Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Portoscuso

Semplicemente adorabile, le foto non rendono quando sia ben bello e piacevole l'appartamentino, ogni dettaglio è curato. Personalmente ho fatto un soggiorno per smart working non ho visitato la zona, cercavo un posto tranquillo dove poter lavorare a metà strada tra Iglesias e Cagliari ed è stato perfetto, ho adorato stare qui! Roberta molto cordiale e desiderosa di dare il massimo sostegno ad ogni ospite! Le lenzuola calde e morbide le ho adorate. A due passi c'è la superstrada che collega tutta la zona quindi comodissimo da raggiungere e spostarsi in tutta la zona sud. Nell'arrivare il navigatore porta ad una stradina interna ma in realtà è proprio di fianco alla piazza della chiesa come Roberta ha prontamente indicato e ho parcheggiato praticamente davanti alla casa. Super consigliato mi spiace andare via :) alla prossima!

La casa era pulita e corrispondeva alla descrizione. Ha un bel giardino con anche dei giochi per bambini che i miei figli hanno apprezzato tantissimo. Per arrivare alla casa c'è una salita che però non è risultata ostica e ho affrontato anche a piedi con mio figlio di 6 anni. Inoltre da quella posizione si ha una bel panorama sul mare. In 15-20 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i locali e ristoranti di Sant'Antioco. Le spiagge più belle sono a 15-20 min di macchina. Quindi comodissime da raggiungere. Stefano e Marianna sono stati host gentilissimi ad attenderci per il check per il quale siamo arrivati in ritardo. Consiglierei questa sistemazione senza alcun dubbio.

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

Anna è una persona speciale, ci ha accolti in maniera molto amichevole e gentile . la casa è molto curata e ha tutto il necessario . davvero valido!!

Excellent accueil de Giuliana qui est très attentive au moindre détail pour le bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous recommandons. L’appartement est joli, confortable et fonctionnel.

Wir wurden herzlich von Morena, der Tochter der Gastgeber, empfangen. Sie hatte für uns eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form von etwas Süßem, Olivenöl und Schnaps vorbereitet und sogar den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Außerdem gab sie uns zahlreiche tolle Empfehlungen für Strände, Ausflüge und Restaurants – alle waren wirklich hervorragend. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Durch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft konnten wir leicht verschiedene Ausflüge unternehmen, und die nahegelegenen Strände zählen zu den schönsten, die ich je besucht habe. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

Superbe semaine passée à Paula et dans les environs mi-septembre ! Le logement est situé en plein centre et permet d'accéder aux restaurants, bars et aux commerces à pieds, le véhicule pouvant rester au parking privé sous l'appartement. La situation permet aussi d'accéder aux plus belles plages de Chia, Teulada sans difficulté (15 à 3 minutes en voiture). Les plages de Chia sont toutes magnifiques et valent clairement le détour, tout comme la visite de Cagliari. Tout à été parfait au niveau de l'appartement, de l'accueil effectué par Giusy, l'assistante de Giorgio à la restitution ; il ne manque de rien, la petite terrasse permet de prendre le petit déjeuner en toute tranquillité en regardant le village s'éveiller. Wifi impeccable aussi et il ne manque de rien. Bref, un pied à terre idéal pour profiter de ce joli coin de Sardaigne. Merci pour tout et pour les recommandations, y compris celle pour le restaurant à Tortoli où nous poursuivions nos vacances !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Simone. L appartement est propre, bien équipé et identique à la description. Le cadre extérieur avec piscine et jardin sont appréciables. Le quartier est calme. Un endroit paisible pour se reposer et se déconnecter. Simone est un super hôte. Il est très réactif et à l'ecoute. Il nous a bien conseillé sur les plages où se baigner. Il est aussi très généreux. Il nous a offert des légumes et il nous a proposé une soirée pizza.Nous avons passé un super moment avec les autres hôtes. Nous recommandons!

L'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort, è curato e pulitissimo, è in posizione tranquillissima. Esperienza che ripeterei sicuramente in caso di un futuro soggiorno a Teulada. Maria è molto gentile e precisa nel dare indicazioni.

Lovley place to stay, very clean and modern. And had everything we needed. It Was located in a very quiet little town, but only half an hour to Cagliari. My children loved it here and we really enjoyed our stay. Sardinia is beautiful & so was the villa, Thankyou:)

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine größere Familie. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Strandsachen haben uns sehr geholfen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Treppe zur Terrasse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig , man muss einfach ein bisschen aufpassen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit.

This is a truly lovely apartment. It's well equipped, with everything you need, plus many special touches. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but is just a 15 -minute walk to a gorgeous beach and less than a 10- minute walk to the center of Pula. We loved the area and the charming town. Sabrina and Mauro were very helpful and friendly, and we really appreciated the welcoming treats for our arrival. We hope to return.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni nell’appartamento di Stefania e lo consigliamo assolutamente se si cerca una posizione strategica per muoversi lungo la costa sud - sud ovest e un alloggio confortevole , silenziosissimo ed estremamente bello. L’appartamento e’ inserito nel contesto della villa padronale, dotato di un ingresso indipendente. Ci è piaciuto davvero molto, è arredato con molto cura, grandissimo , il terrazzo e’ arieggiato di giorno e riparato dal sole. Ci sono piaciuti particolarmente il letto (molto comodo, che dormite) e il divano enorme altrettanto comodo. L’host Stefania è stata molto attenta alle nostre esigenze , puntuale nelle comunicazioni , ci ha dato ottimi e utili consigli per visitare posti e spiagge. Consigliato!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem gut ausgestatteten, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage und man ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß an einem schönen, nicht überfüllten Strand. Außerdem sind die tollen Strände von Chia in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Andrea und Lucia sind tolle, sehr freundliche Gastgeber und sie haben uns bei Fragen immer weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt, vielen Dank dafür!

The perfect rest stop as we did some of the Santa Barbara mining trail… a really charming apartment, extremely spacious and well lit, spotless and clean, very comfortable, beautiful and friendly decor, friendly and communicative hopes. I would definitely stay again if I were ever near Guspini again. It was a fantastic stay, thank you very much!

Appartement propre, dans un petit village avec des voisins gentils, il y a un bar et un supermarché conad, et a 20 minute du centre ville Cagliari L’host gentils et disponibles. Dans l’ensemble je valide et sûrement je reviendrai pour un prochain séjour

Accogliente,accessoriato e pulitissimo. Vista mozzafiato, zona bellissima . Il nostro soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato davvero confortevole, abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui potevamo avere bisogno, come a casa nostra. La zona circostante merita, sia a livello naturalistico che storico/culturale. La posizione è comoda,al centro di tutto, a oca distanza da tutti i luoghi di interesse.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, c'est ce que nous attendions. Un lieu calme, superbe vue, la nature proche d'un petit village (dans lequel vous trouvez tout à proximité, commerces, restaurants, poste...), un logement pratique qui répond aux besoins du quotidien. Nous sommes partis avec notre fils d'à peine 2 ans, c'était adapté pour lui aussi. Piero est une personne accueillante, attentionnée, compréhensive (il nous a accueilli malgré notre heure tardive d'arrivée) et discrète. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôte et cet endroit de l'île.
