The condo was as described and Steve was a great and responsive host. We knew the pool and outdoor amenities were closed/under construction, which Steve did communicate. Located just outside of the downtown core, so more quiet surroundings (which was nice for us), yet still close enough to alot of the attractions, restaurants etc. Was a great little vacation spot for our family.

Due to unforeseen circumstances with a scheduled rental, Dennis came through at the last minute over the New years holiday and responded promptly late in the evening to answer questions and confirm that the location could be rented on New years eve. Greatly appreciated. Being able to have balconies ocean front from both bedrooms and living room was wonderful.

Great host and condo- will absolutely reach out on our next visit to NSB!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Daytona Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to all the local attractions. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the beach towels and chairs, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy getaway in Daytona Beach! We can’t wait to come back!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

I highly recommend staying here! I traveled with 5 of my friends to stay at Chip’s Airbnb and we were all blown away. The kitchen is huge with all the appliances and tools you need. Next to the kitchen is a walk out balcony that we spent most of our time in. The balcony has a screen so we did not have to worry about bugs. The beds were large and extra bedding was provided as well with sheets. The sheets were to die for and super comfortable and kept us nice and cool on the Florida muggy nights. Not only is this place a perfect place for friends or family, but it is also right across from the beach. It took us less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach. All the neighbors are super friendly and want to chat, too. There were two pools, two hot tubs, and a tennis court as well. Overall, our stay was amazing. It was so great that I plan on being back in September. I highly recommend this stay for anyone!

5 star +++ This place is everything as described. Sandra is and was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating. Very quiet,peaceful,private and tranquil. I did get to meet "Bailey" I believe, one evening and such a sweet pup. The place was clean, quiet, easy in and out and everything as described. I would stay again if and when in the area. Also, Sandra's daughter was very pleasant and professional. A++++ Rating.

We enjoyed it very much. We were there on family business but got to see the wonderful lighthouse I used to visit in my childhood. Now a couple of our grandchildren got to experience it. Not beach weather for swimming but the walks were beautiful, morning and evening. Everything is close by. We couldn’t ask for more. Great memories with the kids. They loved the yard!

Sue is an amazing host! She was easy to contact, had everything one could need to feel ‘home away from home’ Clean and comfortable beds. For long term stays a comfy sofa would be a bonus🤩. Sue has all the appliances and products from sunscreen to bug spray for if needed! We highly recommend and we will stay again👍🥰

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

This apartment was very clean and free of sand (which is surprising, considering you can walk to the beach from this location). The walk to the beach was clearly marked and only 5 minutes away! Lukasz was quick to communicate and answered questions effectively. We would definitely stay here again.

As always, the home was perfect. We walked to everything, beds comfy, plenty of room- would always choose this home for our finally!

What an amazing experience, beautiful facility, very pet and animal friendly, would highly recommend staying here! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home from the first minute we arrived. Evening bonfires were very nice, holding a lot of the animals , goats, turkeys, chickens, and dogs. We have already booked again for next year…

This unit was a wonderful place to land for our family. The unit is comfortable, updated, and offered every little thing we could have needed to feel at home. The pictures are true to the space, the room with bunks has 4 beds, the master bedroom is lovely and the kitchen and living room areas allowed us to truly relax. The pool is heated on most days and the beach is steps away. The unit doesn't have an easy-to-see water view, but we were outside more than in and the sound of waves crashing is always present. The unit is close to restaurants, shopping and recreational spots. It is helpful to have a car, though. Like anything by the ocean, be prepared for salt and sand to be a factor, but we considered that a great "problem" to have! If anything, we only wish we could have stayed longer.

everything was spot on except I'm 70 and had a problem with the TVs. also, the internet, Spectrum, kept going down.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Dariya is great and her place is perfect, clean, and exactly what I’m looking for.

This home was in a cute little neighborhood. Felt very safe. Everything was as described and super clean. I had a couple of questions and they were answered quickly. The homeowners supplied us with items for breakfast. We found orange juice, eggs, ham, and bread for toast. That was a very nice surprise. We would definitely stay there again.

Omg just BOOK IT! Kim’s place is just as described, tastefully decorated, comfy bed and couch, well stocked with shower supplies and towels. Kitchen is stocked with all spices and such (we ate meals out). Porch was amazing for feeding turtles and just relaxing on with a glass of wine, You won’t want to leave! Kim provides plenty of paper plates , towels and garbage bags for your stay unlike other places we have stayed. Kim makes check in and out so easy and always receptive to any texting questions! As far as movement you really don’t notice it and we had some windy nights, if you don’t focus on it you probably won’t feel it. Thanks Kim for the amazing stay, we will be back :) Verna

Chuck's place was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located in a lovely area. From the listing I was expecting more privacy. Chuck and his family were respectful of our privacy but the unit is located across the pool deck from the family residence. Additionally, we were expecting the pool to be heated as needed in Florida in January. This is important to know and not in the listing. The pool was therefore not swimable. however Chuck did heat the hot tub for us in the evenings which we appreciated. Overall a lovely place to stay, particularly in a warmer time of year.

We had a great time at Hope’s condo. Great location next to the ocean, woke up every morning and watched the sunrise over the Atlantic. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close to many great restaurants and grocery stores.

Had a blast, felt right at home and cozy. Great for families!
