This is an ideal apartment with incredible access to trams. Perfect location for walking to major attractions as well. The apartment itself is also great. Ample space, comfortable beds. Really close to stores and restaurants which is also a plus. Overall really enjoyed the stay here. Would definitely recommend this apartment and also looking forward to coming back here.

We'll definitely stay again. The property was pristine, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk into CBD. We also appreciated Woolworths and BWS just downstairs! Hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Booked an Airbnb for the first time with a few friends and I’m glad to mention that this first time experience will have me booking this type of stay again. The accommodation was very tidy and we all felt right at home, of course we had an amazing view of the city. The hosts always responded in a timely manner and were always so helpful and kind. Thank you again for the stay!

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

We stayed here for F1 and it was the perfect place!! Such easy access to and from the track (20 min walk). The place was gorgeous and tidy. Would recommend!

Fantastic location, so close to all of South Yarras hotspots! Small but cozy space can get a little warm on a hot day- windows open work better than the aircon. Greg was a wonderful host and great with communication. Would stay again!

A lovely stay at a super convenient location. The unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Checkout procedures were so simple, making for a relaxed departure after a busy weekend away. Dana was responsive, polite and helpful at every stage as well!

Very nice environment, easy to get to places either walking or driving, very spacious and clean and very secure in location. Highly recommend staying at this place. Very easy instructions upon arrival and departure and Darren was very helpful with any questions.

We loved Amy’s Place so much we came back for another week after a trip elsewhere. As before, the apartment was spotless, welcoming and well provisioned. Lovely toiletries provided and, unusually for rentals, the pillows were excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again next time we visit Oz.

Luke and Emi's place was the perfect place to land in Melbourne. Well located, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach!!! Super quiet at the same time. Comfy bed and nice shower. Luke and Em were always responsive and really helpful. We would definitely come back :)

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Philipa’s Airbnb. Philipa is a good host . The view of her apartment is fabulous, especially at night . You can enjoy sunset too from the balcony . We love that the tram stop is just in front of the building .

Leanne’s place is a magical little getaway; the views are absolutely breathtaking, photos do not do it justice. Perfectly located ontop of a Woolworths and walking distance from the cbd. The apartment was very clean, super comfortable bed and great amenities. If you’re after a quiet escape in the cbd, I cant recommend this place enough! Leanne was super responsive and catered to all my needs, which I appreciated :)

Deb and Rob were wonderful hosts! The apartment was excellent with amazing views and every single amenity imaginable. Not only was it was a nice place to be but it was extremely clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable and noise from the busy roads outside barely audible from inside! One of my biggest pet peeves in high rises like this is how loud they can be, but this one was super quiet and the aircon was quiet which made for a really good night sleep. If I need to come to Melbourne with a group I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is awesome! If I ever need to be in the Southbank area again this would be my first choice!

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect for walking to the AO, Yarra River, and Downtown Melbourne. It’s also less than a 1hr walk to Port Melbourne beach. The arts district was great with numerous galleries and beautiful architecture everywhere. We made good use of the guidebooks that Dale & Brady authored as well. We had a nice selection of spices available to us for cooking. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck for the sun, views, and BBQ. We would definitely recommend their place and will book it again if we return.

We had a great stay here. Very close access to trams into the city and walking distance to Southgate and Crown. The Woolworths on the ground floor is perfect for last minute dinners/late night snacks. The fire station and highway are quite loud but the window reduces an impressive amount of the sound when closed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were quick to respond whenever we had issues and were always happy to help.
