Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und bietet alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern und bietet genug Platz für acht Personen. Wir konnten eigenständig einchecken und durften am letzten Tag noch etwas länger bleiben, was die Abreise wirklich entspannt hat.

I highly recommend Carlos' place (and Carlos as a host, he is absolutely wonderful)! It is perfectly situated in Palma; close to a bus line that provides access to the Old Town area, within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, and 2 convenient parking lots. The area is quiet and peaceful but within a short walk, the hustle and bustle of the city centre is reachable. The home has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups and amazing indoor/outdoor living. Our group especially liked sitting in the dining area with the doors open to the upper deck overlooking the pool and neighborhood. Carlos and Berta were incredibly helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided a 5 star experience!!

We stayed of season and everything was as expected, beautiful location, breathtaking views, no crowds at all tourist spots and apartment is exactly as expected. Car is definitely needed here and it was bit cold (but its February (cmon) so fireplace just fitted superb).

Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus! Das Grundstück ist riesig groß und sehr privat gelegen und insbesondere der Indoor Pul hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Vielen Dank, dass wir dort sein durften.

We had a fantastic stay (3 families with little children between 2 and 5 yrs old). The house is big, well equipped (we really appreciated the toys for the beach) and the fence for the pool (that we didn’t use due to the weather). Port of pollenca is very nice : plenty of restaurants, lots of playgrounds on the beach, beautiful beaches nearby (formentor) ! Thanks Tony for your help as well when we arrived quite late to find the crib. Best Alberto

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung, perfekt für Wanderungen in der Tramuntana! Bilder in der Anzeige sind zutreffend, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Great stay as a group of four adults and two children. House was very spacious with a choice of sitting areas to take full advantage of both sun and shade. We all especially enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the marina and being able to walk to many very good eateries. The property was very comfortable for our stay. (Huge supermarket within walking distance with great fresh meat and veg etc)

Wir waren in unserem Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen 10 Tage in dem Haus von Maria und Bernat zu Gast! Es fehlte an nichts und die Kinder liebten die Tischtennisplatte und den Pool. Mein Mann die Outdoor Küche mit Grill Sehr nett fanden wir Obst, Tee und Wasser als Begrüßungsgeschenk zumal wir leider relativ spät angereist waren! Wissen sollte man, dass es Katzen gibt, die zwar wild leben aber kultiviert sind und um Futter bitten. Wir sind gern der Empfehlung des Vermieters gefolgt und habe gefüttert Wenn man aber es nicht möchte, sucht die Katze woanders nach Futter und lässt einen in Ruhe! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Haus und die Vermieter gern weiter.

Amara est une hôte de confiance, très sympathique et très impliquée. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a donné des infirmations très utiles lors de notre arrivée. Le logement est très grand, propre et propose de très belles prestations, à commencer par l'espace extérieur qui possède une grande piscine et beaucoup d'endroits pour se poser. Le logement propose lui de très beaux espaces avec des multiples terrasses, salons et une décoration typique et recherchée ce qui en fait tout son charme. La Finca est idéalement située, à 15min de l'aéroport, à 15 min de Palma et proche des commerces. Nous avons passé avec mes amis un séjour totalement dépaysant dans un cadre magnifique. Je recommande entièrement ou vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avec besoin.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Finca! The welcome and excellent communication by the Morey team made us feel very at home. We loved the beautiful views from the house and tranquillity whilst able to walk easily into Valldemossa for our daily fresh bread and any supplies. The restaurants in Valldemossa are vibrant and plentiful. The pool and terraces are stunning and the house is very comfortable and well equipped. We recommend the fabulous Camí de s’Escolta walk to view the sunset over the sea ! We understand there are new kitchen and bathroom renovations happening before the next season. This will make this place even more amazing and we can’t wait to re-book next year!

Super mooie locatie ook al was het nog niet echt zomer, een locatie waar je tot rust kan komen en Pollenca is mooi gelegen om verschillende dag uitstappen te doen. Onze host Shaun wist ons de nodige tips te geven en was steeds bereikbaar. Een echte aanrader ! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

Fijne plek om vakantie te vieren! Weinig op aan te merken. Heerlijke jacuzzi waar we met z’n allen elke dag in hebben gezeten. Enige punt van aandacht was de rooklucht die in het huis hing. Gelukkig niet overheersend, maar het viel wel op. Verder was de gastheer erg fijn en vlot in de communicatie. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

A beautiful home in a quiet area of the city, the house was clean, well furnished and is as per the photos. A car is recommended as it is about 15/20min drive from Palma. Julieta was always responsive and helpful, and was a lovely host. Thanks for having us!

Andratx is a great holiday destination- lovely but not over busy. It provides access to a beautiful area of Majorca with many pretty villages and harbours, small beaches. A superb range of restaurants. The villa is a very pleasant 12-15 min walk around the harbour to the centre. A surprising quiet location and the nearest tiny beach is a 3 min walk. Lovely pool and terraces with harbour view. The villa is very comfortable- super cool even in the heat and excellently presented . There was nothing we needed that was not provided . We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Das Haus ist eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Gegend, sehr gepflegter Garten mit großem Pool. Das vierte, kleinere Badezimmer außerhalb des eigentlichen Hauses direkt am Pool ist perfekt. Alles in allem beste Voraussetzungen zum Entspannen. Lediglich die Straße vor dem Haus war doch etwas mehr befahren, als gedacht, aber das kann an der Reisezeit gelegen haben (Herbstferien, die Insel war natürlich ziemlich gut besucht) und muss nicht immer so sein. Wir würden in jedem Fall gerne wiederkommen, sofern das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ähnlich bleibt.

Jolie maison, nous avons passé une belle semaine de fin de saison. Nos 2 familles ont trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait dans la maison.

Really lovely property, beautifully renovated. It is about 15 min walk to some lovely restaurants, and 25min or so to the station / old town / castle. Pool on the roof as a great addition.

we verbleven 3 nachten in deze heerlijke villa. alles was netjes en er was genoeg ruimte. ook de tuin en het zwembad waren heerlijk om te ontspannen en we hebben iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ om lekker buiten te eten. de villa ligt mooi prive op een heuvel en je hoort vrijwel niks van de omgeving/buren. al met al een geslaagde vakantie en we bevelen deze villa zeker aan!

If you are reading these reviews and trying to decide whether to stay here...STOP...Book it now, whilst you can! This is a gem of a find. Perfect sized villa for a family of 4, all within walking distance of the beautiful Old Town. It is equipped with everything you might need and the swimming pool is fabulous. We loved every miniute of our stay, despite the storms! Maximilian, the Host, was brilliant - responsive and super friendly. He couldnt do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough ti gte the chance.

We had a fantastic 7 day stay at Jaume's villa, which was perfect for us as a family of four. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding beaches, villages and towns in the north of Mallorca. The villa is really well equipped, very clean and well looked after. The garden and pool is very private and peaceful, with fruit trees to pick from. The photos do not do the views of the surrounding mountains justice. Jaume was a great host and made sure we had a great stay. We highly recommend and hope to return very soon. Thank you Jaume!
