. Recommend!

Ein wunderschönes, luxuriöses Apartment! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Die Betten bequem und die ganze Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine Tolle Zeit mit unserer Familie hier. Der Strand und die Tram waren direkt vor der Haustür.

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. It Was truly an amazing place to stay. Alex and his son were very friendly and allowed us to feel like home. The apartment looks just like on the Pictures. Public transportation with tram and bus is very convinient- you can easily move around. We enjoyed sunrises with coffee and long walks on the promenade. We will gladly come back soon!

Whilst the villa is showing a few signs of wear and tear, it doesn’t detract from how lovely it is and how spotlessly clean it was! We felt it was reasonably priced as well. The garden is beautiful and really well maintained. It’s incredibly private which we really appreciated. The pool was perfect and really clean. We enjoyed the bbq and the range of cooking equipment in the kitchen. There are 2 supermarkets in walking distance which are really well stocked and we enjoyed walking into Alfaz de Pi which has lots of cafes and places to eat. The number 10 bus runs every few minutes from the end of the road but there is a cycle lane/footpath all the way into Albir, which took us about 20 mins to walk to. We had a bit of a mix up with the codes for check in but Rachik was available straight away to help out, even though it was late. Overall, we really enjoyed a peaceful stay and we hope to visit again.

Maison extrêmement agréable, avec vu sur le golf , très calme , piscine nettoyé par une personne en mi-sejour , agréablement surpris !

Buena estancia, la villa amplia para grupo de 15 personas, sin problemas de aparcamiento, facil acceso, el billar es un punto fuerte para pasar un buen rato. Zona de piscina y jardin son perfectas con tumbonas y todo lo necesario ademas de disponer barbacoa super completa. Fuimos en familia y lo pasamos muy bien recomendable bien equipado

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 11 Tagen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten und alles war unglaublich unkompliziert. Auch für das Kind war es ein Traum, nicht nur kinderstuhl und Reisebett, auch jede Menge Buddel Sachen waren da. Der Strand 10 Minuten entfernt war super und den Pool hatten wir meist fast für uns alleine. Auch auf Anmerkungen hat Hilmar sofort reagiert. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und wir konnten auf dem Weg vom Flughafen sogar noch kurz einkaufen gehen vor dem Check-in. Zanna hat dort auf uns gewartet und die Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft, wir haben jeden Abend draußen gesessen, eigentlich jede Minute, die wir nicht unterwegs waren. Durch den Mietwagen waren wir sehr flexibel und konnten viele Ziele in der Umgebung einfach entdecken. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Ruth's apartment was beautiful. Very clean and a stunning view of the mountains. It is situated near the main strip but not too close which I liked. You don't hear the hustle and bustle of the strip. Restaurants and pubs nearby, walking distance and no big hills to climb. The other residents in the building are really friendly as is the porter. We would look to book this apartment again in the future, we really liked the place. Ruth was very responsive with any questions I asked.

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants entre 13 et cinq ans. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances dans un cadre très reposant. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce et même plus… le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. À proximité, il y a les commerces d’alimentation, boucherie, restaurant… il y a même des centres médicaux si besoin… la région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activité et de balades. La piscine à l’intérieur du logement est très bien entretenue et magnifique. Sue et Michael sont des hôtes très réactifs et avenants toujours prêts à renseigner ou à aider. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 😄

Beautiful apartment, with a homely feel. Views and the 2 balcony areas fantastic, can get the sun one side and watch the brilliant sunset. Extremely well equipped kitchen, bonus to have an oven, small kitchen but not a problem as very practical. Good living space, bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with both a bath and shower. Pressure as advised was ok, but found the single shower had better pressure than the over bath one. Bath takes far too long to run, so only used it once for grand child who then had showers. We went oct 20-28th. Weather was mostly good, so beach and sea most days, we did go in the pool, but it was rather cold as not heated. I am ok with cold water, but wouldnt suit most. As there is no wifi a manual with basic info about the area, supermarkets, trams etc would have been useful. We felt very comfortable in this residential area, private gated parking a bonus. Trams approx 8 min walk away, regular & on time.neighbours are very friendly, a lovely winter break
