The location is fantastic, it is a very short walk to the beach, the supermarket, and restaurants. Torrevieja is a beautiful area to explore, with lots to see. The apartment is very nice, clean, and cozy. It offers all the amenities you would need for a long stay. And finally, the hosts are wonderful people who will do everything they can to make your experience better. We had a situation that could have ruined our holiday, but thanks to Martika and Alex, it was a complete non-issue. I would highly recommend any couple or single person to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

Together with my girlfriend, I stayed for about three weeks in February at Pilar's apartment in Alicante. I had to be in the area for work and was fortunate to have a good parking spot in a garage that I was able to rent with the apartment. My girlfriend worked from the apartment and was able to do so comfortably at the desk provided. Within a few minutes' walk, you’re in the old town, where there are plenty of terraces and restaurants. At the same time, it is still very accessible by car. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area met all our needs. The bathroom was clean, tidy, and spacious enough. The real highlight was the bedroom/attic. It was wonderfully bright but could be well-darkened with the curtains. In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony attached to the sleeping loft. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to store all our clothes. In short, it was a perfect base for working in Alicante or enjoying a vacation.

Nicole y Adrián fueron un amor indicándonos bien todo y dándonos muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares increíbles… zona súper tranquila La ubicación es perfecta está todo cerca, Nos faltaron días para seguir disfrutando de este lugar tan increíble.😍 Muchísimas Gracias Nicole y Adrian por todo!!!

Prettige ontvangst door Dominique en partner.Cava als welkomstdrank heel lekker. Alles schoon.Vaatwasser en wasmachine in appartement.Mooi terras. Fijne badkamer met ruime inloopdouche. Goed en schoon bed. Helaas hadden wij weinig zon.l, zodat we niet volop van het terras konden genieten. De oude binnenstad op korte loopafstand, 10min. Houdt er wel rekening mee, dat je 4 smalle trappen op moet.

Eine sehr schöne wohnung und vor allem eine tolle dachterasse mit bequemen gartenmöbeln . Elena hat mir noch einige restaurants empfohlen die mir gut gefallen haben. Viele liebe Grüße Dörte

Apartament zgodny z opisem. Wszystkie udogodnienia spełniły swoje role. Przyjazna okolica. Blisko wiele dobrych i smacznych restauracji oraz plaża 3 min pieszo. Dobre połączenie komunikacyjne. Gospodarz cały czas w kontakcie, odpowiadał na każde nasze pytanie od razu. Polecamy.

Great little apartment situated in a part of the old town with good amenities all around and brilliant access to public transport. Our hosts we amazing, really pleasant and very helpful. If you like your food you are well placed with this apartment and there is a fantastic indoor market just around the corner selling a massive array of fish, shellfish and tapas items amongst other things. All the Spanish people we met were very friendly and you didn't need to be fluent in Spanish to get by. All in all a great little break and well worth a visit.

El piso de Patricia es muy limpio, está ubicado en zona tranquila, a unos 10 minutos del centro. Tiene todo lo necesario para preparar comida, se puede lavar ropa, es perfecto para parejas con niños. Hemos viajado con nuestra hija de un año y la experiencia fue extraordinaria, Patricia nos dio también una cuna para el bebé. Precio también muy asequible. Además Patricia responde muy rápido y es atentiva. Recomiendo mucho.

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

Jimmy a été très gentil et rapide pour répondre aux messages. L’appartement est très propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons eu des soucis avec le ballon d’eau chaude mais ça n’a pas gâché notre séjour !! Merci Jimmy !!

We loved everything about this apartment. I am going to start first with Patricia because having a fantastic host does make a big difference and she was amazing, so kind and helpful. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. It is welcoming and comfortable and we felt very at home there. The location is also spot on. We weren't here for a vacation and had a lot of places we needed to get to in Elche, and it was perfectly placed. There are great places to eat very close by, the shops are a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is close to everything but quiet at the same time. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Alojamiento 100% recomendado. La casita es ideal, súper limpia, con unas vistas preciosas y una terraza increíble para desayunar tomando el sol. María es una genial anfitriona, nos dejó entrar unas horas antes al apartamento y nos explicó todo con mucho cariño, sin duda repetiremos❤️
