Location could not have been better on the Main Street! Nice comfortable beds, spacious and clean We only occupied two of the large bedrooms on the main level. One is en-suite with a tub and handheld shower, the other bathroom is not close to the bedroom if that’s important. We were there just one night and the apartment was perfect for a quick stay.

The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. Thank you, will stay here again in future

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno di due giorni davvero meraviglioso, piacevole e confortevole. Posizione dell’appartamento ottima, situata davanti al mare, zona tranquilla, ben collegata e quindi super accessibile. La pulizia impeccabile, così come l’host Luca, sempre disponibile e pronto ad assisterci in ogni richiesta. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

Michela is probably the best host we’ve ever had. Very responsive and clearly excited to share their special place. We stayed in November in the off-season and it was beautiful but quiet. Things are closed for off-season, so plan accordingly if you are expecting a bustling town. Some of Michela’s favorite restaurants were closed but we found some great local places in town and enjoyed cooking. Fish market was open! We’d love to come back in high-season.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

esperienza con Raffaele ottima, anche se solo per un giorno è stato molto disponibile su tutto. la casetta è deliziosa e pulitissima. anche il nostro cagnone Ettore ringrazia! sicuramente ci torneremo per godercela un po' di più!

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

Without a doubt, Casa Agata was the best stay we have ever had on AirBnB! The location is incredible - Pitigliano is truly a magical place to visit. The apartment itself is so thoughtfully presented with so many wonderful touches inside. We felt right at home and would love to have stayed for longer. Highly recommended!

Mel und Thomas sind großartige Gastgeber, diskret und sofort da , wenn man sie braucht. Das Haus , der Garten, die Terrassen und der Pool sind traumhaft schön, super gut ausgestattet und vor allem geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles super sauber , die Mitarbeiter auf dem Gelände sind genau so diskret und immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit... Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir freuen uns sehr endlich ein Ort gefunden zu haben der zu 100% uns gefallen hat und wir auf jeden Fall zurück kommen werden. Grazie mille ❤️

De B&B van Enrica en Riccardo is erg fijn om te verblijven. Alles is aanwezig en we werden hartelijk welkom geheten. Ook als er nog andere gasten zijn heb je volledige privacy. Dit is een geweldige plek als je rust zoekt. En als je steden wilt bezoeken zijn er genoeg in de buurt die een bezoek waard zijn. Enrica had tips voor de omgeving, en de omgeving is adembenemend mooi! Eigenlijk is iedere weg naar welke bestemming dan ook een feest om te rijden. Deze B&B staat bij onze favorieten en wij bevelen deze ook zeer aan. Wij komen er zeker nog eens terug!

L'alloggio proposto era confortevole e ben tenuto. Per un passaggio di lavoro aveva tutto ciò che serviva. Pur non avendone usufruito sottolineo la presenza di cose essenziali sia per la colazione che per cucinare come caffè, olio, sale e tutto ciò che serve per l'igiene. Lo spazio è rustico, ma ben tenuto in perfetto armonia con il luogo in cui sorge. Le stanze e i comfort proposti eccellenti. Segnalo solo le scale un po' ripide per chi avesse limitazioni motorie o difficoltà nei movimenti.

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

Old classic house which is well renovated and clean. There was all we needed. Super quiet and private with cosy garden full of olive trees. On top of that there’s 2 lovely cats who stayed arround the house most of the time and gave us company. Simon is s nice guy, who responds within a minute. We really enjoyed out stay, I can’t remember any downs.

Sabrina host davvero gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa ben fornita e pulita. L’alloggio si trova due passi dal mare e dalle vie centrali. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è sentita come a casa Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente!

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Marcella is a wonderful hostess and the apartment was perfect for our two families. The apartment terrace is especially unique - it provides wonderful views and a sense of privacy to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The pool and the grounds are also wonderful for kids.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Montepulciano e non posso che dare il massimo dei voti! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel cuore del centro storico, a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni principali, i ristoranti e le cantine. L’appartamento è arredato con grande gusto, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Letto comodissimo, cucina super attrezzata e piccoli dettagli (come caffè, tè e prodotti locali) che fanno sentire subito a casa. L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, offrendoci ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Inoltre, ci ha accolto con grande calore, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Se cercate un’esperienza autentica e rilassante a Montepulciano, questo è il posto giusto. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! Luca was super helpful and provided plenty of local recommendations. His son was also amazing and provided us transportation to and from the train station and also took us to a local winery. Super friendly and frequently checked on us to make sure we were doing okay. We will definitely be back!

Gorąco polecam apartament, był w pełni wyposażony, przestronny, cichy, z cudownym widokiem na morze i port i góry, widok,było ogrzewanie, czyste ręczniki, pościel itp. Bardzo przestronny taras, był kominek z którego można było skorzystać, wygodne łóżko. Dostaliśmy garaż co jest wartością dodaną w tej okolicy. Właściciel komunikatywny, dostępny, miły i służący pomocą. Można wypocząć i się zrelaksować….polecam
