Lisa’s place was beyond our expectation, so cute and homie. Extremely clean. Waking up to the view of the pond in the morning was refreshing. Lisa is the perfect host and responded quickly. Perfect location for visiting Kelly Park. Will definitely be back.

This was a fabulous spot to spend time with the grands! The pool options fit every age and filled our days with fun. It had everything we needed from laundry soap to beach towels! Great time!

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment. It’s in a gated community, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was easy to find, and I appreciated the ample parking available. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing great local recommendations that enhanced my stay. I misplaced an item during my visit, but the host was understanding and resolved the issue quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely book this apartment again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Inga’s penthouse was immaculate, the pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen was stocked everything you could possibly need for cooking. Everything was labeled nicely and the instructions for getting into the penthouse were easy to follow. Inga was very helpful through our stay and was very responsive. Had a wonderful time staying at the penthouse and would recommend it anybody wanting to visit the area.

Enjoyed my stay, small and private room but very cozy. Big pool, very deep, a great time and a great stay.

it was a wonderful stay and it was during the hurricane as well and the minute power was restored in the neighborhood Roy came and informed me it was a great stay and great host

We were very pleased with this home, it was very comfortable, and we loved the open nature of the layout. The outdoor area was very fun for fishing. The kitchen was very nice to use, though lacked some basic necessities such as kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the home. We especially loved the electric couch with the USB ports and reclining features. We will definitely come back to this house!

Amazing house, and an even better host! Very accommodating and the perfect location. Could not be any closer to the beach, and the back yard is laid out in perfect comfortable relaxing fashion. The pool is the perfect touch Would recommend for sure!

The house was beautiful, spacious and very cozy. The beds were VERY comfortable! Travis was very responsive and helpful with food/area recommendations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying again the next time we are in the area!! The outdoor area was a nice place to relax and enjoy the weather! We loved our stay!

The immediate location isn't anything special, but Lake Monroe is nearby and a beautiful place to walk. I was there to visit someone at Lake Monroe Hospital and the place was very convenient for that.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything was awesome.

The home was perfect for me and my husband. Susan was very responsive and helpful. She checked in on us after we checked in and was very responsive anytime I messaged her. We would definitely stay here again.

I had just stayed at this amazing bnb!! I would like to say it was very clean, very modern, it fulfilled my expectations I had while I had my birthday in Florida. Elese had gone above and beyond…not only make it homie but a place you’d wannabe and stay. Elese is an amazing host even when your there she’s just a text away. If your looking at the place this is it!!

Great place! Loved the outdoor pool and convenient ocean access. Kelly had everything you could ever need including a cooler, sun hats, a beach bag, beach towels, hair ties, toothpaste and even books/cards for a rainy day! We didn't spend much time in the room but it was perfect. Kelly was very thorough with instructions and very easy to communicate with.

They property was as described. There was plenty of room. It was well-stocked and furnished. It was a six minute walk to the beach. The pool rules for the complex are a little archaic (no floats, frisbees, music, etc.); however, we were there for the beach. Ocean properties made check in and check out easy. The owners have obviously made updates. The place is very inviting, especially for the price.

This was our first time in New Smyrna Beach and we are already looking forward to coming back. Kim’s property had wonderful views of the beach - which is also a very short walk across the street! The condo was very clean, accommodating, and stocked!! We felt right at home and enjoyed Thanksgiving here!!

very roomy, clean, comfortable and Quiet. everything we needed was there to make a good meal for New Years Eve dinner. Loved the view will book again. very nice staff. clean property. Let us know where the good spots to watch the fireworks. very pleased.
