Magnifique ancienne maison de famille que l'on investit facilement. Vaste et chaleureuse, son emplacement proche de Barcelone en train permet des visites quotidiennes. Son jardin et ses terrassses permettent de profiter du climat clément. Il est aisé de communiquer avec Sergi. L'accueil assuré par une de ses amies, Paula, a été bien agréable.

Desde el primer momento, me sentí como en casa. La atención al detalle, la calidez y la amabilidad con la que me recibieron fueron excepcionales. Cada pequeño gesto demuestra un genuino interés por el bienestar de los huéspedes, haciendo que la experiencia sea verdaderamente especial. No solo me sentí cómodo, sino que disfruté de un ambiente acogedor y cuidado al máximo. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré con los ojos cerrados. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Sonia y Josep fueron unos anfitriones muy atentos, flexibles en cuanto a horarios y puntuales. Respondieron a todas nuestras dudas al momento, de DIEZ. El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, perfecto para pasar unos días, limpio y práctico, muy cerca de la playa.

Pasamos una semana maravillosa en el apartamento de Teresa redescubriendo la ciudad de Barcelona. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en el auténtico barrio de Poblenou y cerca de la playa. Está muy bien equipado y Teresa es muy atenta y servicial tanto a la llegada como a la salida.

Super freundliches Team, die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und direkt am Strand. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder besuchen da ich sehr zufrieden mit der Lage war.

Très bon séjour chez Juan. La description est fidèle à la réalité. Juan a bien préparé notre arrivée et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre départ.

3rd floor appartment with its own rooftop pool, which was great. it is in a quiet neighbourhood 1-2 minuts walk to the beach. the apartment is pristine. Juliana was a lovely host meeting us on arrival. everything we needed was there and it was spotless. thank you! the only niggle was there was no local shop. closest being a 15-20ish minute walk each way. however, there was a lovely patisserie 5 minutes away (we didn't drive)

Tout a été parfait ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l’appartement est parfaitement situé, très propre avec de petites attentions à notre arrivée, et nos hôtes ont été disponibles pendant tout le séjour ! Nous reviendrons !

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Wir (Ehepaar 60+) waren Anfang Okt. 2024 für 8 Tage dort und wurden vom Vermieter persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen, er sprach englisch. Ein überdachter Parkplatz mit elektrischem Rolltor befindet sich direkt unter dem Gebäude mit 6 Wohnungen (sehr ruhig). Die angebotene war ganz oben und bot einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den kilometerlangen Sandstrand direkt davor. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett, wie beschrieben. Der große Balkon ist das Highlight. Platz innen wäre locker für 6 Personen gewesen. Rundum ist der Verkehr auf 30 Km/h beschränkt. Es war zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig. Überhalb der Straße (viele Zebrastreifen) ist direkt der Strand. Restaurant (500m) und ein guter "Sorli"-Supermarkt (900m) sind fußläufig. Öffentlicher Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus. Parken in der Umgebung ist auf der Straße überall kostenpflichtig (blaue und grüne Markierungen - Parkscheinautomat), ist aber wohl normal dort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hatten keine Probleme und fühlten uns sehr wohl!!

Our stay was during the off-season in April. The water was still cold (10-14°C), but we could still enjoy the beach, despite the constant moderate breeze. With kids, we appreciated that Montgat is a very calm city with many playgrounds (even in the shade). There are some restaurants close to the beach, while bars are more prevalent in the urban areas. The apartment (with an elevator) is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Some toys for indoor and outdoor play are available in the apartment. The Aquarium of Barcelona is worth a visit, and getting there by train is uncomplicated, as the train station is about a 10-minute walk down the road. Last but not least, the view from the apartment is truly special; we were even lucky enough to observe a group of dolphins or small whales passing by the shore.

It is an amazing choice for family stay. The villa really exceed expectation and is more cozy than it looks on photo. A number of toys for kids and boardgames will help with evening activities. And two level swimming pool make it possible to enjoy even for our younger ones. Nat is very hospitable host ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended and would like to come back next year.

I had a wonderful stay at Benedicto's place. It was super easy to communicate and check in. The location is 100m from the beach and the are restaurants all around. Tea coffee and milk was provided as well as fresh linen and towels. The bed was super comfortable and i slept very well. The apartment is located 30 minutes from Barcelona with a local bus in walking distance with a fare of 2.60euros one way. The pool on site was quiet and clean with sun beds. Lovely!! Etwas abseits von Barcelona gelegen, hatte einen super Aufenthalt in Monicas Unterkunft. Sie war bei Fragen stets schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und das Bett super bequem mit kuscheliger Decke. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir haben hier tolle acht Tage verbracht: Die Wohnung liegt super, um mit der Bahn nach Barcelona zu fahren (15min zu Fuß zur Bahnstation). Wir haben dies an mehreren Tagen genutzt. Direkt hinter der Wohnanlage hat man Zugang zum Strand, der zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen einlädt. Die Wohnung selbst ist in der Anzeige sehr gut beschrieben. Dazu war die Vermieterin immer auch kurzfristig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene,2 Kinder. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. der Kontakt war unglaublich freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Lage direkt am wunderschönen Strand ,alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Sehr sauberes Appartement.

Heel fijn huis, vlakbij het strand, in een levendig stadje. Stand, winkels, supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand. Ook veel speeltuintjes voor kinderen. Het huis heeft een mooi dakterras met uitzicht op de zee. Silvia en Rubén reageren snel, zijn zeer vriendelijk, denken goed mee. De service is echt top. Wij hadden via hun ook een transfer geregeld vanaf de luchthaven, ging ook heel soepel allemaal. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
