Had a lovely stay. The complex is beautiful, nice pool and gardens. Adriano was very helpful. It’s a great location, within 15-min drive to many beaches and nearby towns.

When next time in Olbia, this is the place to stay! Located near the airport, in a calm neighborhood, with free parking options along the street, easy access to regional roads or to the center of the city (by car or walking directly to Lungomare), shops and gas stations are nearby. The place itself is just like in the photos, comfortable, clean, fully equipped and with everything at our disposal. The hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful, the instructions for arrival and departure were clear and communicated in advance. We felt welcomed (received gifts as well) and we felt like at home!

Appartamento splendido a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Super pulito e sopratutto tutto super nuovo, tutte le stanze bellissime e arredate in ogni minimo dettagliato. Host gentilissima e super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Se mai dovessimo tornare ad Olbia torneremo sicuramente qui. Consiglio assolutamente

Very nice and comfortable place, right in the middle of the marina great location very close to one very small and quiet beach. the place is perfect for 2 max 3 people. air conditioning impeccable. the place has all the amenities in the flat, eg dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly. only negative is the absence of wi-fi which is not convenient if you do not have data otherwise we loved it

il nido di Elena ha tutto quanto necessario per sentirsi a casa e poter esaudire ogni desiderio. è splendido, nuovo, perfettamente pulito. il terrazzo domina la baia e la vista mare è ineguagliabile. il letto è molto comodo, il wifi funziona benissimo, il bagno perfettamente funzionale. la lavanderia esterna utilissima. tutto meglio di quanto mi sarei aspettata!

fortunati ad avere due bellissime tiepide giornate a fine ottobre. Siamo anche riusciti a fare il bagno nella bella piscina dell'alloggio... sarebbe stato un peccato non sfruttarla. Yee!

I loved Chiara’s place! Perfect location and easy for taxis to get close to so you don’t have to trek your luggage far yet still right down town, close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything you need, nice linens and new towels and a spacious shower. It’s the little thoughtful things that make a great stay and it was nice to have all toiletries available and coffee, laundry detergent, etc. tastefully decorated, felt big for a studio. Great for couples or solo travelers. And street entrance, no stairs. Would def stay again. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Giampaolo’s place. The place was extremely well located in the centre of Porto Cervo with a 5min walk to the shops and port. The place was clean, cool and had great access to a pool and garden area. Giampaolo was extremely responsive via messenger and was very helpful with communication. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

We have enjoyed our stay at this amazing place a lot. It is very calm and cozy place with amazing barbecue place and well equipped kitchen for people who love to cook. We haven’t been missing anything. It is like staying home and this place made our stay in Sardinia really special. Nadine is really helpful and kind. I would love to come back again.

Notre séjour chez Valerio, c'est très bien passé, la maison est très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables . la maison est proche de la voie rapide ce qui permet d'être rapidement à Olbia, sur la côte... on entend les voitures que légèrement quand nous sommes dehors . Valerio nous a toujours répondu rapidement

Die Kommunikation mit Michele ist bestens und vor Ort steht Paolo zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und gepflegter Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen ist in ca. 2 min erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Badebucht erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

bel appartement à la déco simple et épuré. Il se situe dans une résidence seeway avec une conciergerie. l'acces est donc facilité. frida à été notre interlocutrice elle est très agréable. Elle nous a contacté le jour meme pour connaitre l'heure de notre arrivée. les espaces communs sont supers sympas. Giuseppe n'est que le propriétaire. Nous ne l'avons pas vu. La literie est de bonne qualité. La localisation est bonne avec 2/3 petites plages de ville à proximité accessible à pieds. je recommande la pâtisserie en face.. excellente ! ils font aussi pt dej. l'annonce est conforme aux photos. nb : la machine à laver n'est pas dans le logement mais pour tous les résidents au rdc.

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Olbia war sehr angenehm. Die großen Fernseher in jedem Schlafraum und in der Wohnküche waren ein tolles Extra, besonders nach einem langen Tag. Zwar war die Küchenausstattung für sechs Personen etwas knapp bemessen, aber dank der vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe war das kein großes Problem. Die zentrale Lage zum Hafen und den Geschäften hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl für einen Urlaub in Olbia!

L’appartamento di Alessandro si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e a pochi minuti da una piccola spiaggia, è fornito di tutti i comfort, l’ arredo è curato nei dettagli e gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti. Il letto e i cuscini sono molto comodi e l’ambiente era pulito. Alessandro è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile!
