The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Excellent location near beach access and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and bedding. Flexible parking.

Loved the private feel of the beach and the beautiful views from all the bedrooms and living room area as well as the decks! I would recommend this home! Also loved that the home and beach is pet friendly! Thank you for making our stay great!

Beautiful condo, would highly recommend! We have stayed at this complex before, first time in this unit, and absolutely loved it. The host was great to work with and very responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated and we love the location as it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach was not overly crowded for a holiday week and the complex was very quiet. Can’t wait to go back.

I’m don’t know what to say about this place that hasn’t been said, it was amazing! Plenty of room for both our families and awesome views of the ocean. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins jump. The ocean was beautiful and the access was easy. Not super busy, almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There are many great restaurants and you are right next to a state park with great biking. We had one minor issue and the hosts were right on top of it. I could go on and on, book this place if you are in the area!

Great place with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view of the setting sun over the gulf. Lots of space, with three bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large party. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook for ourselves. Everything about the stay was made easy by host Susie.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a clean and comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The neighbors are extremely nice and my fur baby loves the fenced in yard.

This is a great place to stay! A very short walk to the beach & in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog friendly place with a large yard for them to run around! All of the essentials were present and a lot of useful things—stocked kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cookware. Coffee pot, toaster, ice trays. Lots of towels and bedding! Plenty of space to hang out—living room and screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda's cottage! Felt right at home and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about our family stay at Sweet Oblivion, from the accurate description of the space and amenities, to the cleanliness, to the uncrowded beach. 5 Stars all around. We'd definitely go back!

I enjoyed my time at Phish Heads cottage. Having neighbors in the nearby cottages was just the right amount of social interaction; yet, the scenery and nature were the highlights. So nice to jump between bay fishing and beach fishing in a short walk. Not biting? Just walk over to the other side of the peninsula. Cottage was clean and bed comfortable. Kitchen could use some more utensils. It was nice to find a second key indoors, clearly labeled as an additional key. I think I’ll be returning to Scallop Cove Villas.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family wanting to enjoy both the bay and the beach. The house was spotless and the host literally had everything we needed on hand! 10/10 experience and 10/10 host!

My kids loved this place. Remarkable sunrises off the back porch over the water. Across the street is the ocean and the sunsets are amazing.

Fantastic place! Our family of 12 for perfectly. The beach and water are amazing. Super location on the cape. Close to stores, yet far enough away to be peaceful and private. We were a bit surprised to find that the third floor balconies were locked and were told that they were private to the owners. Loved the house and had a fabulous stay. Thanks!!

Great place and host. It was a very short walk to the beach/ocean and the pool was a great when there were red flags on the beach. If you have more than 6 people, you may want to bring towels and washcloths as there are enough for 6. That is the only ‘complaint’ we had! Overall had an amazing time and would stay again!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Judith’s guest house! We booked this place because we were wanting to take our dog to the beach. We were looking for a private fenced in yard with a pool and walkable distance to the beach (dog friendly all day.. Woo hoo!) and that is exactly what we got! Judith was so sweet, accommodating, and flexible- we got in very late the first night and she was outside to greet us with a smile as we pulled up. She checked in on us but was never intrusive. She brought us delicious brownies and corn bread one day. All of the restaurants we tried in Port St. Joe were amazing- especially KrazyFish, PSJ Bar and Grill, and Provisions all in the down town area about 15 min from her place. Her place was clean and had no sand when we arrived, which was very impressive considering it is a beach house. The beach was never crowded even with it being 4th of July week, and most importantly, our pup had the best time, so we did too! Thank you, Judith, for an amazing stay!

Best trip ever! We absolutely loved the house and the pool. Great outdoor area for grilling and family time. My entire family spent a lot of time in the hammock. House decor was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Also the gear credit was so helpful. I ended up not bringing any beach gear and rented it all. So much more room traveling. Our chocolate lab enjoyed his first trip to the beach with us. We will definitely be back!!

We all enjoyed our stay! The house comfortably slept 10 people. Easy check in, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and clean bedding and plenty of towels. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking essentials (plus some!) and plates, cutlery and glasses. There is a coffee machine that brews both single use and carafe. However, there were no seasonings or spices available. In a house of this size be prepared for stairs and several light switches! The walk to the beach was manageable and everyone enjoyed the private pool. We rented bikes, 5 minute bike ride to Salinas Park. If staying for more than three days, there is a short supply of paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods, as well as laundry detergent. This was communicated in an information email prior to arrival. An opportunity with the property was better lighting in pool area. It was dimly lit and the pool light was non functioning. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Very clean, perfect location, really quiet area. Bring your own food if you want to stay near the beach - the only good restaurants we found were 20 minutes away in Port St. Joe. The house is wonderful, and you get a lot of good exercise going up and down the three flights of stairs! Perfect views. The house didn't have extra blankets, so we did have to request those. There were some storms when we were there and the house stood up well to them. Pool was definitely cold this time of year but still usable for short periods of time on a sunny afternoon. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of privacy within the house as well for multiple guests.

The Tranquil Bliss was the perfect place for our two homeschool families. The balcony views were breathtaking and the kitchen was large enought for everyone to navigate around while cooking bug meals. Since this place is right next to the boardwalk, it mde it easy to catch the sunrise on the beach every morning. Within minutes to "The Stump" for great fishing and just 20 minutes to SGI. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A++
