L’abitazione è, senza ombra di dubbio, meravigliosa. Ogni stanza della casa è pulita ed è presente ogni tipo di comfort. Anche l’esterno è molto curato e pulito. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile per ogni tipo di problema. Non posso fare altro che consigliare questa abitazione per tutti coloro che vogliono relax e privacy sentendosi comunque come a casa propria.

Comment dire, si vous recherchez la quiétude, le repos, le soleil, une très belle vue sur la mer ,un jacuzzi pour la détente , dans une ville charmante, cette maison cycladique vous charmera comme elle nous a charmé ! Sue est une hôte accueillante, agréable et réactive . On ne peut que recommander ce petit coin de paradis !

If you are looking for a quiet slice of island life you can't do better than staying at Faidon's House. Located in a quiet pocket of Aegina away from the hustle of the port area, Faidon's House is a real treat. Numerous tavernas operated by some true characters are within a short walk as are several beach bars to while away the hours staring out at the beautiful horizon of glistening blue sea and stunning island vistas. Alkis is a superb host, responding immediately to any questions we had during our stay as well as sending over some recommendations for places to visit beforehand.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in einem sehr schönen Haus mit absolut toller Lage, was die Aussicht anbelangt. Man muss wissen, dass es etwas abseits in den Bergen liegt und deshalb etwas Fahrerei bedeutet. Aber neben dem sehr gemütlichen und mit wirklich Allem ausgestatteten Haus sind der tolle Außenbereich mit wunderbaren Terassen und Essplätzen, herrlichem Pool und schönem Garten jeden Kilometer wert. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen entsprechen der Realität, einzig die beiden Schlafzimmer im Soutarrain waren so nicht ganz real beschrieben. Die Betreuung durch Rena war mehr als außergewöhnlich, sie stand uns jederzeit und unglaublich freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich würde das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Eva Ollertz

We absolutely loved our stay here! Florian was wonderful meeting us at the port and helping us with our baggage. Nothing was too much trouble - he organized some laundry to be done for us, a rental boat for a day, and some great restaurants. The villa itself was beautiful and we adored seeing the photo books of the restoration/renovation process. Highly recommend - of course you need to be fit and able to walk the stairs but the view is spectacular and absolutely worth it.

We felt welcomed as if we were in our own house looked after our mother. She offered us snack, regular cleaning, made us recommendations about food, beaches, even helped me with private matter. She’s one of the best hosts I had to date since using the app! The place was very clean and very well equipped.

Mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 8) haben wir einen absolut traumhaften Urlaub auf Hydra genossen. Das Haus ist sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Christianas Eltern waren die perfekten Gastgeber. Sie waren diskret, freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben uns mit Wein und Kuchen verwöhnt und sogar regelmässig die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus liegt in Kamini, einen wunderschönen fünfzehnminütigen Fussmarsch bzw. eine fünfminütige Fahrt mit dem Wasser-Taxi von Hydra-Stadt entfernt. Die besten Strände von Hydra sind von Kamini aus besser zu erreichen als von Hydra-Stadt. Ausserdem gibt es in Kamini mit Pirofani Taverna und Taverna Christina zwei sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants und mit kamin Hydra ein sehr sympathisches Café. Gleich neben dem Haus gibt es einen Spielplatz. Da es auf Hydra keine Autos gibt, können sich auch kleinere Kinder vor der Tür frei und gefahrlos bewegen. Vielen Dank an Christiana und ihre Eltern!

We loved our 5-day stay at Eleni’s house, which we found to be cosy, quiet and matching the description. The views from the house, which is in the higher part of town, were lovely. We arrived after dark and were glad we had accepted Eleni’s offer to arrange for Marios to meet us with his donkey to haul our bags and guide us to the house uphill through the maze of unnamed streets. It made check-in very easy.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est bien placée, pratique et confortable. Dina est très accueillante, serviable et de bons conseils. Merci à elle pour les petits gâteaux. J'espère que nous reviendrons !

My daughter and I spent two beautiful weeks in february in Ioannis’ home. He was always there for us, when we arrived with his beautiful donkey Pénélope, and he was also there to help us when we caught the boat back. In the meantime, he was always available to answer questions in a warm and kind way and had very nice gestures. Although the temperatures were sometimes low, the house has a good heating. And for the sunny days, the terrace under the lemon tree is great. I highly highly recommend!

I stayed at Villa Salanti this January, and it was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location is truly unbeatable – waking up just steps away from the beach felt like a luxury, especially during such a quiet time of year. The villa itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent most mornings enjoying coffee on the terrace, taking in the gorgeous sea views, and even though it’s January, the weather was mild enough to enjoy walks on the private beaches nearby. One of my favorite things was how quiet and private everything felt. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind and escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Villa Salanti for anyone looking for a serene getaway – even in winter, it’s such a special place. You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche mit unseren 2 Kindern im Apartment von Efi. Die Lage ist wunderschön, Sonnenaufgang im Bett, absolute Ruhe, 10min zu Fuß zu einem wunderschönen Strand und toller Pool in der Anlage. Efi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war sehr zuvorkommend, der Service durch Ihre Haushälterin war toll. Ein absoluter Tip für Kletterer, die Klettergebiete von Leonidio sind in weniger als 15min zu erreichen. Vielen Dank, wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

אנחנו ממליצים מאוד על הנכס של אריסטידס! הגענו זוג עם שני ילדים. הבית מקסים, מעוצב בטעם, מאוד יפה, מאובזר, מסודר ונקי, ותואם בדיוק לתמונות. יש שני חדרי שינה נפרדים הסמוכים בקומה העליונה. בקומה התחתונה יש מטבח נוח ומאובזר. בכל אחת המקומות יש חדר רחצה ושירותים. יש מרפסת עם נוף, משותפת לשני חדרי השינה. יש בנוסף חצר קדמית עם שולחן וכסאות וערסל, וניתן לשבת גם שם. הבריכה נהדרת, מאוד נקיה, יש מיטות שיזוף ושפע של שמשיות לצל. אריסטידס הוא איש מקסים, נעים ותקשורתי. נתן מענה בשמחה וברצון לכל בקשה ושאלה, והיו לנו לא מעט... אתן שתי דוגמאות ליחס המפנק שהוא נתן לנו: 1. פעמיים הביא לנו אוכל טעים שבישל לעצמו כדי לפנק ולהזכיר לנו את המטבח המקומי. 2. כאשר נפלה לבת שלנו שן, הוא עזר לנו לכתוב ביוונית מכתב מפיית השיניים של יוון, כדי לשמח את הילדה! איזה יופי! אנחנו ממליצים מאוד על האירוח החם והנעים, ובהחלט נחזור שוב אם נהיה באיזור פלופונס.

As this is the 71st five star rating, it is already very obvious: This is a fantastic place. If you think about spending nice days on the Peleponnes, think no further and book this if it is available. The view and the rooms are even much nicer in reality then on the pictures. All the rooms have a superb view. This includes the kitchen with a very large window. The window almost feels like a painting. The house is in a very good state and offers you everything you need. The TV even has a Netflix option which was nice for a few times to use. Even though the pool is not heated, it was warm enough for us at the end of October with air temperatures around 22-25 degrees. The house is super quiet even though there is a street nearby. The most you might hear are the little birds in the garden. Again, fantastic place and we would have loved to stay longer if we would have had more time.

We had an amazing week at Villa Konstantina. The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful and the pool is great. A nice big kitchen meant we were able to make lots of meals at home, and enjoy dinners on the beautiful patios. The Villa is spacious and easily accommodated 6 adults and two children. Bedrooms were great, and all include blackout shutters (which were incredibly helpful since we had a 6 month old and 3 year old travelling with us). The Villa is about a 10 min drive from Nafplio (Old Town is beautiful, so fun to walk around, shop, climb up to Fortress Palamidi), and about 10 minutes from Tolo beach (a beautiful sandy beach, you can rent chairs and umbrellas and spend the whole day). Athanasios was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We're so grateful! Wish we could go back - we miss the Villa already!

We had a wonderful vacation with Artemis and Stefanos. The house was great, very clean and everything you could wish for was on site. The pool was amazing, the garden was very well maintained and the panoramic view was magnificent... it was a paradisiacal place. You can make wonderful excursions from here (e.g. Poros, Idra, Spetses, Korinth, the volcano on Methana, Nafplios, the theater of Epidauros, mountain villages like Stemnitsa and Demitsani and much more) but there are also wonderful beaches and restaurants on site. The best is saved for last: Artemis and Stefanos were the best hosts you can imagine. They provided us with lots of ideas for excursions, they were always attentive and fulfilled requests immediately but were never supervising or checking up on us. They were like invisible fairies. We got freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, great homemade jams (some of which we were allowed to take home with us) you felt like you were on vacation with your grandparents.
