We had a fantastic stay at Giampaolo’s place. The place was extremely well located in the centre of Porto Cervo with a 5min walk to the shops and port. The place was clean, cool and had great access to a pool and garden area. Giampaolo was extremely responsive via messenger and was very helpful with communication. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Beautiful place in a stunning part of town! Super relaxed and homely atmosphere… Everything is as described but actually seems even cosier when you arrive. Elia was super friendly and helpful from the start, extending our stay and later check out couldn’t be easier! Would definitely come back and most certainly would recommend! :)

Reservamos la casa de Stefano con solo un margen de pocas horas por un problema en otro lugar (cosa que nos creó mucha ansiedad) y sin dudarlo dejó lo que estaba haciendo para preparar la casa. La casa es tal se describe, hay fácil aparcamiento en la puerta, el jardín es impresionante y tiene un solárium arriba con unas vistas wow. A un minuto caminando está el supermercado con la mejor comida que he probado nunca (se llama La Nona). No es muy grande pero todo es increíblemente casero y bueno. Eso a la casa le da un plus (aunque no lo necesite) Fuimos con nuestro perro y todo perfecto en cuanto a seguridad, valla y demás.

Die perfekte Villa für einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Sardinien. Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Palau auf einem Hügel in einer kleinen gated Community. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Palau, die Isola Santo Stefano, Caprera und La Maddalena - und das vom Pool aus. In Palau ist man mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten, zu Fuß ist es schwierig, da man mehr oder weniger nur auf den Hauptstraßen laufen kann. Das ist aber fast im ganzen Norden von Sardinien so. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man wunderbar von dort aus die Insel mit ihren vielen Traumstränden erkunden gehen. Das Haus, der Garten und alles drum herum ist äußerst gepflegt und ruhig. Man könnte meinen, die Bilder wären aufgehübscht worden, aber dem ist nicht so. Es ist in Natura noch schöner! Wir haben dort traumhafte 10 Tage verbringen dürfen. Marianna war sehr zuvorkommend und immer gut zu erreichen - vielen Dank dafür. Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub, klare Empfehlung!

The villa was absolutely stunning. It was the first time anyone in our group had traveled to the island of Sardinia and we were beyond impressed. The place was clean and had all necessary amenities, the host was very communicative and even helped us reserve a boat charter for one of our days there! I highly recommend going for a night swim in the clear waters at the beach just 5-10 minutes away. The only thing I noticed is the lack of public transportation on the island, I’d highly recommend renting a car if you’re planning on going to different cities as taxis can be expensive. Nonetheless, our stay was amazing and I can’t wait to come back!

Kommunikation bzgl. Vorabinformation zur Anreise liefen super. Netter Empfang. Tolles ruhiges, sauberes Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Ein Auto ist allerdings unerlässlich. Die Strände sind super zu erreichen. Toller Ausgangspunkt. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen.

Das Haus liegt einfach fantastisch.Ein so schöner Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung.Besonders zu empfehlen für Hundebesitzer. Direkt in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen ein recht schöner Hundestrand.aber in der Nebensaison kann man den Hund auch in die kleinen benachbarten Buchten mitnehmen. Das Haus hatte für alle von uns etwas zu bieten.Die Lage zum nächsten Ort San Teodoro ist wirklich sehr praktisch.Ein süßer Ort mit vielen Restaurants..Silvia ist eine sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin.Wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt.Wir werden wieder kommen.

We had a very relaxing week at Villa Azul. Everything was exactly as described but even then exceeded our expectations. The villa itself is amazing..we thought maybe the view from the picture window had been enhanced..it hadn’t. Wonderful position and view from the villa and terrace of the bay. Cala Bados is a 2 second walk from the villa down the beach path..it’s a beautiful beach with lovely areas to swim and paddle board. 2 nice restaurants, we ate at both and they had a great selection of good seafood. The local area we didn’t explore very much because we were here to relax and we did that at the villa very happily. The local supermarket is a 15/20 min walk away so we needed the car for heavy items but we could have also managed with out a car if delivery was available (unsure if this is possible) The beds were very comfortable - we chose premium linen and they were great. Klodge were fantastic, always available and responsive and very professional.

Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft auf Sardinien. Ruhig und Privat. Wer sportlich aktiv ist, kann früh Brötchen usw. in den umliegenden Orten besorgen - auch noch im Oktober/November. Den Pool haben die Kinder gut nutzen können. Für Frostbeulen empfehle ich Neoprenanzüge. Einzig der Rauch von den Herbstlichen Verbrennungsaktionen (grosse Feuer in der Nähe zum Beseitigen von Grünschnitt) hat genervt und uns an zwei Tagen die Terasse aufgrund des starken Geruches sowie Qualmes meiden lassen. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, für Leute die Ruhe suchen, und trotz hoher Preislage über das ein oder andere Detail hinwegsehen können. Wir als 6er Familie fanden es toll. Wir durften sogar unseren wohlerzogenen Familienhund mitbringen. Vielen Dank dafür!

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

Jag och min familj hade en underbar vecka i detta fantastiska hus. Vi var 14 pers, varav 8 vuxna och 6 barn .vi var där för att fira min födelsedag . Alla njöt vi av den bedårande utsikten , det vackra poolområdet och den stora välskötta trädgården med många olika sittplatser. Matplatsen utomhus var vackert gjord och där åt vi våra middagar varje dag och njöt av utsikten . De flesta rummen hade utsikt över havet och med egna små sittplatser . Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta fina hus och vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka hit igen. Verkligheten överträffande bilderna denna gång . Lena
