Huge house. 4 big bedrooms. 2 nice size bathrooms. Kitchen was big either plenty of space. Close to beach access and zoo. Quiet neighbor. Restaurants and outlet stores close by. Would recommend staying here! Great host and we enjoyed our time here. Thanks!

Booked this for a birthday trip for my partner. We brough 13 of our friends with us and had the best time. All our friends were instantly impressed with how beautiful the house was when we pulled up for the first time. Having 15 adults in a house can be hard, but we all felt totally at home and like we all had enough space. The house is so well stocked, I brought extra kitchen things with me as I'm so used to going to rentals where the kitchen has a broken spatula, three forks, and a salt shaker. However, the kitchen had so many gadgets and utensils I didn't need to bring anything at all. Making meals for 15 people was easy and fun. The lighting in the house is beautiful and the area was so fun to explore. Truly so close to the local grocery store, the red arrow roadhouse and town line beach. Which were all big parts of our weekend plan. Had so much fun, this feels like a real home and there is so much care and heart in it's decoration and maintenance. Would stay again x100!!

It is the perfect place for our family with lots of space. We love the yard for the kids to be able to run around. It is also close enough to downtown to walk. Joe is very responsive and accommodating.

The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — we truly felt like we were at our own home. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

I was there with 2 friends for a guys weekend and a Saturday Cubs game. The stadium was walkable and Terry was great. We had a small hiccup when checking in but was completely my fault. Terry was home and helped us get in. For what we needed it was perfect.

We really liked this place! A hidden jem. It's in a really nice, convenient location in a safe quiet area and is a comfortable homey quiet space. As a longtime landlord, I can tell that the owner has given a lot of thought and takes pride in presenting a well thought out, well-stocked place. It has a good selection of needed kitchen implements & equipment, with extra stuff that is seldom available elsewhere but always needed ( e.g., tupperware and ziploc bags...nice!). Provision of the little things (butter, creamer for coffee, eggs, soft drinks, beer, water, jellies/jams and homemade banana bread and more) so you don't have to immediately go grocery shopping. A perfect selection of spices needed for basic cooking. A nice quiet backyard with your own shady spot for morning coffee, a convenient location not far from the "L", this place is one of my favorites and I hope we can stay here again.

Owners were very friendly and accommodating! Everything was spotless and there was more available amenities than I thought:) It was nice to have a safe, quiet place to decompress and hang out. We slept like rocks! 🗿

William has a fabulous place that was perfect for what we needed. Clean, plenty of linen and towels for when we needed it, and every supply we could ask for. Yes, the train was next door, but surprisingly didn't interrupt anything for us, so I'd say that description was accurate. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location within walking distance of University of Chicago and in a safe neighbourhood. Basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows & blankets were provided. Toilet & kitchen facilities were slightly dated but functional. Appreciated the use of washer/dryer & complimentary coffee/tea. Very hospitable host!

Convenient stay right outside of the heart of downtown Chicago! Easy to drive into town for the day. Very comfortable beds and very clean as well. Would recommend

Fuimos un grupo de 6 amigos visitando Chicago, la pasamos muy bien. El lugar es muy amplio, muy limpio y en verdad se siente uno como en casa. Siempre estuvimos en comunicacion con Ketan, y quien nos dio instrucciones muy sencillas y claras. Es un lugar muy recomendado para un grupo grande de hasta 8-10 personas. Y muy cerca de las mayores atracciones de Chicago, sobre todo en epoca de verano, que es mas sencillo caminar de un lugar a otro. Ademas el lugar cuenta con estacionamiento para un auto, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros

It is so great beautiful kitchens and so much room . It’s walkable to get to food places and it’s so close to everything downtown. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Promat Team attending McCormick for show. Good location and easy walk. A little hidden but found it . The accommodations were as depicted and Annie was a gracious host. Only little things that challenged us.... combined areas are smaller than anticipated and it's on the fourth floor. We had a good time with every bed and couch utilized. Lots of towels and well equipped with extra sheets and bed linens. It was a short stint and beat the $$ of hotels during that time period. Thank you for sharing your apartments with us.
