Nous avons passé une petite semaine en famille ( 2 adultes 1 enfant et un bébé) dans le logement. La maison de Maria Laura est situé dans un endroit paisible à 8/10 minutes à pied de la plage et 10 /15 minutes en voiture de la ville de Sorso. Maria Laura est tres sympa et nous a tres bien accueillie à notre arrivée sur l'Ile. la communication est extrêmement rapide et efficace via message (merci encore pour les tips et bonnes adresses). Le logement est bien équipé avec une vue sur la mer en arrière plan très cool. Un petit dej pour tout le monde avec gâteaux et confitures et chaque jour. rien à dire de plus c'était top. merci encore . bonne continuation ! Guillaume Deborah Milo et Matéo

Das Haus ist absolut top, groß und perfekt gelegen, alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat nicht viel Arbeitsfläche aber dafür gibt es einen großen Esstisch 😉 beide Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll und riesig. Wir hatten ebenfalls das Problem bzgl. Wasser und WLAN aber Irene hat uns sofort geholfen, sodass das überhaupt kein Thema war, damit kann man in südlichen Ländern rechnen. Irene ist eine absolut vorbildliche Gastgeberin, flexibel und geht auf Wünsche ein, sodass wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben früher einzuchecken und später auszuchecken, was für uns einfach klasse war! Liebe Irene, wir möchten uns nochmals für die immer schnelle Hilfe und Reaktionszeit bedanken und wünschen dir und deiner Familie alles Gute! Viele liebe Grüße von uns und bestimmt bis bald 🤗

David et Caterina sont des hôtes parfaits : chaleureux, aimables et bienveillants. Logement parfait correspondant à la description, situation idéale, à l'écart du centre ville sans en être éloigné, proche de la mer également. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette belle adresse que nous gardons précieusement pour un prochain séjour.

Unsere Ferienwoche in Stintino war wunderbar. Direkt am Strand gelegen und sehr ruhig, da der benachbarte Club kurz vor Ende September geschlossen wurde. der Badestrand istin 50m erreichbar. Mit dem Auto kann man in Stintino in 5 min einige sehr gute Restaurants besuchen. Wenn man zu Fuss gehen möchte führt ein schöner Fussgängerweg an der Panoramastrasse dahin. Unterwegs Zeit für einen Aperitivo in der reizenden Bar am Wegrand einplanen. Wir fühlten uns durch Giovanna jederzeit super unterstützt und ihre Überraschung in Form einer italienischen Torte freute uns sehr.

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne. Angenehmer und freundlicher Empfang durch Chiara, die tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bars hatte. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara war herzlich, prompt, problemorientiert und hilfreich. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Geschäfte sind allesamt fußläufig erreichbar und die Strände der Umgebung sind atemberaubend! Frühstück auf der großen Terasse ist toll! Die Küche wäre mit einem Toaster oder einem Ofen perfekt! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!!

Wir haben Eleonora als überaus zuverlässige und freundliche Vermieterin erlebt. Unkompliziert hat sie auch akzeptiert, dass uns ein Freund während des Aufenthalts besucht und als zusätzliche Person mit im Haus übernachtet hat. Das Haus liegt wunderbar abgelegen, inmitten der Natur mit herrlichem Blick bis zum Meer, was wir uns gewünscht hatten. Es war sehr hilfreich, dass wir von einem leicht zu findenden Treffpunkt extra abgeholt und zum Haus geleitet wurden. Somit konnten wir uns den Weg gut merken. Wunderbare Strände sind in ca. Min. mit dem Auto vom Haus aus erreichbar.

Wir waren hier ein paar Tage mit unserem kleinen Sohn und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab ein Babybett und Elena hat sogar einen Treppenschutz aufgebaut. Tolle Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön, auch wenn sie von anderen Dachterrassen deren Bewohnern umgeben ist. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Elena hat uns toll empfangen und die Kommunikation mit ihr war super.

We had a lovely week in Alghero and Francescos apartment! We communicated with his colleague, Giulia, who was very kind and quick to respond. She was helpful and gave us local tips. The apartment was nice and big, and probably the best view over the city on the roof top. The apartment was fully equipped. It’s very close to the Old town and 10 min walk to the beach. The only problem was the heat in the apartment since there was only AC in the big bedroom. We had fans in two out three rooms, but Francesco brought an extra that we had to assemble ourselves. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the apartment! Thank you for everything!

Myself and girlfriend have just returned from a wonderful week at Casita de mar, the apartment is very comfy, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean with nice extra touches like beach mats & towels, a bottle of bubbly and various nibbles waiting to greet us. The living room/kitchen is perfectly orientated to make the most of the stunning sea and beach views through the full width sliding doors that lead out to a very large balcony. The location is perfect especially if not driving, it’s central on the promenade with the marina and old city in one direction & the beautiful Maria Pia beach in the other which is well worth a visit. Less than 10 mins walk behind the apt you have a Coop & Conad supermarkets for all your self catering needs. Never met the hosts but the instructions sent to us were clear & polite, I’m sure if we had a problem or needed help they would have been very responsive. We thoroughly loved our stay in Casa de mar, Alghero and Sardinia & can 100% recommend Casa de mar!

il mini appartamento è minimal ma in gin dei conti ha tutti i comfort, dalla cucina ad un bagno abitabile e un bellissimo spazio esterno. La zona, nonostante fosse vicina 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, è molto silenziosa e lontana dal traffico cittadino.

The place is really nice, very clean, terrace is amazing :) we had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we parked on the street and there was no problem to find parking spot anytime, we could use the bikes. we really enjoyed our stay :)

Perfect in every way. Close to central storica, close to the beach, spacious and a wonderful helpful host. Highly recommend

Very good location of the flat: close to the beach promenade, the market, the supermarket and some remarkably good restaurants. The flat itself is very nice. Tastefully furnished, everything new and of high quality, beds and mattresses very comfortable, kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, air conditioning etc. The absolute highlight are the two terraces. Simply fantastic. The service provided by Fergus, Elisabetta and Silvia left nothing to be desired. Easy communication and quick feedback. We received numerous good recommendations. We were very pleased to have met Elisabetta and Silvia in person. What lovely and friendly ladies. Many thanks again for the great service. In short: An unreserved recommendation in every respect.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the hosts Marina and Antonello are very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient for access to the centre of town, with some good restaurants within easy walking distance. We chose the property because we are two sisters and we wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it suited our needs perfectly. Air conditioning is also a good addition for the warmer nights. We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week exploring the town and surrounding areas.

Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

El apartamento es precioso, tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. Todo estaba impecable, muy nuevo y muy limpio. La cama muy cómoda. La terraza, que me enamoró según vi las fotografías, no defrauda. ¡Es una maravilla! Perfecta para contemplar bonitos atardeceres o sentarte cómoda y tranquilamente a leer un libro. Y la guinda del pastel es Valentina, una anfitriona 🔝🔝🔝🔝. Siempre pendiente de hacer tu estancia lo más agradable posible. Por eso, días antes de la llegada te pregunta sobre tus preferencias a la hora del desayuno y si padeces alguna intolerancia/alergia alimentaria. En nuestro caso, me encontré con leche sin lactosa y zumo de naranja como le había pedido, además de muchos productos más (infusiones varias, café, azúcar, agua, cereales, cacao en polvo, huevos, fruta, pan de molde, etc. .... incluso unos dulces caseros típicos sardos!!). Durante la estancia también nos sorprendió con un bizcocho y unas tortitas recién hechas deliciosas y fruta fresca. ¡Para repetir!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

Schöne saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Lu Bagnu ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, allerdings waren wir auch Mitte Oktober und damit außerhalb der Hochsaison dort.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana. Si tratta di un alloggio di recente costruzione, un po' piccolino ma dotato di tutti i comfort e perfetto per 2 persone. Il supermercato, i locali e la spiaggia sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato l'attenzione dei piccoli dettagli, ma non scontati, come la presenza di ogni accessorio per la cucina, carte da gioco, libri, acqua nel frigorifero e dolcetti di benvenuto. Gina non era in loco durante la nostra permanenza, ma si è preoccupata di farci accogliere da una persona fidata.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

Pierpaolo and Catarina were wonderful responsive hosts. Their apartment had everything we needed. The restaurant recommendation was lovely. The beach is super close which was wonderful!
