We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved how all the amenities we needed were provided. Each room was comfortable for my family. Loved relaxing on the back patio too. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

We were in town for a family event, Efrain's place was in a nice area and close to family. Quiet area but close to restaurants and grocery stores. Efrain was very responsive to our needs, we would definitely stay again.

An amazing place, the house is located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. Pristine clean and comfortable. For sure in my next trip I will stay there.

the place was very well put together for a short stay and I'm sure a longer stay if needed. the parking and the entry was private and safe. the balcony overlooking the courtyard was excellent. there was very little noise from neighbors, we could tell they were there but in a good way. we would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

The house was very easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. Due to our late arrival he left the lights on and said we could contact him no matter how early in the morning it was when we got there for any problems. The house was very spacious and clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Richard was very responsive and accommodating for us! We really appreciated everything he did for us before our arrival and during our stay.

The House is a great Airbnb. I spent almost two weeks there. Very warm and inviting. Safe neighborhood, walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Corinne was very nice and responsive. Had a couple requests during my stay and they were taken care of very quickly. Was nice chatting with other guests. It is a historic building so there is some older things, but it just adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing experience, beautiful facility, very pet and animal friendly, would highly recommend staying here! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home from the first minute we arrived. Evening bonfires were very nice, holding a lot of the animals , goats, turkeys, chickens, and dogs. We have already booked again for next year…

This was my second time staying there and it was still nice. It's close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance and is not far of you want to drive for some variety. The unit was clean with parking out front, which is important since i was traveling by myself. I did have an issue when i first arrived but she was very responsive and it was fixed quickly. I stayed for several days so I appreciated that it had all the creature comforts, especially in the kitchen. Great place! I'd stay again

Amazing view, beach accessible. The elevator situation a little unfortunate. But would definitely stay again and hope to!!

This condo was exactly as described and you couldn’t get any closer to the ocean! This was located in a friendly, quiet complex with direct beach access to the no-drive part of the beach. Shops on Flagler and other restaurants were only 5 minutes away. There is a Publix a couple miles down the road if you need anything. Hannah had excellent communication before, during and at the end of our stay. We would definitely book this again.

Absolutely loved the place! Beautiful and comfortable!! Everything was perfect, and everyone had a great and relaxing time! The whole complex was very well kept and beautiful to walk around. Wendy was very responsive and available to help if needed.

Angie was super responsive and helpful. Great room and view. We were here for the Rolex 24 at Daytona as track marshals. Location is convenient to track and easy access. Permitted parking was assuring and area seemed safe. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was amazing for our one week stay in Daytona! The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the furniture was great, and it had everything that we needed for our family of four. The location on the beach was awesome! Having the washer/dryer and garage for our rental available made things a lot easier for our stay. Ardina was excellent with her communication and responsive to all questions and information. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is planning on a family vacation to Daytona. This condo is in a fantastic location right on New Smyrna Beach. The interior was clean, well-maintained, and decorated with charming beachy touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. While the exterior is a bit dated, as shown in the photos, it didn’t impact our stay—especially considering the great price and unbeatable location. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
